I had such a lovely stay here! It’s a shame that I only stayed for one night. I was able to check in early, which was great after an early train ride and was greeted by friendly staff and a welcome package of snacks, toiletries and homemade glutinous rice wrapped in bamboo leaves! It was so thoughtful and kind of them. The location is perfect with the lower cable way station for Tianmen Mountain just a couple minutes walk away. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was perfectly clean and had everything I needed. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

The location is just 5 min walk to the tianmenshan cable station. Lots of restaurants around. If you want shopping or big hypermarket, need to take a taxi for about 5 min to shopping street. The room is clean and modern and takes up the whole 13th floor of building. But the lift is quite run down and need to wait quite awhile as there are many hotels in the building

The hotel room was cosy and comfortable, perfect for a stay when visiting Zhangjiajie (especially Tianmen Mountain which is only a 3-minute walk from this hotel). Staff were also very friendly and helpful, even arranging airport/train pickups for us.

Good location. Right beside the shuttle bus to tianmenshan. Clean and spacious room. They even have freshly made ginger red tea upon request and it is delicious. They do not have mini fridge in the room but you can store your cold drinks at the reception main fridge. Reception is also very polite and helpful. Good value for money. Cab ride about 10 mins to 72 Qiluo. Highly recommended.

Great location: Super close to tianmen cable way. Front desk also allowed us to check in quite early! They also provided us complimentary drop off service to zhangjiajie west train station. The restaurant next to the elevators was exceptionally good, definitely recommend it , and there were loads of local and fast food restaurants nearby. Only down side was the construction noises one level above, I could hear it throughout the night but there is a notice slip inside the room that apologizes for the noise and disposable air plugs are provided. The room itself isn’t very sound proof, I can hear people in the hallway pass by and talk- there was also an open gap at the bottom of the door frame which is likely the culprit for poor sound proofing, I’m not sure if all rooms are like that or just ours.

Very friendly staff, room was nice and clean and very good location, 5 mins walking to the cableway. They give you snacks and a little gift, that was so cute. I was sick and the guy offered me some hot honey water, very thoughtful. One of my favorite stays in China!
