I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel; my entire stay exceeded expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly patient, meticulously answering all my questions. The shuttle driver was exceptionally helpful, offering round-trip transfers to East Gate anytime, and it only took five minutes. It felt like having a private VIP service, making getting around completely hassle-free. The sixth floor has laundry and drying areas, making it convenient to wash clothes during my trip so I could wear fresh, clean outfits every day. Many foreign guests stay here, and the front desk is equipped with translation devices, ensuring smooth and seamless communication with all international visitors. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and flavors, with plenty of choices. I initially booked for only two nights, but extended my stay because it was so comfortable! What touched me most was on my last day. Although they typically only drop guests off at the high-speed rail station, the owner went out of his way to personally drive me to a hotel near Tianmen Mountain, showing genuine care throughout. The service is truly sincere and reliable, making this an absolutely reputable establishment. This is definitely my top choice for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Every staff member at the front desk was very welcoming and enthusiastic. The hotel is quiet! The laundry room and drying area on the 6th floor are really practical. It's perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel was very clean, and the room's facilities were all voice-activated smart devices, which I loved because my own home is smart too. It was super comfortable, and the environment was great with good air quality! Plus, they offer free shuttle service to and from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park! They provide free shuttle service to the East Gate (Flag Gate) of the Forest Park. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Staying at Four Seasons Creek Side was the best decision we made for our Zhangjiajie trip! The hotel is located right next to Baofeng Lake. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were both very efficient. They even provided free high-speed rail station pickup and transfers to the East Gate of the Forest Park, accommodating all our needs. The location is also super convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!
