The staff are very friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is good too. Thanks for having us. Good value for money.

We arrived very late in the evening. The hotel staff was kind enough to wait for us to check in. The staff (Gong) recommended and booked us adventure tickets in advance. He was very friendly . Gave us price breakdown, maps and direction. Also booked us Didi service to airport and pizza delivery. The building is quaint and kept its heritage. Well equipped with modern bathrooms . Comfortable beds. I like how there’s a little grocery store next door. Very kind friendly locals, offered tea to try out. There’s also security in site. Bought some local souvenirs from the hotel itself, which was convenient.

Really recommend this hotel! From the airport or Zhangjiajie West Railway station is only around 15 minutes by taxi. This made getting around very easy. Against most recommendations, we opted to only have one hotel for our entire time in Zhangjiajie. The central location made visiting attractions like Tianmen Mountain, 72 Wonder Tower and Furong Ancient town (short train ride away) very easy. The longest journey was to Zhangjiajie National Park, but was still only 45 minutes journey to the East Gate. The hotel itself was very clean, the room was a great size and the bed was huge! The staff were very attentive, all spoke English, and were very happy to offer help with anything we required. They even sent a message every morning to ensure we rested well, our stay was pleasant, and if we had had breakfast in the restaurant that day. One big highlight of the room itself was the inbuilt ceiling speakers which not only had preprogrammed music but could easily connect to your phone via Bluetooth. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone we know visiting the area!

The hotel was in a great location, close to both Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport and Tianmen Mountain. We stayed the night before our visit to Tianmen Mountain and were able to leave our luggage free of charge for the day while we explored which was very convenient. The included breakfast offered a nice mix of western and chinese options. They upgraded our room for free to one with a massive bed which was another bonus! The staff helped book us discounted tickets for both Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Park prior to our stay via WeChat, which helped us out a ton (as well as providing us with paper maps about the parks)!

We stayed here for 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and to our delight we got a complimentary upgrade which was very nice indeed, staff was super helpful when it came to advices and what to do and where to go, breakfast was good with a nice selection, love the lobby and the cosy tea room interior, room was nice and clean and spacious and had all the amenities needed, our toilet was separate to the shower room so that's welcome bonus specially when there's 3 people sharing one room 😂. Absolutely would recommend this to anyone that visiting Zhangjiajie, Hotel it's conveniently located close to the city centre with a handy convenient store down the road.
