Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan

This hotel is excellent! The room was clean and spacious with a fantastic river view. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. It's conveniently located, and the soundproofing is great, making it very comfortable for families with children. Our overall experience exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel has only been open for a year, so the facilities are very new, and the room was comfortable. The environment is also great; there's a large lawn garden right outside the lobby entrance! It was very pleasant to sit there and relax in the evening. The highlight of the hotel is the service. A butler contacted me even before check-in to ask about my arrival time and hotel details. Upon arrival, the front desk staff who checked me in were also very friendly and carefully explained the hotel's facilities. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan.

Booked this for my family and they said it was a great stay. A butler even reached out beforehand to introduce the hotel. When they arrived, the staff gave them a detailed rundown of travel routes and things to be aware of! The service was truly excellent, and the room was comfortable. My family had a relaxed and comfortable experience throughout their stay, and the value for money was outstanding. They were very satisfied! If any of my family or friends go to Zhangjiajie, I will highly recommend they stay at Hilton Garden Inn!!

Had a great stay here! The room's facilities were well-maintained, and the view from the window was lovely. It's conveniently located not far from Wulingyuan. The breakfast spread was also excellent, and any issues were promptly resolved. Definitely recommend!
