"Thanks to the front desk for upgrading our room. Overall, the service and room were decent, but there was one major flaw: the room's ventilation system was terrible. When we checked in and entered the room, we immediately smelled a very strong cigarette smoke odor (it wasn't from a recent check-out, as we checked in in the afternoon; it seemed to be a lingering smell that wouldn't dissipate). After contacting the front desk, they quickly helped us move to another room on the same floor. The replacement room, upon entry, had an immediate smell of a middle-aged man, but at least it didn't have the harmful cigarette smoke, so we decided to stay. However, to our surprise, cigarette smoke still seeped into the room later, and it was even noticed by my friend who has rhinitis. The bathroom also frequently had a sewage smell. Parking was not very convenient."

I've stayed here a few times. This time I was on a business trip alone, so I booked a single room. It had a separate wet and dry area, a reception room, and all the amenities were sealed, which was really great. Downstairs are Qianhu Tiandi, Vientiane City, and Baolong, truly an excellent location. After a discussion, they extended my check-out time to 2:30 PM, which was a nice touch.

This hotel is super conveniently located right next to the elevated road, making it a quick 10-15 minute drive to the city center. Choosing this high-rise hotel was absolutely worth it. From the window, you get a panoramic view of Ningbo's night lights – the evening breeze paired with the city glow creates such a wonderful ambiance. The public leisure areas are fantastic; the indoor ball pit is stress-relieving and cozy, while the colored clay area is perfect for whiling away some time. Outside, there's a flat lawn with a slide, making any activity enjoyable. The room hygiene is meticulous, and the staff are incredibly gentle and respectful, responding quickly to any requests. The recreational areas perfectly blend fun and relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for your travels and stay!

The room was very spacious, and the sofa in the living room folded out into another bed, so all three of us slept very comfortably. There's a dedicated walk-in closet, which was convenient for hanging clothes, and the luggage rack greatly facilitated using our suitcases. We didn't get to use the private hot tub outside the room as we were always out, so I can't comment on it. The window on the hot tub's wall is open-worked with plants outside, so mosquitoes and other insects might fly in. Be sure to keep the balcony door closed. There are two bathrooms in total. The shower room is inside the bedroom and is quite spacious, but you need to make sure the showerhead is pointed towards the inner wall, or water might spill out. The room lighting was very bright, and so were the bathrooms. The fruit provided by the hotel was also very fresh. Hotel staff were polite and always smiled, greeted, and checked in with us whenever we encountered them. The breakfast buffet offered a rich selection, especially great for those who enjoy Chinese breakfast. The steamed buns and flatbreads were made fresh on the spot; the pork buns were delicious, and the auntie making them was very enthusiastic. There was also a live station for noodles and wontons. Western options, apart from bread and cakes, were a bit weak, which suggests the hotel mainly caters to Chinese guests. The location along Dongqian Lake is convenient for getting in and out, and parking is also easy with a dedicated attendant. The manager overseeing it is very responsible; we saw him diligently working every day. Overall, I feel this hotel is diligently managed and operated, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay.

I booked a city-view executive king room, but was upgraded to a lake-view executive room upon check-in – what a pleasant surprise! The hotel is located by the lakeside park, with excellent greenery. The overall environment is quite good and perfectly met my expectations for a relaxing getaway. The executive lounge offers 24-hour soft drinks with card access. Perhaps because of this, there's no minibar in the room. The afternoon tea had a few small desserts, but the taste was pretty ordinary. Dinner included pan-fried fish, fried rice, braised pork trotters, and salad – enough to fill you up, but nothing spectacular. There were a few cocktails available. If you want to try local cuisine, you'll need to venture out. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the sea urchin wontons were incredibly fresh – a must-try!!

I've stayed at the Pacific Hotel Yuyao many times. It's located along the Yaojiang River, and I really enjoy my daily walks along the river. The hotel service is consistently excellent, much more professional than many newly built five-star hotels, especially when it comes to the small details. The breakfast is particularly abundant and features many local Yuyao specialties, which is very comforting as a descendant of Yuyao. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. It's my top choice when visiting Yuyao; it would be even better if they had larger family rooms.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

The package included daily breakfast for two, one dinner, and hot spring tickets – it was comprehensive, great value, and had absolutely no hidden costs. The hotel is nestled between mountains and water, with its white walls and dark tiled roofs creating beautiful garden scenery at every turn; a stroll here is incredibly therapeutic. The rooms are spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned, and the soft bedding ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of both Western and Chinese dishes, including local specialties and freshly made noodles. The complimentary dinner featured fresh ingredients, with the lake-caught dishes being particularly flavorful and generously portioned. The hillside hot springs have numerous pools and a tranquil environment, perfect for soaking away travel fatigue. The hotel boasts a very generous layout, comprising several quaint buildings. The shuttle staff were incredibly nice, and even during the National Day holiday, wait times weren't too long. The high-vaulted ceiling in the lobby and the room ceilings are wonderfully designed, giving a rustic and elegant feel. Plus, the section of Dongqian Lake that Park Hyatt overlooks is arguably the most picturesque part! 😇 Dongqian Lake is especially beautiful on a rainy day. The service attitude was also excellent, not at all the cold demeanor I'd read about on Xiaohongshu. Daniel added me before my arrival, asked about my room preferences, and even introduced the hotel's activities during the National Day holiday. He was always responsive to my requests 👍. Qianhu Fishery Restaurant truly lives up to its reputation. The ingredients are fresh, the cooking methods are authentic and professional, preserving the most genuine flavors. Highly recommended!

I visited last year and was very satisfied, but my experience this year was just so-so. I'm not sure if they're cutting costs and increasing efficiency, but they seem to be skimping on the air conditioning. The lobby wasn't cool at all; I was actually sweating while checking in. The corridor leading from the lobby to the guest room buildings had almost no AC, and it was very hot. The elevator also lacked AC and was sweltering. The windows in the guest floor hallway were closed tight with no AC, and there was a strong musty smell. The room itself had a musty smell upon entering. If you try to open the balcony door for ventilation, the AC stops working. I'm not sure if they used too much disinfectant on the bed linens, but my skin felt very itchy while sleeping, to the point of waking me up in the middle of the night. The hotel's pest control is also inadequate; I still got many mosquito bites even after applying repellent. Plus, the toilet paper in the room was paper-thin. The overhead shower needs fixing; the water sprayed everywhere. They've cut costs so much that there are only two bottles of mineral water in the room. There was only one pack of tissues, so after washing my hands in the bathroom, I had to go to the room to get paper, which was ridiculous. The only things that haven't declined are the service at the Chinese restaurant and the staff at the go-kart area.

I wasn't interested in the hot springs, so I booked a standard room. Luckily, I had a Ctrip voucher, and the hotel upgraded me to a balcony room for free, which had a great view. Overall, it was pretty good. I chose this place because I was driving and it has its own parking lot with fast charging stations. I mainly came for the deer, and they provided three days worth of tickets, which included food to feed them. The deer were gentle and cute, though they do love to snatch carrots!
