Moreover, a leisurely walk down the mountain led us to a charming village nestled on the edge of a vast lake, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil sunset stroll. Our overall experience at this haven was nothing short of magical. The thoughtful details, combined with the friendly staff and natural wonders surrounding the hotel, made it a memorable retreat. FRIENDLIEST Hotel in China! Honestly, these were the kindest hotel owners we've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Kind and thoughtful and helpful. The rooms were super clean and quiet. Breakfast was an absolute feast...plus it was prepared early in the morning due to our early train departure. The hotel's location in Qiantong Town was perfect and scenic. And the nightly hotel rates were very affordable. I definitely recommend staying here.

Reception Welcomed with warmth from the cold weather outside when you walk into the lobby area . Location Easy place to locate with various transport services around all parts of the town. Not far from my meeting points and the airport. Food Room beverage needs to be looked (No coffee) I didn't have the privilege to enjoy the breakfast buffet due to my morning rush to attend meetings. More dining places to explore since the hotel's restaurant closes early during the evening after my check-in at 8pm. Amenities TV and internet service are a bit complicated with various SMS registered accounts 😕 especially for travellers with no service but works finally. Rooms Nice stress free and spacious rooms with the Ruya Stress relief tub room, great choice. I was wondering where their steamers or irons were to press clothes in the laundry room but later moved onto something else. Cleanliness Calm and serene environment with passionate cleaning done with minor issues. Lovely place .

Decided to relax for a few days and chose this place. The private room in the hostel is perfect for solo travelers, and the soundproofing is good too. The front desk service was excellent. Even though the bathrooms are shared, I often saw staff cleaning them. Plus, the location is fantastic, right in the city center. I've also stayed at their branches in Shanghai and Hangzhou, and they were both great experiences.

The land lady is really kind & nice, attended to all our needs & requests. They serve decent food at their self-run local restaurant & the location is within a charming village. The room is new, so if it was cleaned properly, I would have given an easy 5 stars. However, only the bed linens & towels are obviously sanitary & the rest are all questionable. But the hot water in the shower is very hot, which is a big plus & The pillows are soft & comfortable. I would recommend not to drink the water from the boiling device as it tastes funny, and keep the bathroom door closed because there’s an awful smell that comes out of it sometimes. The public veranda overlooking the mountains is not maintained at all & is dirty, if not, it would be a great spot to relax. Overall my stay was ok, especially because of the very accommodating land lady/owner.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the airport, so there's no need to worry about missing your flight. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, helping me check in quickly. The room facilities are new, and the bedding is comfortable. Highly recommend for business travelers! A very good value for money store, the store is not big, but clean, comfortable and tidy, worthy of the price, the transportation is very convenient, the subway station and bus station are very close, and there is a self-service laundry which is good. I will go there again in a few days and will stay there again

The overall is still quite good, but the location is relatively biased, it is recommended to drive by yourself, otherwise it is inconvenient to order takeaway, and then it is more troublesome to go out, the room cleaning is a bit general, but later there is a landlord to clean it.
