Location & Transportation: The hotel is nestled within the Zhengshi Shiqifang Scenic Area in Shiqifang Village, Zhenhai District, right by Jiulong Lake. It's surrounded by mountains and water, offering a superb environment. Driving there is quite convenient, with a spacious surface parking lot that includes plenty of spots and even EV charging stations. Service: The service here is truly commendable. I've been many times, and now they offer a butler service. Our butler, Xianxian, provided excellent and attentive service. All our questions were quickly communicated and resolved. She also friendly reminded us about hotel itineraries and activities. Room & Facilities: The hotel and room facilities are very new. The indoor areas are well-maintained, and the bedding is great, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The room comes with a bathtub and a small private courtyard, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Breakfast: Breakfast is quite abundant. Even with many guests, the food was always replenished promptly, and the dishes were good. Restaurant: There's a restaurant called 'Zheng's Kitchen.' Their yellow croaker seafood noodles are incredibly fresh, and other dishes also taste good. The value for money is decent.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

The HUALUXE Ningbo Eastern New City deserves a five-star rating. My stay was excellent, and I particularly want to thank Donna for her thoughtful service, which made both check-in and check-out smooth and comfortable. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Eastern New City, with convenient transportation and a strong business atmosphere, making it a perfect choice for business travelers. The room design is modern and minimalist, and the amenities are comfortable, perfectly meeting the needs of a business trip. I feel this is one of the best business hotels in the Eastern New City, and I will definitely choose it again for my next visit.

Choosing the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Ningbo for my recent trip to Ningbo was absolutely the right decision! It definitely deserves a five-star rating! Let's start with the hardware – the rooms are spacious, the carpets are soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom, paved with white marble, feels very luxurious, and the addition of a smart toilet and a large bathtub is fantastic! Now, for the 'software' – the service – which truly deserves a special mention. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and the service here is by far the best! When we checked in, the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly polite and well-mannered, and he even managed to upgrade our room when possible. The other staff members were seamlessly coordinated, whether it was helping with luggage storage or directing us to the elevators. Every time we left, the doormen and lobby concierges were so friendly and always waved goodbye, making us feel truly at home. The breakfast was also superb, and I even got to try the famous Ningbo tangyuan (rice balls). Ningbo is a beautiful city that left a lasting impression. When our trip ended, the hotel even arranged a car to take us to the airport. All connections were smooth and convenient. Even at checkout, the 'bellhop' proactively offered assistance, telling us to simply hand her the room card. The driver who took us to the airport was also incredibly polite! If there were a six-star rating, they would definitely earn it. Too bad I didn't take many photos!

The lake view is beautiful, and the room is very spacious, complete with a bathtub. There are plenty of facilities for kids, and the swimming pool is huge. In the lobby, children can watch cartoons, and in the evenings, there are ring toss and 'touhu' (pitch-pot) games. The birthday decorations were adorable!

This time, I brought my pregnant wife for a two-night stay at the Cordis Hotel Ningbo Dongqian Lake, and overall, it exceeded our expectations, especially thanks to Annie. Location and Environment: The hotel is right by Dongqian Lake, and the gardens have a charming Jiangnan aesthetic. An evening stroll by the lake was incredibly therapeutic. Room and Facilities: We had originally booked a different room type, but after Annie learned my wife was pregnant before our check-in, she proactively upgraded us to a room in the Baby Bella building. The room was very quiet, had excellent natural light, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing my pregnant wife to rest very well. The entire building offered high privacy and easy access, which is very friendly for travel during pregnancy. Dining and Service: Breakfast was abundant, with both local specialties and Western options. The service was consistently excellent, especially Annie, who meticulously coordinated our needs before check-in. During our stay, she helped us with the room upgrade and arranged for a quiet area. Her thoughtful and attentive service throughout made us feel very at ease. Recommended for: It's suitable for families with children, couples, and those traveling with seniors or pregnant women looking to relax. Nearby attractions like Xiaoputuo and Hanling Old Street are just a short drive away. Special thanks to Annie for all her attentive service before, during, and after our stay, which made this short trip during pregnancy exceptionally warm.

The room layout was well-designed with ample storage. The blackout curtains effectively blocked out light, ensuring a full night's sleep. The amenities were comprehensive, with all facilities, both soft and hard, working perfectly. The mini-bar drinks and toiletries were replenished promptly. The service was thoughtful; the turndown service included complimentary water and snacks. Any issues I reported to the front desk were addressed by staff within minutes. It was clean, comfortable, and attentive – a perfect stay.

Highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Ningbo Xiangshan with its 'Naval Ship View' room! Located in the Haitian Building, the balcony offers unparalleled views, allowing you to gaze at the docked Nanjing Destroyer 131 without even leaving your room. The sight of the azure sea paired with the warship creates a truly unique panorama, offering stunning sunrises over the ocean in the morning and picturesque bay sunsets in the evening. The room itself is spacious and bright, with a simple yet elegant decor. The bathroom is clean and tidy with a separate wet and dry area, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves is incredibly therapeutic. The room is fully equipped, and the sofa and scenic balcony add great practicality. Just outside the hotel is a private beach, perfect for leisurely strolls or beachcombing. The staff are warm and attentive, and the shuttle service is available on demand. This hotel is ideal for military enthusiasts and couples on a getaway. It offers a completely different vibe from typical sea-view rooms that face the open ocean, providing a unique ambiance. It will definitely be my top choice again on my next visit to Xiangshan!

I finally got to experience the much-anticipated Park Hyatt Ningbo for the first time, and it was a perfect trip from start to finish. I absolutely have to give a special shout-out to the duty manager, Jim! Jim proactively contacted me before I even arrived to confirm my travel needs, which was incredibly thoughtful. Upon arrival, he specifically upgraded us to a Deluxe Courtyard Twin Room. The courtyard was secluded and tranquil, and the room's layout was elegant, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Throughout our entire stay, he would frequently message us to check in, asking if our meals and activities were enjoyable. When we had questions, he responded super quickly. His service was attentive yet discreet, never feeling intrusive. As for the hotel itself, it's nestled by Dongqian Lake, with white walls and dark tiles, perfectly embodying the ambiance of a Jiangnan garden. Every step offers a picturesque scene, perfect for photos. The room hygiene and quality of amenities were also top-notch. It was truly Jim's meticulous and personalized service that made this first stay so full of surprises and made us feel right at home. I genuinely recommend it to friends vacationing in Ningbo. Next time I'm back at Dongqian Lake, I'll definitely be staying at Park Hyatt Ningbo again!

Fantastic! Exceeded my expectations! The river view room offered beautiful scenery outside the window. The service was exceptional, with staff incredibly accommodating to every request. They even granted a special late check-out until 3 PM knowing we were there for a marathon, and provided a delicious and generous marathon energy meal. Breakfast was also diverse and tasty! Truly felt like a home away from home!
