This was my first time in Zhangjiajie, and I wanted to pick a good local hotel. Even before I arrived, the hotel proactively contacted me to help plan my itinerary and arrangements. The service was really excellent! They even provided a car pickup service from the station, which was fantastic. The room was spacious, and the mountain view room was particularly great.

The rooms are very unique, and the breakfast is exquisite. The view from the top floor is also perfect for photos.

I stayed at the Zhangjiajie Qishili Cave B&B for 3 consecutive nights this time, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie! The B&B has a unique cave-themed design throughout. The environment and facilities are stunning, and the ambiance is incredible. I originally booked the Rock Dwelling King Room, but the owner thoughtfully upgraded us to a better room for free upon check-in. The amenities were complete, meticulously maintained, and spotlessly clean, making for excellent photo opportunities. The service at the B&B was exceptionally attentive and warm. The concierge, a lovely and patient lady, not only provided detailed explanations of the various scenic routes and tips for avoiding common tourist pitfalls in Zhangjiajie but also proactively helped us book discounted tickets for the attractions, saving us a good amount of money. The front desk staff can communicate in foreign languages, which is very friendly for international travelers. Foreign guests can check in and inquire about itineraries smoothly and conveniently, receiving professional and thoughtful service. The B&B's location is a huge advantage, as it's only a 15-minute walk to the East Gate of Wulingyuan Scenic Area, making access to and from the park incredibly convenient. The biggest highlight of this stay was the hotel's airport pick-up service. After booking in advance, the arrangements were punctual and reliable, making the entire trip hassle-free and effortless. After three days, my stay was comfortable and pleasant throughout. Whether you're a domestic or international traveler visiting Zhangjiajie, this cave B&B is an excellent choice!

The room is fully smart, with an automatic toilet and many functions that offer a great experience. They even thoughtfully prepared fruit, and the hairdryer provided was a Dyson. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a relaxing view of the mountain scenery. Breakfast was very rich, and the riverside scenery is beautiful, with butterflies fluttering in the garden – it's truly stunning! The butler was very attentive, providing us with a route that helped us avoid any pitfalls, and offering pick-up and drop-off services. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests! They were also very receptive to our suggestions!
