Two days in advance, I added the housekeeper's WeChat and booked the meal and hot spring time. It is more convenient to drive there. After locating their parking lot, a housekeeper will pick us up to check in at the B&B. The room is still clean as a whole, with everything it should have. The content of the B&B is still very complete, with a large room for dinner, facilities for children to play, hot springs and swimming pools, and places to read and drink tea. Walking out of the B&B, the village is peaceful and quiet. Walk around and feel the environment and culture of Maoao Village. I made an appointment for dinner and hot springs in the evening at the B&B. Because it is a reservation system, it is equivalent to a private soup, which feels good. The hotel is located right on Chenghuangmiao Pedestrian Street, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, making it super convenient. It's great for an evening stroll. We booked a family room, which was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and very clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The facilities were new and complete, with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge – everything you need. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, incorporating local specialties, and tasted delicious. A big shout-out to all the staff, from the front desk to customer service and the restaurant staff – everyone was warm, attentive, and very responsive. We had a fantastic experience.

Overall, the stay was fantastic, highly recommended! The hygiene was impeccable; the entire place was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was an absolute bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly patient during check-in, not only helping me connect to the Wi-Fi but also thoughtfully offering sour plum juice to beat the heat. They actively assisted with carrying luggage to the room and patiently explained how to use each amenity. During check-out, they even prepared bottled water and snacks, showing great attention to detail. The uncle who brought the complimentary nightly sweet soup was very kind and enthusiastic, always asking if I wanted more and diligently answering any questions I had 👍. The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains that could be controlled with a single button, making them convenient and adding a touch of luxury. This stay was truly perfect and well worth visiting.

Every time I'm on a business trip to Ningbo, I stay here; it feels just like home. The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need. Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room. The hotel breakfast is very good. The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient. The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi. Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

Good,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

The room facilities are quite complete, clean, and comfortable. All the front desk staff are very service-oriented and responsive to every request. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a full view of the night scenery, and when the curtains are drawn, they provide a light-pollution-free environment for a good night's sleep. The only minor drawback was that during my two-day stay, it was exceptionally hot, and two out of the three elevators didn't have air conditioning, which made them a bit stuffy.

Staying at the Marriott in Ningbo was a great choice for my trip. The high-ceilinged lobby immediately sets a wonderful atmosphere, but what really stood out was the incredibly warm service from Ayla at the front desk. Her check-in process wasn't rushed or robotic; she spoke softly and attentively, even kindly recommending a great spot to catch the beautiful Three Rivers night view in the evening. The whole check-in was seamless, and every detail showed genuine care. It added a comforting warmth to my journey. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Our stay here far exceeded expectations! The room was spotless and bright, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable. A bath in the tub was just what I needed to unwind. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even proactively upgrading our room. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and the made-to-order noodle station was a real highlight for me. The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway. It's excellent value for money, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to the city!

Fantastic! Exceeded my expectations! The river view room offered beautiful scenery outside the window. The service was exceptional, with staff incredibly accommodating to every request. They even granted a special late check-out until 3 PM knowing we were there for a marathon, and provided a delicious and generous marathon energy meal. Breakfast was also diverse and tasty! Truly felt like a home away from home!

I have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter. Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
