Zhangjiajie Kongjie Valley

Great location, amazing people, clean rooms, but no pool to swim in. The staff is really good. They are very friendly and helpful. The room is truly beautiful. For breakfast lunch for dinner, they drive you down the mountain for two minutes to another hotel, their restaurant Terrace and garden there is really beautiful and the people are very friendly. However, we expected that there would be a pool but this was not the case, this is very misleading given that there are pictures of pools on the listing… all by all we had a great time at this hotel and they have been very helpful arranging cars for us. No pool was very disappointing.

Location wise this was amazing. Very close to the east gate of the national park. However, for the price we paid I think the rooms could do with some improvement, there was mold on the curtains and hair in the toilet when we first checked into our room. I think overall the hotel needs some TLC.

Fully enjoyed our stay at this wonderful and absolutely breath taking located hotel. Views could not be better, you‘ll truly stay in Zhangjiajie Mountains. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, drove us and picked us up to and from so many places and cared for everything. The rooms were great and had everything we needed. I really reccomend staying here, they even have adorable cats and dogs here 😍

we’ve spent a great two days at this hotel! the location is convenient, next to the Zhanjiajie National Park, less than 10 min ride by a car. The service of the staff was super excellent!! they were so nice and helped us with tickets and also picked us for free to the park and to the railway station. We also had a nice breakfast. They provided us with an additional heater which made a room very warm and comfortable. Thank you for your service! 😍🫶🏻 There are very cute cats and dogs at the hotel territory 😁

For the view of the mountains, this stay is so awesome. If you mainly want to see the Zhangjiajie National Park, I really recommend this hotel. For me, I underestimated the amount of time it would take to get to Wulingyuan and Zhangjiajie city. It was a little inconvenient for me because I had to call taxis if I wanted to go out to eat and it was kind of far. A lot of taxi drivers would ask me for a tip because the location was difficult to reach. Apart from the location issue, I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were so accommodating and kind and even drove me to Zhangjiajie city on my last day. The dogs were so cute and the view of the mountains was stunning. If you want a perfect getaway from the city and stunning views, then this is the place for you. If you want to hangout in the more lively places, it might be kind of a hassle. This hotel is perfect for those who want a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Our room was clean, cosy, and comfortably warm, making it especially enjoyable despite the cold weather outside. The hotel also provides complimentary transport to the nearest town for dining, which is both thoughtful and convenient. For anyone planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, this boutique hotel is highly recommended for its distinctive charm and truly unique experience.
