"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Zhangjiajie. The location was perfect—very close to the main attractions, which made our sightseeing so convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect after a long day of exploring. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They assisted us with directions, transportation, and local recommendations, always with a warm smile. Their hospitality really made our trip feel smooth and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall environment of the hotel felt cozy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. "Very good and new hotel with very nice staff and clean and good smell environment. I will come again. Strong points: 1. Room i have booked was according to the pictures, very spacious and comfortable, good corridor with open closet and nice toilet and shower, very big bed. 2. Room is on 14th floor with good view on the city and mountain with cableway. 3. Smart room is equipped with voice control or touch panel to open the curtains, lights, AC, wifi. 4. Bathroom is at the entrance with nice sink and good light mirror, there is also make up mirror and the hotel provides toothbrush with toothpaste, comb, shaving kit, vanity set. All you need. The set of towels is 3- face, medium and big for the body. There is a robe, slippers and toilet sit cover. 5. In the shower all is new, the shower head works very well and water is warm. The strong point is that hotel is ”sustainable” and uses less plastic - there is big shampoo, shower gel and conditioner dispensers, not the small to throw away!!!very good! Smart toilet was also clean and nice. The hairdryer is new and good (like dyson). 6. The bed is comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. I had a very good sleep, the blanket is warm and nice, bed linen is clean and fresh, all new. 7. I had a deep sleep due to the comfort in the room, you can use a fan and air ventilation, or you can switch off. The temperature was regulated perfectly. Not hot and not cold. 8. There is a teapot to boil water and on the table there is a traditional tea set. 9. If you have a delivery, the robot comes to your door and gives it to you, very convenient. 10. The hotel reception and lobby personnel is very polite, nice and welcoming. They help you using wechat and try to cover your requests. They were very kind to let me late check out. 11. I know that in the hotel there is laundry and gym. I had no time to use them. Also there is a restaurant. 12. Around the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and it is 10 minutes to the station and 15 minutes to the airport. 13. And the most important thing for me as a frequent traveller, it has no smell of smoke anywhere, its smoke free, fresh and clean. I had very very good experience. I am allergic and suffer in many places in China. It is excellent place!!! I havent found any bad points, so I give 10/10 vote."

"Highly recommend to stay for ethnic minority It was a wonderful place and people very helpful specially the lady in front desk called (Angela) she helped us in each and very day very polite and helpful lady she speaks English it's very easy to stay in this hotel,they provide breakfast even you are Muslim you can have veg and breads option to have in breakfast as I am Muslim it's was easy for us to have food and near the hotel have Halal food restaurants, just 2_3 min walk and other is 20min walk near the Cable car,thanks to Angela for making our journey easy very glad to stay in this hotel❤️❤️❤️"

"Very good customer service!!! Really love the friendliness and the warm welcomes given by the peeps there! If you have any questions regarding on any of the attractions they will gladly be at your service! Giving tips such as how each route for the attraction works, roughly how long each route would take etc. Rooms were very clean and amenities such as the laundry were pretty good, best of them all were the free transportation service provided to and from the ZhangJiaJie National Park. Although sadly there weren’t many restaurants nearby to checkout, the breakfast provided was really good and filling enough before you start your walk around the parks! And if you are still hungry you could just get a quick food delivery :) Thanks guys for the very welcoming stay! We really enjoyed it!!"

"Nice clean, modern hotel in a good location for Tianmen. Free transfer from the train station and communication via WeChat was very helpful. Large room, although beds seem to be large single beds rather than double beds as per listing. This was still fine for our family of 3, we just pushed the beds together. Good breakfast, worth adding for the days we were up early for Tianmen and Zhangjiajie Forest Park. It ends at 9am though so we didn’t manage to go on the other 2 days when we were tired. The room was spotless and housekeeping came daily. There was a smell of smoke in the corridor (seems like smoking is allowed as there was also an ashtray in our room), thankfully no smell in our room. The spa was… interesting. Open 24 hours and with no spa menu, just phone translator used to tell us the price. My husband went for full body massage and got taken to a replica of our hotel room and massaged on the bed (no massage table) by a woman in a costume. He said it was good though and she didn’t offer any other services!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, just a 10-minute walk from the Middle Gate of the forest park. Our room offered breathtaking mountain views, making every morning and evening special, especially with the beautiful sunsets. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was primarily Chinese cuisine, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Since there aren’t many restaurants nearby, we chose to have dinner at the hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. The food was flavorful, portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable—highly recommend their white radish soup. This hotel is an excellent choice for a peaceful stay. We suggest entering the park through the Middle Gate to avoid the crowds. The hotel also arranged convenient car transfers to and from the train station, which was very helpful. Highly recommend staying here!"
