Harbourview Hotel

The front desk staff were very attentive and gave excellent service. The transportation is average. The TV volume was too low to watch Hong Kong channels, only news channels were available. The cleaning staff also provided excellent service. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money when visiting Hong Kong. The pool was also decent.

This hotel is located opposite the Sands Macao Hotel, facing the Fisherman's Wharf. You can walk to the Kun Iam Statue in about 15 minutes. The hotel's interior design is unique. It's about a 30-minute walk to the city center.

First time staying at this hotel! I'd passed by it before and thought it looked nice, so I took the opportunity to experience it this time! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. There were so many food choices, and the taste was excellent! A really good experience 👍 Hope to come again next time ☺️

The room environment was great. It would be even better if the front desk staff were a bit more patient, enthusiastic, and friendly. Also, I suggest the hotel display information about additional services, like shuttle bus schedules, in a more prominent way.

This was my first time staying at the Grand Lapa Macau. The hotel is very large with many rooms, but the room was smaller than I expected. The overall facilities were decent, but the absolute highlight was the three jacuzzi pools next to the main swimming pool. Because of that, I'd consider staying here again.

The hotel environment is good, and the transportation is convenient. You can catch a bus right outside.

The room was very spacious and clean, with plenty of space to move around. It had 3 bathrooms in total, including both stand-up showers and bathtubs. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Fisherman's Wharf, and you can walk to the Macau Ferry Terminal. Overall, I was very satisfied. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau.
