Love it! Went on low season and the staff (小李）upgraded the room for us. 270 degree view of the mountains. We arrived past dinner time and every one was very hospitable and they had the chef wait for us abit and had dinner cooked for us. Highly recommend the stir fry cucumber. Super shiok if u are Singaporean like me. Breakfast was local fare which was a good change from hotel food. Local but delicious 😋. Don't need to prebook any of your Zhangjiajie tickets. Just pre inform them and they will help you plan and book accordingly. Remember the day starts and ends early and both parks are a easy but it is still a hike/walk nonetheless. So if you want to visit more than 1 attraction a day, remember to sleep early and start ur day early. Overall, a FANTASTIC stay and of I come back, this is sure the place I wanna stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was about a 5 minute walk to the national park and there are a lot of food options around the hotel. The lady at the reception gave us a clear description of the national park and what would be the best route for a 2 day visit.

I really liked the hotel. The hotel arranged a transfer from the train station to the hotel and back, and it also took us to the main attractions. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. The receptionist spoke English and assisted us in purchasing tickets for the Avatar Mountains, the Grand Canyon, and the cave. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also had a free tea ceremony with four different teas from China. After the ceremony, we were able to purchase the tea we liked. The breakfasts were good, and even a Russian person could find something to eat. The hotel grounds are a separate aesthetic pleasure, especially in the evening when the steam is turned on. There is also a very beautiful view of the mountains from the room window.

We arrived early in the morning, and the owner upgraded our room for free. It was much larger and more spacious. Opening the curtains, I could see the surrounding mountains. It was especially wonderful to be able to gaze at the mist-shrouded mountain scenery without leaving the room in the morning. The entrance to the scenic area is less than 15 minutes away. The hotel also provides free walking sticks, but those planning to take the cable car up the mountain should avoid using them, as they are completely unnecessary. There are many restaurants nearby, all reasonably priced and delicious.

I was truly surprised by this stay! From check-in, the front desk attendant was warm and efficient, thoughtfully explaining the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. The king-size room I booked was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed linens were soft and skin-friendly. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and hot water was available instantly. The hotel's location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Both the facilities and service are impeccable, and the value for money is outstanding. It's already my top choice for accommodation the next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful experience at Zhangjiajie Qishi Li Cave Homestay. The hotel contacted us days before arrival, arranged airport pickup, and even helped plan our visits to Tianmen Mountain, the Glass Bridge, and the National Forest Park. Our driver dropped us off to start sightseeing and brought our luggage to the hotel for us—such thoughtful service! When we checked in, we were surprised with a honeymoon room upgrade. Although we chose our original room for a cozier feel, the gesture was incredibly kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location is perfect—about a 10-minute walk to the National Forest entrance. The staff truly made our trip. They helped book all our tickets, gave clear directions, and even assisted with food delivery. Special thanks to Sunny for planning everything, and to the staff member who brought us grapes and oranges late at night when we were craving fruit 😂. We’re recommending this hotel to everyone. Amazing service, great location, and unforgettable hospitality!

The pictures and reviews do not lie. The location is peaceful and quiet, rooms are very new and clean. The service and hospitality I received also exceeded that of a 5-star hotel. The staff gave me a very personalized experience at Manson and did not behave like robots like other hotel staff. I give my deepest appreciation to the butler assigned to me, 豆豆, who always ensured my safety (as a foreign solo traveler) and ensured that my needs were met. He was also an expert of the area and gave very good local recommendations that staff from other hotels often fail to provide. From the whole pick-up service to check-out process, it was seamless and I never encountered any obstacles. If there is a chance, I will come back here again. The place was nice , the host is very kind and speaks good English. You will find cute kitties living on the ground floor.the owner will help you booking tickets for the attractions if u need for just a small charge . There are always many guests both chinese and foreigners. You can have dinner all together for 30 yuan and experience various local foods. The rooms are clean , there is airconditioning and he will provide a set of sheets and blanket/pillow. He even took all the guests on an evening walk to some cave for free. Totally recommended

The place is genuinely clean, and the layout ensures privacy from other guests. For this price, the value for money is absolutely outstanding. Typically, cheaper places have cleanliness issues, and more expensive ones are just too pricey. Here, you pay for a standard hotel but get a villa-like experience. You can spend an entire afternoon relaxing, enjoying the scenery with a cup of tea. The laundry room has both washing and drying facilities, so no need to queue like in a hotel, and there's even a butler service. They also have a mahjong room and a bamboo grove for barbecues. Thumbs up!
