🗻Come for the the amazing views & park proximity, stay for the fantastic service 🚙‼️ 🛏️ The room had a super interesting layout- there was a sauna, a bathtub, and a space for a tea ceremony all rolled into the same room. It was very clean and spacious. 🍴🫧 Free breakfast and they will do your laundry for free as well! Just leave it in the basket outside of your door and it’ll be there washed when you return from whatever mountain. 🚙 THE CAR SERVICE. The hotel offers free airport/train station pickup, they’ll message you through trip.com for your travel details and someone will be waiting at the station to pick you up. They will also arrange a car to take you to whichever destination you choose in the mountain- they’re 10 minutes driving from the East Gate (Bailong Elevator Route if you’re trying to get tickets) or 45 minutes from Tianmen Mountain. They arranged cars for us in the morning both days. ☀️The hotel itself is situated next to some very beautiful mountains. Their staff were very polite and efficient! Our train got in very late (10pm) and through WeChat, we were able to arrange having food prepared for our arrival through the hotel’s restaurant. Thank you again!

It’s a wonderful spot to unwind and soak up the natural beauty. The food here is truly exceptional, especially for the area. Just a heads-up, you might find some insects in the room since it’s nestled in the woods. The service is top-notch. They even drove me to the hospital, stayed with me, and brought me back when I was feeling quite dizzy. They were so attentive and caring.

Great place to stay. Super modern amenities, everything goes seamless from the pickup service, check-in, and chatting with the staffs (you need Wechat). While this place is about 30 minutes away from downtown Zhangjiajie and Tianmen mountain cableway station, you can truly feel being at Zhangjiajie as you get to stay at a place that is surrounded by foggy mountains. Breakfast buffet is complimentary and pretty decent and other Chinese menu that you can order at the hotel restaurant are phenomenal. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this place to other travelers.

Social media helped find this place and it did not disappoint. We were picked up from the airport, laundry folded and transfer to next accommodation as part of the service. The place has a romantic feel with stunning views. Close to east gate for national park entrance which they will arrange for you also. 10/10

- We would have really appreciated our stay in this hotel if the staff (and one especially) wouldn’t have been so RUDE & that unwelcoming…We were really shocked by his behavior when after showing us the map & the itinerary, he threw it at my friend ‘s face. Also the way he spoke to us was always unpleasant. Of course no hello, bye, welcome, smile from any staff. My friend has been travelling around the world for years but has never experienced this kind of behavior before. The hotel is a little bit far of everything (you will depend on didi). Also pay attention several tried to scam us  + The hotel & the view were beautiful, the snacks offered yummy & appreciated after a long day, the breakfast was ok & they had a pick up service. I don’t recommend. Don’t be fouled by the beautiful pics. There are better hotels around the area that will treat you as a human being 🙏

It was one of our best hotels. The staff was very polite and kind, they helped us with everything, booked tickets for us and suggested which route was better to choose. The hotel provides a shuttle service from the train station/airport, which is very convenient. And most importantly, they have a tea ceremony, please take advantage of this and get to know the culture better. Rooms with great views. The hotel is very cozy and clean. We had a great rest here. The hotel is in a beautiful mountainous area a short distance from Wulingyuan town and entry to the nature park. Hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. What really makes this hotel special is the staff and service they provide that goes above and beyond. Pickups from the airport/train station and park area. Also incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Fan who took good care of us as a welcoming host.

Amazing hotel, the service was impeccable, drew a whole map and trajectory for us for how to visit the national park, very friendly staff and very cheap and delicious restaurant, extraordinary location and amazing view, pickup service from train station, and superb guidance and care throughout the whole experience, would recommend!!
