They were very flexible and easy to contact. We asked whether we can check in one hour early and they were totally fine with it. I like the view from the room. Everything was clean and there’s projector as well. Very quiet room.

This hotel in Zhangjiajie is heavenly! It's just a short walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The room was super clean and quiet, with great soundproofing. There are plenty of food options downstairs too. The front desk staff, especially the lady at the front, was very patient and helpful. Plus, there's a fridge, hot water dispenser, and microwave at the front desk, which is super convenient.
