This stay was a perfect experience. The hotel lobby is grand and bright, and the front desk handled check-in incredibly efficiently – it took no more than three minutes from arrival to completion. The duty manager, Dave, escorted me to the elevators and explained all the facilities. For a business trip, this hotel offers excellent value for money.

For a hotel that doesn't have a prominent street-facing sign, this place is remarkably well-executed. The owner has clearly poured a lot of thought and effort into it. Having just stayed at another hotel in Nanjing with a similarly discreet entrance a few days prior, I could really appreciate the difference here. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the hotel exuded a warm, inviting atmosphere, feeling more like a stylish café or a cozy bar. The staff's genuine smiles immediately made me feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process at the front desk was efficient and professional, with not a moment of tedious waiting. My room was impeccably designed with sophisticated, modern decor and equipped with high-quality amenities. What truly impressed me was the immaculate cleanliness – not a speck of dust was to be found. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, making me feel like I was sleeping on clouds and guaranteeing a peaceful night's rest until morning. The spacious bathroom, excellent water pressure, and instant hot water provided a truly superb showering experience. The hotel's location is also superb, offering convenient transportation and a wide array of shopping and dining options nearby. It's truly the small details that showcase their excellence: from the delicious breakfast to the staff's proactive and warm greetings, I felt genuinely and meticulously cared for throughout my stay. The value for money here is exceptional. Without a doubt, this will be my top choice for a 'home away from home' on all future travels, and I will wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends.

This is a movie-themed hotel with excellent facilities, arguably the best in Beilun District. It offers convenient parking and is close to the highway exit, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Check-in was quick and efficient, and Anna, who was lovely, even offered us welcome juice drinks. She paid attention to details, noticing that the elderly and children couldn't drink cold beverages, which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was rich and included Ningbo local specialties. Overall, it was great value for money during the May Day holiday.

We booked a deluxe suite, and the space was absolutely amazing! We were immediately impressed upon entering; the elegant and sophisticated modern Chinese design, with its warm color scheme, was breathtaking. The room was spotless, which was incredibly reassuring for families with children. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and there were even special amenities for kids – attention to detail was impeccable. The kids' absolute favorite part was definitely the hotel's indoor heated pool! The water was crystal clear, and the temperature was just right, so we didn't have to worry about them getting cold. The pool was thoughtfully divided into different areas, including a shallow area for children and dedicated lanes. The kids didn't want to leave, and I, as their mother, could relax and unwind – it was a true hands-free solution!

This time I stayed at the all-season hotel and the experience was superb, I must come to a good review! The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and I also helped upgrade the room type for free. It was really a surprise. The overall facilities of the room are very new, the decoration is simple and clean, the space is spacious and bright, and the living is particularly comfortable. The bedding is soft and the quality of sleep is very good. The hotel laundry room is fully equipped and convenient to use. It is too friendly to people who need to change laundry. There was no noise interference at night during the Spring Festival and the rest was very good. The sanitation is very meticulous, everything is clean and tidy, and the details are in place!

Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel and my comments would be the same as the other review that I wrote (if you're able to read it) but there was one small issue worth mentioning. I had mistakenly booked my stay as two separate orders at first, but I assumed the hotel would be aware of that when I checked in. I even double- and triple-checked with the front desk staff at check-in to confirm that I wouldn't need to change rooms in between, and they assured me I wouldn't. However, on the second day—right in the middle of the event I was in Ningbo for—I suddenly received a message from the hotel saying I needed to change rooms. I obviously couldn't just leave the event, so I had to message back and forth with the staff to sort it out. They did offer to pack my things and move my belongings to another room for me, but of course, I wasn't comfortable with that and declined. Thankfully, after some back-and-forth, they eventually let me stay in the same room, so it all worked out in the end. It was a bit stressful in the moment, but the staff were willing to find a solution, and I appreciated that they ultimately accommodated my request.

This hotel is clean and very well located, making it convenient for both business and city access. The front desk staff were professional, helpful, and welcoming. However, the overall service experience could be improved. The attitude of some other staff members was not very friendly, and the breakfast did not match the quality or presentation shown in the website photos. In particular, the breakfast service staff were not very courteous. Overall, it is a good option in terms of cleanliness and location, but service consistency—especially during breakfast—needs improvement.

My friend was coming to visit, so I booked the best hotel nearby for them. Why the best? Because it's in the same property management as where I live, both managed by Asia Pacific Property, and their service is quite good. Service: The service attitude was excellent; they were very courteous and guided us from check-in to check-out. Facilities: There's a quiet book bar and coffee shop in the hotel lobby on the first floor, which is lovely for daily use. Hygiene: I asked my friends, and they said the living environment was pretty good, and the breakfast was decent too.

This hotel is really worth living! The facilities are excellent, the wooden chairs are strong and durable. The mattress on the bed is in place to support the body, and the spirit is full after waking up. The environment is beautiful, the hotel has a small garden with flowers in all seasons, and the aroma is diffused and advanced. The service staff is kind, the sanitation is meticulous, the room is clean and tidy, and the stay here is a pleasure!
