Hotels near Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie

We loved our short stay. Location is perfect as only few minutes walk to cable car station to visit Tianmen mountains. Local bus to Avatar mountains departs near the hotel. Plenty local food around as well as McDonalds and Starbucks round the corner. Room had nice bathtube inside the room which has nice views of surroding buildings. Will recommend staying in here 🙂

The hotel's location is excellent, especially since we were planning a day trip to Tianmen Mountain and it's right nearby. We drove there, but Tianmen Mountain's parking lots fill up fast and are often inaccessible, so we parked at the hotel. It was a quick 6 yuan taxi ride to the mountain. The front desk lady was super nice and pretty, and even upgraded our room. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the hot, strong shower was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Great value for money! I'll definitely book here again next time.

Excellent hotel! 🏨 On the way here, my taxi driver knew the hotel's location instantly and mentioned its good reputation, which truly proved to be accurate after checking in. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Not only did they respond to every request, but they also anticipated my needs. Especially Auntie Yu from housekeeping – I spontaneously took all the shower towels and placed them under the sink when I first entered the room. The next day, to my delight, when she replaced the towels, she followed my habit and placed them all under the sink. She wasn't rigid at all, prioritizing guest comfort above everything else. Auntie Yu also knew I wasn't comfortable using the air conditioning at night – the duvet was too warm, and the duvet cover was too cool. So, she added an extra duvet cover and a small electric heater, ensuring I had a very comfortable sleep in Zhangjiajie. Also, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly thoughtful. Any minor issues with the room were fixed immediately upon reporting them. Having this hotel as part of my trip eliminated all my worries, allowing me to have fun and sleep soundly. 😃

Perfectly located within a few minutes walk from Tianmen Mountain cableway - both lines A & B depart from there. I did research before I came and was planning to take line A which most people take. When I asked hotel staff to help me with purchasing the tickets, they were knowledgeable and advised me a section of line A cableway was suspended for construction so recommended to take line B instead and I'm glad I did. There are lots of restaurants along the way and a convenient store downstairs. Across the street from the cableway, there's are even more smaller local eateries. The hotel decor was modern and cozy. The rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. Inside the room, there were welcome fruits and welcome pack with some very thoughtful items such as steam eye mask and heat pads. Plenty of power sockets to charge phones and things. We loved the soft touches such as emoji puzzle while waiting at the lift and the paper strips with the address of useful places. We arrived by high speed rail and contacted the hotel (through trip.com app) to help us get tickets for the cableway. They offered to pick us up from the HSR with clear instructions on where to meet with no hiccups at all. Everything was perfect. When we checked in, the staff patiently explained how we can best cover the scenic spots that we wanted to visit. Overall, a very enjoying stay! Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner is exceptionally kind, warm, and incredibly helpful, especially for travelers who are unfamiliar with Zhangjiajie. They went above and beyond to provide us with useful travel tips and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service was truly outstanding, exceeding our expectations in every way. The location is also perfect, very strategic and convenient for exploring the main attractions in Zhangjiajie. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Hotel location was fantastic as we were there to explore Tianmen mountain and the cableway was just across the street. Hotel was very nice, rooms were a good size and had all amenities. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful . Food at breakfast was more for Asian taste, but there was some basic Western food. The only negative, which was not the hotel’s fault, was heavy construction occurring across the road during our stay which was noisy. The hotel windows did not seal very well and the noise was disturbing. The hotel did supply ear plugs to try and alleviate the situation. I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to visit Tianmen mountain.

This hotel is super convenient, just about a five-minute walk to the Tianmen Mountain tourist center. There are several hotels in the building, and you need to use your room card to select your floor in the elevator, which adds a good layer of security. The room was quite clean, and housekeeping was very prompt during my two-night stay. The front desk service was excellent; they were very thorough and thoughtful whether I was checking in, borrowing an umbrella, or storing my luggage. I used the washing machine once, and it worked well; you can even see available machines on the TV. Staff were also on hand to assist. For breakfast, I highly recommend the beef rice noodles – they were delicious!

Our room was gorgeous and very clean. The beds were big and soft and had charging points next to them. We had aircon which worked very well. The view from the window was very nice. We had a lovely window area with seats and tea. The location was good and there were loads of food and drink places nearby to it. The staff were very ready to help with recommendations and tickets for trips to the national park area.

This is a newly opened hotel, very clean and spacious, with a great location. It's close to the train and bus stations but still very quiet. The Tianmen Mountain cable car lower station is about a ten-minute walk away, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel even gave us a free room upgrade to a mountain view room, where we could see Tianmen Mountain directly. It was so pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍
