After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

The hotel is located right on Chenghuangmiao Pedestrian Street, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, making it super convenient. It's great for an evening stroll. We booked a family room, which was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and very clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The facilities were new and complete, with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge – everything you need. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, incorporating local specialties, and tasted delicious. A big shout-out to all the staff, from the front desk to customer service and the restaurant staff – everyone was warm, attentive, and very responsive. We had a fantastic experience.

Overall, the stay was fantastic, highly recommended! The hygiene was impeccable; the entire place was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was an absolute bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly patient during check-in, not only helping me connect to the Wi-Fi but also thoughtfully offering sour plum juice to beat the heat. They actively assisted with carrying luggage to the room and patiently explained how to use each amenity. During check-out, they even prepared bottled water and snacks, showing great attention to detail. The uncle who brought the complimentary nightly sweet soup was very kind and enthusiastic, always asking if I wanted more and diligently answering any questions I had 👍. The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains that could be controlled with a single button, making them convenient and adding a touch of luxury. This stay was truly perfect and well worth visiting.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, the room is spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the separate small room ✌️. The gym equipment is also good, quite large and sufficient. Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. Stepping into the room felt like coming home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo. Environment: There's construction across the street, but it didn't affect anything at all; there was no noise. The hotel even provides earplugs, which is a nice touch. It's also conveniently located right next to Banji. Service: Miya, my apartment manager, was incredibly dedicated and responsible – thumbs up! 👍 The breakfast at this hotel is also delicious, especially the scallion oil noodles 🍜. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars.

Good,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

The room facilities are quite complete, clean, and comfortable. All the front desk staff are very service-oriented and responsive to every request. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a full view of the night scenery, and when the curtains are drawn, they provide a light-pollution-free environment for a good night's sleep. The only minor drawback was that during my two-day stay, it was exceptionally hot, and two out of the three elevators didn't have air conditioning, which made them a bit stuffy.

I booked last minute and still got a room that was quiet and away from the elevator. Though I could smell smoke in the hallways, it didn’t disturb my room. The bathroom and bed were clean, the bed was comfortable with an assortment of pillows. The room has a nice tea set and plenty of room water (two in the refrigerator), instant Nescafé coffee. The shower temperature was good and they had hair conditioner as well. The robes and slippers were nice, but no shower shoes. You can order any toiletries and have them delivered, and a robot brings your waimai. The TV had free on demand movies in multiple languages. The air conditioner is strong, and though you can adjust the fan speed, I don’t think you can adjust the temperature, which means you may not be able to use it consistently if you are sensitive to AC. I woke up hot due to this, which is fine, but it’d have been preferable otherwise. It’s directly across from the railway station as shown in my only evening photo. Nice view of the river.

Our stay here far exceeded expectations! The room was spotless and bright, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable. A bath in the tub was just what I needed to unwind. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even proactively upgrading our room. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and the made-to-order noodle station was a real highlight for me. The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway. It's excellent value for money, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to the city!

The family room is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and both bedrooms have TVs, which is very convenient. However, our room faced the road, not the Sanjiang River. I'm not sure if there are also parent-child rooms on the opposite side. The soundproofing is excellent, and we slept well. The room decor has an old-money style. The front desk service was very responsive and friendly. The parking lot is a bit old. The location is convenient; you can walk to Tianyi Square. The popular shops like Jimau Duitang and A Mao Restaurant are also within walking distance, and the food is quite good. It's easy to rent an electric scooter downstairs, and you can ride to the Old Bund, which is also not far if you prefer to walk.

I have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter. Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
