Due to a weather-related delay, I extended my stay by one night. The staff's service was excellent, and they even brought complimentary fruit and bottled water to my room. The room itself was very nice, with good soundproofing, making for a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend it.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star rating! From the moment I walked in, Anna's warm and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome; she even offered to help with my luggage. Layla and Regina at check-in were efficient and quick, and they thoughtfully upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, with a modern yet cozy decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. The view from the window was excellent, offering a panoramic city night view. The breakfast spread was extensive, a mix of Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh. The freshly cooked wontons, in particular, were delicious. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. My trip was very fulfilling and enjoyable. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

I was very satisfied with this stay. The room had great natural light and was well-ventilated, and even the hard-to-reach areas were spotlessly clean. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service was gentle and polite. All the toiletries were provided, and it was super convenient for dining, drinks, and transportation. The value for money is incredible – definitely my first choice for travel!

The WiFi was excellent with smooth internet speeds. The room was very spacious and bright, the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and all the facilities were comprehensive. There's a shopping mall and Hankyu Department Store nearby, and Metro Lines 1 and 5 are right next door, making transportation very convenient. There are 300 parking spaces on the first basement level, which is very convenient and free of charge. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The service was thoughtful and attentive. I'll definitely stay here again.

I booked two rooms this time. The suite was quite good, very spacious, and although the facilities were a bit old, they were well-maintained. The king room, however, was very ordinary. The lighting was poor, the room was stuffy, and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted manually. The bathroom was incredibly cramped. The room service was good. Housekeeping did a thorough and meticulous job. When we called for amenities, they were delivered very quickly, and their response was prompt. Dining, though, was a mixed bag. The buffet restaurant had excellent service, especially from Jiang Qinqin. My family raved about her warm and attentive service every day, insisting I mention her by name. She genuinely went out of her way for the guests. On the other hand, choosing the hotel's in-house Japanese restaurant for our first dinner was arguably the biggest blunder of the entire trip. There were only two or three tables occupied that day, yet the food service was incredibly slow. After we urged them twice, the server completely lost it, burst into tears, and asked why we were rushing her. She then declared she was quitting the next day, got into an argument with us, and even boasted that she was the highest-ranking person there and we could complain all we wanted! I truly don't understand how a single hotel can have both an excellent restaurant supervisor and a restaurant manager who goes crazy and yells at guests. The hiring standards of this hotel are truly astonishing. After this experience, I can only say I will try to avoid Pan Pacific hotels in the future. The baseline is just too low; I can't put up with that kind of treatment.

The facilities are great; the lobby is clean and the equipment is all brand new. It's also quite convenient for getting to scenic spots.

I had a very satisfying stay. Pros: 1. Excellent location, easy to find, and close to all the attractions. 2. The staff were very responsible and provided great service. 3. Although the room wasn't big, it was very clean and tidy with no strange odors. Cons: The soundproofing was quite poor; I could easily hear noises from the hallway and next door, which isn't ideal for light sleepers. Tip: There's another Home Inn nearby, so make sure to check the hotel sign carefully when you arrive to avoid going to the wrong one. Overall, it was pretty good and I recommend staying here!

During check-out, they even prepared bottled water and snacks, showing great attention to detail. The uncle who brought the complimentary nightly sweet soup was very kind and enthusiastic, always asking if I wanted more and diligently answering any questions I had 👍. The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains that could be controlled with a single button, making them convenient and adding a touch of luxury. This stay was truly perfect and well worth visiting.
