Yunqi V Onsen Garden Resort

This hotel, Xuanqi V Pool & Private Hot Spring Garden Resort, boasts an excellent location, being very close to the entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the mountains. Before check-in, the hotel proactively contacted us, providing detailed instructions for taxi pick-up and more convenient arrival routes. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, offering a high level of comfort. Even the hairdryer was surprisingly good. The hotel's public laundry room is very convenient, equipped with both washing and drying machines, and even a garment steamer, making it easy to manage laundry during your trip. The surrounding area is also well-equipped, with various restaurants and convenience stores downstairs, so you don't have to go far for food or supplies. Overall, the experience was excellent in all aspects. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing. Environment: Great location, very close to Dongmen. Service: Excellent service. We were greeted with a smile right at the entrance. The mini-fridge had unlimited complimentary mung bean soup and fruit. The mung bean soup was incredibly fragrant, sweet, and smooth, and the watermelon was super sweet. Perhaps due to it being peak tourist season, there was a lot of foot traffic. Some guests rang doorbells in the middle of the night, and children were screaming. The soundproofing could definitely be improved.

The hotel is super close to the scenic area, just a 3-minute walk, which is very convenient for getting around. The front desk offers luggage storage, and the staff are warm and attentive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good value for money. Highly recommended.

Excellent, especially the owner who provided fantastic service! They offered valet parking, and when I called for more water, they brought it up right away without a fuss. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety. It's very close to the attractions, and the kids loved the swimming pool.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the East Gate, just a two-minute walk away. We stayed for three days, which allowed us to plan our sightseeing routes efficiently. After a day out, we could easily return to the hotel to rest. It's also convenient for driving to nearby attractions, and there's a large underground parking lot. The room environment is great – clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The staff are warm and attentive, and there's even a small swimming pool to relax in.
