The hotel is located right on Chenghuangmiao Pedestrian Street, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, making it super convenient. It's great for an evening stroll. We booked a family room, which was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and very clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The facilities were new and complete, with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge – everything you need. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, incorporating local specialties, and tasted delicious. A big shout-out to all the staff, from the front desk to customer service and the restaurant staff – everyone was warm, attentive, and very responsive. We had a fantastic experience.

Overall, the stay was fantastic, highly recommended! The hygiene was impeccable; the entire place was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was an absolute bonus. They actively assisted with carrying luggage to the room and patiently explained how to use each amenity. The uncle who brought the complimentary nightly sweet soup was very kind and enthusiastic, always asking if I wanted more and diligently answering any questions I had 👍. The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains that could be controlled with a single button, making them convenient and adding a touch of luxury. This stay was truly perfect and well worth visiting.

Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. Stepping into the room felt like coming home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo. Environment: There's construction across the street, but it didn't affect anything at all; there was no noise. The hotel even provides earplugs, which is a nice touch. It's also conveniently located right next to Banji. Service: Miya, my apartment manager, was incredibly dedicated and responsible – thumbs up! 👍 The breakfast at this hotel is also delicious, especially the scallion oil noodles 🍜. Stayed at this hotel some time ago and the experience was great! The reception was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was fast and smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I could sleep until dawn. The bathroom is fully equipped and the hot water supply is stable. She was incredibly helpful in checking ferry tickets for Dongqian Lake and genuinely recommended reliable photography services. Thinking of the guest experience, she thoughtfully sent up bath salts and a welcome fruit plate. Even after her shift, she offered to give me a tour of the hotel's ancient village grounds, meticulously explaining the hotel's Jiangnan architecture at night. All of her care came from the heart, without any stiff or formulaic pleasantries. While the 'Misty Jiangnan' ambiance of the Park Hyatt is undoubtedly elegant and captivating, it was this warm, thoughtful, and proactive service that truly became the most precious highlight of my trip.

The family room is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and both bedrooms have TVs, which is very convenient. However, our room faced the road, not the Sanjiang River. I'm not sure if there are also parent-child rooms on the opposite side. The soundproofing is excellent, and we slept well. The room decor has an old-money style. The front desk service was very responsive and friendly. The parking lot is a bit old. The location is convenient; you can walk to Tianyi Square. The popular shops like Jimau Duitang and A Mao Restaurant are also within walking distance, and the food is quite good. It's easy to rent an electric scooter downstairs, and you can ride to the Old Bund, which is also not far if you prefer to walk.

We first inquired about Tianmingshan, and they recommended us to stay downstairs. We traveled with my husband, son, and daughter, a family of four. Thanks to the front desk manager for upgrading us to a suite. It was quite nice. I initially thought it would have a strong musty smell, but it was fine once we got inside. The hot springs and breakfast were both good, though the walk up and down the stairs can be a bit slippery on rainy days.
