Manyuan Resort Hotel

Absolutely wonderful! A warm greeting and they invited me back down to reception where they helped me plan my zhangjiajei route and book tickets. - I only had a single day to explore the park to the route they gave me was perfect allowing me to see more than expected! A beautiful area just outside the hotel to explore with stepping stones across their beautiful river, and many food options. The room was light and clean and lovely and it felt surreal bathing on the balcony. Best experience and lovely workers.

The room has majors humidity issues and is in bad shape. The shower gel was empty. We had a free voucher included in the reservation for a foot bath and they were reluctant to provide it. Once we had it, it was not matching the pictures… location is good.

Very nicely located. Clean and very hospital staff. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent. I appreciate their hospitality the upgrade of the room as well as a free gift on checkout.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walking from the East Gate, which makes it convenient for early morning reservations to the park. They helped me book the tickets for the park and explained for each day the best route for my needs. They were also able to contact a driver two times during my stay, for a good price, which made coming from the airport smooth. They upgraded my room free of charge, which was nice. All the receptionists have been kind, patient and ready to accommodate every request. The only downside is that the building and the rooms are slightly outdated.

Our stay at Manyuan Resort Hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The room itself was massive, beautifully clean, and offered a peaceful, quiet environment with a lovely scenic view at night. Every morning started perfectly with a delicious selection of breakfast foods, and having access to a complimentary laundry service was an amazing, convenient bonus after long days of exploring. The location is an absolute dream—chef’s kiss—as it is just a few minutes' walk to the park's East Gate, and surrounded by a fantastic variety of local food places and a relaxing massage shop right nearby. What truly made our trip unforgettable was the exceptional service; the staff members were incredibly helpful, warm, and accommodating, taking care of booking all of our itineraries and passes for Zhangjiajie. We loved every moment of our time here and would absolutely stay at this hotel again on our next visit!

We enjoyed a brief but very nice stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They helped book all park/attraction tickets for us for our stay in Zhangjiajie, no problems or stress at all with the logistics booking all the various sights to see. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of Chinese cuisine and was very tasty. Thank you, Manyuan Hotel staff!
