Zhangiiaiie Tianmen Mountain Ropeway Tianmenju Atour Hotel

The hotel's service was truly exceptional, our whole family loved it. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of options. My child left a piece of clothing at the hotel, and after we'd already returned home, the hotel staff called us and even helped us mail it back. We're so grateful and will definitely choose Atour Hotel again next time.

The hotel is located near the Tianshan cable car, in a lively area with easy access. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and they even offered late-night snacks like steamed buns, dumplings, and congee with side dishes after 9:30 PM.

This was my first time choosing Atour, and I generally think they're great, but this particular location left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. Before arriving, I tried calling, and usually, the first call wouldn't go through; someone would only pick up on the second attempt. Then, when I got to the front desk, it was quite busy, but not so busy that they couldn't answer the phone, so I'm not sure why that was. Secondly, the front desk staff seemed easily annoyed. When I asked about things I didn't know, they would answer, but with a look that suggested they were too bothered to explain. And checking out was also a bit unpleasant. I think if I come back to this area, I'll still choose Atour, but definitely not this specific one.

The hotel's location is excellent and very quiet. They offer a pick-up service from Zhangjiajie West Station, and the staff are all warm, friendly, and diligently answer any questions. It's very convenient to get to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. The rooms are also very clean.

Atour Hotel is consistently reliable, as always. The pick-up service from Zhangjiajie West Station was excellent; the driver acted as a free tour guide the whole way, clearly passionate about the region. The hotel service was great, and the location is superb. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
