The room facilities are complete, and having a laundry room is very convenient. The staff are also very friendly.

They arranged for us to have a room on the same floor, just across the hall. It was a Japanese-style tatami room, and it was a non-smoking floor, which was great. Our river-view room also had a bathtub and a fridge. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was even a full-length mirror, which was a nice touch. The location is super convenient, right in the city center with subway and bus stations nearby. It's especially easy to get to attractions and restaurants. Definitely worth it!

Five stars, hands down! After checking out, I realized I'd left something in my room. The hotel staff were incredibly responsible and immediately helped me search for it thoroughly, finding it and keeping it safe very quickly. They were patient and kind throughout our communication, and they arranged for the item to be couriered to me without me having to worry about a thing. The hotel staff are very responsible and honest, and their attention to detail in service is outstanding. The environment and hygiene are also top-notch. Staying here when traveling brings such peace of mind, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!
