I stayed during the Christmas holidays 🎄 with my family (also got Christmas gifts 🎁 😃). This hotel is very near to the Wujiauyu ticket office (around 1km). The hotel staff is really helpful in giving tips for travel around scenic areas and few of them speak English well. I stayed with my family and they upgraded my room for free. 😃 You can also get a discount ticket from the hotel for the Charming Xiangxi show, which is just adjacent to the hotel. If you got tiered roaming in the scenic area you can also try foot massage. If I visit Zhangjiajie again, this hotel will be my first choice.

Air conditioning wasn’t great. Bathroom was nice and clean. Great location. They let us get room service after the restaurant closed which was really nice. Food was really delicious too. Bit Smoky but that seems like a normal occurrence in zhangjiajie.

It is a nice hotel to stay if you want to visit the park, we were very satisfied with the rooms, but we’re not happy that in canteen was freezing cold. For breakfast or dinner we needed to wear winter jackets, it’s not very nice in 5 starts hotel 🤪 Swimming pool was also very cold, we wanted to swim but couldn’t. In the gym the temperature was 11 degrees 😅 I understand that it is winter, but don’t think it’s an excuse for the 5 stars hotel.

The hotel I stayed in this time left a deep impression on me. The room service was very attentive, and the room decoration was warm and exquisite. This hotel was OK as far as amenities but I gave it 2 stars because many things in the room were broken.  Only the handheld shower head turned on, not the overhead rain shower. The shower leaked water into the toilet area, the light on the vanity mirror was broken. Most annoyingly, the air conditioner only turned down to about 24.5° and would not go lower. We were so hot at night trying to sleep. Other than those things the room was quite comfortable, especially the bed. Staff were also very friendly. The breakfast was OK.  If you are looking for the western options at the buffet, they had fried eggs, bacon, sausage/hot dogs, fresh fruit, cheap coffee, and sliced bread. The Chinese breakfast options were plentiful.

If you are planning to visit Zhangjiajie, this hotel is a perfect place to stay. It is an amazing experience in Zhangjiajie. The hotel location make it perfect spot for those who wanna go around all the sightseeing in Zhangjiajie.The host is a fantastic guy, kind and helpful, and as extra bonus, he speaks English. He helped us to arrange for our daily tours and has great knowledge about the area, forest, and sightseeing. The hotel was very neat and clean with fantastic avatars mountain view. The breakfast was also nice and covered variety of Asian and western tastes. Furthermore, we driven there with our EV, and the fast charging station is opposite to this place. Moreover, as we travel with our two dogs, we chose a pet friendly hotel and it worked. it’s a great pet friendly hotel for those who travel with their fair babies. In the second day of our stay the host surprised me with the cake 🎂 for my birthday which proof how friendly he is and care about guests happiness and comfort. 张家界森林公园的景观令人震惊，同时，酒店的工作人员服务很好，他们记得我的生日并为我准备了一份蛋糕，很感谢，我们能够在房间里看到森林公园，景色很美丽

Location was just perfect, directly opposite the TianMen Mountain Cable car. Room was so comfortable. The breakfast was great (especially eating so many days of Chinese food), there was many variety to choose from. The staffs at the restaurant there were friendly. Kudos to Chef Hu. There was another two aunty staffs (which I have forgotten their name, but should be from housekeeping) that were of great help, the laundry dryer was so packed till everyone was queueing to use them. They took out extra dryers from the storeroom for our use. Really appreciate their help . 👍👍👍

Location- perfect for a remote stay! You feel truly in nature and able to relax. There is one road up so it can sometimes be hard to organise a taxi here but contact the hotel and they will help you easily Service- rain is extremely helpful and helped us organise transport to and from the national park gate which is very close Good- excellent chinese food, feels home cooked and delicious, not as oily. Breakfast is great Pool- stunning infinity pool! FYI you are in nature so there are bugs in the area

Pros: staffs at the front desk are friendly. good location for tianmen mountain tourist. Convenient area as many restaurants and shops are around. Close to Zhangjiajie railway station and the airport , about 15minutes away from west railway station. Cons: rooms are old dated , shower booth water pressure is weak, bed mattress is not comfortable. Breakfast is very simple chinese style (no toast machine, no butter/jam, coffee taste weird).

The receptionists are friendly and the communication is effective . Manage to get The Grand Canyon tickets from them at a better rate than the official website . They even upgraded our room . The room itself is well kept and clean . Room facilities are also in good condition . Location of the hotel is really good . We can walk to the East gate of the National forest and even driving to Grand Canyon is only about 40 min. Also accessible to most of the restaurants . Is basically all walking distance . The only thing that could work on a a little is probably the breakfast . Options can be a little bit more . Overall I would recommend friends and family to stay if they are visiting the Wu ling Yuan area .

I was looking for an easy stay in the nature. This was totally perfect. I choose the biggest room, with veranda and big bathtub. The room was really good, spacey with nice living-room side. Bathroom was very good with big spa bathtub. Everything is working well, air conditioning, shower, bathtub… only small point is there is no fridge in the room but the owner was keeping our stuff in the kitchen fridge. It’s said that there is a swimming pool, but not in the property. This can be arranged by the owner to have a splash in another place. Super close to quiet entrance of south east entrance of the park where we could also do Covid test… 300 meters. The owner was carrying us where we wanted to go for a fee. DiDi is not super easy to get there. Restaurant next to thé hôtel was very tasty. Just don’t expect anyone to speak English around, but with Wexin, all problems get smoother with translation… The landscape in front of the hotel is very nice and you can walk on pavement between rice, corn, pepper, eggplants…super relaxing for city people Thus hostel is what you need to relax in quiet place and very very access to wonderful Zhangjiajie National park.

We loved our stay at Manyuan resort hotel. The lady at the reception was very helpful. Her name was Yuanyuan. She planned the itinerary for our entire holiday and even helped us in buying discounted tickets. She even helped coordinate with a bakery to deliver a great birthday cake for my mother’s birthday. Her customer service really impressed us and further enhanced the quality of our stay. The rooms at the hotel are very modern and spacious. We stayed in a family room which had lots of toys for our young child. There was a trampoline and slide in the room too which made our son very happy. The location of the hotel is central and just a 10 minute walk to Wulingyuan scenic area and a 7-8 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. Overall, I rate this hotel five stars.

The hotel is perfectly situated for the visit to the Zhangjiajie mountain as it is right by the cable car station. The room is fine, the shower was lovely and the air conditioning worked well. The staff are friendly and really helpful, they helped to book tickets and bus for the night performance. They even provided a room for us to change our wet garments after the mountain even after we had checked out. The hotel reception is on the 10th floor of the building.

Really nice hotel conveniently located near the railway station (not the high speed station though). It’s a 3min Didi from the Cableway to Tian men mountain, around 6-10 cny. It’s a 16-20min Didi from high speed station, around 18-30 cny. They upgraded our room for free and it was quite spacious and modern. Breakfast had several options, mostly Chinese and some pastries; it included a soup with noodles that is done on the spot. Staff was nice, able to answer all of our questions despite language barrier. There’s a washing machine and dryer free to use. The best part was the 2:00pm late check out which allowed us to spend our time without hurries in Tianmen mountain (be prepared for crowds). They also accepted to store our luggage for 3 nights while we go to Wuling. So a really nice option all around, no wonder it’s classified as one of the best hotels around the area in trip.com.

Everything was awesome and even better than expected. -The young couple managing this place is very carying for the hosts and enthsuiastics to serve. As soon as we arrived they gave us a map and sat down to explain us the best itinerary to take, and what was not a priority to visit based on our time (we had a single day to visit the park). This was very helpful to us. This day chinese citizens had special discount for the park entrance and they kindly used their accounts to make us beneficiate their discounts - Delicious breakfast in the morning hand made. They also have dinner. There is also a main road at 1min walking with a bunch of good restaurant and street food. - The park is at 10min with Didi from the Hotel - Hotel very clean and cosy. Living room with many places to chill or eat breakfast/dinner. With a few table in the backyard oustide as well - Rooms are perfectly clean and fonctional. Bed is very comfy. Big plus is a window that takes an entire wall size with the view to the mountains! - They provided us with a Taxi less expensive than the one we took to come to the place. Everything was really amazing, one of my best stay in a hotel. Thanks to this lovely family!

Happy warmth is my biggest feeling in provoking Lian. The period I stayed was the end of eleven, and those days were also the most sad days in Zhangjiajie. If it was not for the enthusiastic help of Lilian Hotel, those days might also be my most sad days. After experiencing the highway card for 5 hours, no one cares. It is Lian who has been calling to support and comfort us, knowing that we checked in smoothly. Help us find a testing location in the middle of the night. When we check out, we will also be a strong backing. If the flight changes, Lian is willing to do our warm harbor. The hotel itself is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the building, the reception is on the 4th floor. Might be tricky to find for the first time. No noise from outside, quiet area. Service and Amenities - very nice reception management, they picked me up from the railway station on time, washed my laundry and brought it to me dry, asked if I needed to clean my room every day of my staying there. They also let me keep my luggage for the day at the reception after my check out. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in sufficient quantity, all sockets work, two types of slippers (disposable and rubber). Although it’s quiet area, they anyway provide ear plugs. Free bag of delicious local tea and tea set in the room. The only thing I wish they had it’s razors. Cleanliness - room was looking exactly like on the pictures, bedsheets are clean and smell fresh, no annoying smells in the room too. Walls are clean, maybe with a little scratches, but not critical. I had no smoking room, and room wasn’t smelling like smoke at all (sounds weird to describe this, but sometimes room still smells like cigarettes despite being “non smoking”)

Hotel occupied one floor of entire building. It has a few English names. We crossed over to cable station early the next day to buy ticket to tianmen mountain. Choose B route where a shuttle bus will bring you to entrance some distance away. When down, B route will bring you back cablecar station (easier to go back hotel). Room is large & clean with comfortable bed. There was some performance nearby where music stopped at 10 pm (but we were not disturbed). Surprisingly, we heard loud fireworks (short) in the middle of night on second night. Restaurant set breakfast tables at carpark behind in mornings. The food was good.

LOVE the place !!! Good location, right next to the TMS cableway station..so whenever u took a cab/DiDi.. just let them know the cableway station you will find your way back. Next, the lady receptionists were AWERSOME!, Friendly cheerful, being greeted upon return. Help to make arrangement for car to transport me to WLY scenic area. One occasion without transport, I was pointed to take a shuttle bus from the bus station directly to the Canyon. Although there are no welcome drink, was greeted with water :) and some snacks...The inn provides *****s of notes to direct cust to various places too. Lastly end of my trip, I was treated a Vit C filled orange before I headed for the Airport...

Hotel occupied one floor of entire building. It has a few English names. We crossed over to cable station early the next day to buy ticket to tianmen mountain. Choose B route where a shuttle bus will bring you to entrance some distance away. When down, B route will bring you back cablecar station (easier to go back hotel). Room is large & clean with comfortable bed. There was some performance nearby where music stopped at 10 pm (but we were not disturbed). Surprisingly, we heard loud fireworks (short) in the middle of night on second night. Restaurant set breakfast tables at carpark behind in mornings. The food was good.

LOVE the place !!! Good location, right next to the TMS cableway station..so whenever u took a cab/DiDi.. just let them know the cableway station you will find your way back. Next, the lady receptionists were AWERSOME!, Friendly cheerful, being greeted upon return. Help to make arrangement for car to transport me to WLY scenic area. One occasion without transport, I was pointed to take a shuttle bus from the bus station directly to the Canyon. Although there are no welcome drink, was greeted with water :) and some snacks...The inn provides *****s of notes to direct cust to various places too. Lastly end of my trip, I was treated a Vit C filled orange before I headed for the Airport...

The hotel is perfectly situated for the visit to the Zhangjiajie mountain as it is right by the cable car station. The room is fine, the shower was lovely and the air conditioning worked well. The staff are friendly and really helpful, they helped to book tickets and bus for the night performance. They even provided a room for us to change our wet garments after the mountain even after we had checked out. The hotel reception is on the 10th floor of the building.

The room allotted ‘Mountain View’ suite had a fabulous view of the mountains. Four balconies provided ample opportunities to see the breathtaking views. You can time lapse the mist from the cloud forest as long as you want. The interior decoration of the suite is also very elegant. The friendly Manager/Owner are very helpful and prompt to guest needs. In fact took the onus of driving us down the hill to buy personal stuff. The location of the hotel is somewhat off the busy locality downhill. So if you prefer tranquillity this is a good choice. If you are concerned on the availability of daily needs then there is a small convenience store with the hotel, but with limited choices. But the owner is very responsible to organize the same for you. The lovely lady manager of the canteen made sure to wait for us before winding off the breakfast and dinner. In fact the meals were customized as per request. The taste had the flavor of home cooked meals. The hotel has some scope of improvement in terms of regular check on maintenance and house keeping. General cleanliness in the complex is good with possible improvement within the accommodation building, perhaps the corridors can use some decoration with colorful potted plants. I am sure the hotel will attract more foreigners to enjoy the ambience around if they keep in mind on improving the scopes mentioned. A point to note is it’s proximity to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park entrance. Very much recommendable for families.

We chose this hostel because it is 5 minutes walk from the Yangjiajie entrance and it was a success. Very friendly and attentive staff, good and abundant food, simple but clean and well equipped rooms. To top off the adorable dog they have made our stay much happier. Upon arriving at Zhangjiajie airport, the owner was waiting for us to take us to the hostel with his car, I recommend this way because the park is an hour away and it can be difficult to get transportation. Regarding the food it is advisable to pay a little more and to be cooked in the same hostel so you will save time because there are no restaurants nearby.

The room pretty much looked like in the picture I saw in the app, good lighting, bright colours, cozy and welcoming. The bed was really comfortable, and the tv had many channels to choose from. The bathroom had hot water all the time.The room was very clean. I have had breakfast ready for me to take out, and this was a pleasant surprise as I didn't expect it. My room was on the side of the building where the noise from the construction site could be heard, but even so I wasn't bothered much, as the windows blocked most of the noise.What they could do a bit better is deep-clean the carpets from time to time, the one in my room was a bit stained. There is a long piece of metal over the carpet in one part of the room transferring from the room to the small hall near the mirror, when I stepped on it, it stinged me a bit under my left foot, so hope that someone can check that for the future guests. All in all, very good experience, good service at the front desk, and, yes, definitely I plan to come back to stay here.

I was looking for an easy stay in the nature. This was totally perfect. I choose the biggest room, with veranda and big bathtub. The room was really good, spacey with nice living-room side. Bathroom was very good with big spa bathtub. Everything is working well, air conditioning, shower, bathtub… only small point is there is no fridge in the room but the owner was keeping our stuff in the kitchen fridge. It’s said that there is a swimming pool, but not in the property. This can be arranged by the owner to have a splash in another place. Super close to quiet entrance of south east entrance of the park where we could also do Covid test… 300 meters. The owner was carrying us where we wanted to go for a fee. DiDi is not super easy to get there. Restaurant next to thé hôtel was very tasty. Just don’t expect anyone to speak English around, but with Wexin, all problems get smoother with translation… The landscape in front of the hotel is very nice and you can walk on pavement between rice, corn, pepper, eggplants…super relaxing for city people Thus hostel is what you need to relax in quiet place and very very access to wonderful Zhangjiajie National park.
