Great hotel, very friendly people and staff. Stayed for three nights and definitely want to come back!

This was an amazing stay and any issues we had were compensated by the amazing service provided by the staff. We are vegetarian and it was a small selection of vegetarian dishes but to even have dinner at the hotel was amazing as its quite off-road location. The staff helped us book all our tickets to the park and mountain and Grand Canyon they helped us get to and from the train station and help us book a taxi for a day. The tickets even came at the discounted price. The girls in the reception were so nice and they had a good translation device that made the communication much easier. We even got upgraded to a room with a view of the mountains which was amazing to wake up to and the rooms were Even voice commanded which was. We made the curtains go up at 6 am so we were woken up by the Sun. They used a WeChat group and we could ask any question there and they would answer to the best of their abilities! They even delivered mosquito repellent to us at midnight.Loved our stay💕

Perfectly located hotel, just a short walk from one of the entrances to the national park. The services were excellent, especially the pick-up and transportation to the park entrance. The reception staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they truly made our stay enjoyable and memorable!

The hotel fully lived up to our expectations! The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. The smart room controls were very convenient and easy to use. The hotel grounds are lovely, with scenic walking paths and swings that create a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was not extremely varied, but everything was delicious — be sure to try the shaomai! In the evenings, you can order local Chinese dishes prepared by the chef. The food is excellent, although many dishes are designed for sharing and the portions are quite large. There are also snacks available at the reception desk. The weather in the park can change quickly, but the hotel sells both raincoats and shoe covers for rainy days (surprisingly useful!). The hotel also provides a shuttle to the park entrance, which is only a short distance away. I would also like to give special thanks to the hotel staff for the airport transfers and for their invaluable assistance throughout our stay. They helped us plan our sightseeing itinerary, purchase tickets, and were incredibly responsive to any questions we had — whether about the room or even our travel plans during the day. Their support made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you so much ❤️ When planning the trip, I recommend allowing at least two full days for the park itself, plus another one or two days for Tianmen Mountain and the Glass Bridge. Keep in mind that these attractions are about an hour’s drive from the main park and the hotel. I would also highly recommend visiting the 72 Wonder Tower in Zhangjiajie City in the evening. The atmosphere there is incredible, with live performances, actors in costume, and beautiful light installations that make the whole place feel magical.

Amazing hotel and service. Location was 10/10 and the rooms were great as well. Also want to highlight the exceptional service by Xiao Fang, Xiao Li, and David. They were extremely helpful throughout our stay. They also offered pickup and Drop-off for us from the rain station. Would definitely return to this establishment.

We had an amazing stay! All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with buying tickets for the park and helped us decide the best route to visit it. They also picked us up from and dropped us off at the train station, which was very convenient. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The food was also very good. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location close to the national park entrance and very peaceful after the histle of cities.Staff were fantastic- couldn’t have asked for better sevice. Staff organised everything in the park for us and dropped us off and picked us up. Food was fabulous and catered to is which was much appreciated- best food in all China for us.So fresh, straight from the garden.

Everything was excellent! The staff helped us a lot with tickets, arranged transportation, and even helped us plan the route based on the weather and the places we had already visited. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The food was also very good!

It’s a small beautiful hotel in the fairy place. In the room there are hi-tech amenities. Room are quite large and clean. It’s a perfect place to have a rest and relax. But if you need shops and restaurants nearby there weren’t. The hotel location is near the one of the national park entrance, but far from Wulingyuan. Personal is awesome. Girls were very helpful and welcoming.
