For my Sanya vacation this time, I stayed at the Banyan Tree Sanya for two nights. Although it was my second stay, the scenery, dining, and service here are still top-notch, making it perfect for a quiet getaway. The villa was comfortable and private, with its own pool, so I could take a dip anytime. In the early morning, before the sun got too strong, I enjoyed a stroll along the beach with a pleasant breeze. In the evenings, I preferred sitting on the outdoor lounge chair in my room, enjoying the surprisingly dry mountain breeze – unlike the usual humid stickiness often found in Sanya. Just sitting there, doing nothing, was incredibly enjoyable. The hotel's dining was also excellent. Local specialties like Hainanese noodles and Hou'an noodles were very authentic, and the freshly squeezed juices, fruits, and pastries were all of good quality. I was very satisfied with the food during my stay. The entire resort only has a few dozen villas, and the landscaping and housekeeping are meticulously maintained. The environment is quiet, and there are plenty of service staff. Special thanks to my butler, Henry He, who was incredibly responsive and efficient throughout my stay, providing professional and thoughtful service.

It was a fantastic experience, thanks to our butler, Kaylee, for taking such great care of us. Since we were traveling during the off-season, Kaylee reached out a few days beforehand to understand our needs. Upon arrival, our room was ready immediately, and she even upgraded us to a one-bedroom suite, which was perfect as I could get some work done after our child went to sleep. The experience was truly excellent. Kaylee was incredibly responsive to all our requests and even brought us many delicious treats. We had ordered a lot of JD.com packages in advance, and after checking in, we contacted her and they were delivered to our room very quickly. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's very clean. I even saw staff meticulously cleaning crevices in the outdoor public areas with small brushes – truly impressive attention to detail. The lobby is incredibly grand; it makes you say 'wow' as soon as you step out of the car. It's very family-friendly, with a children's section in the restaurant that our little one loved. The family pool has a shallow area, and there's even a bubble party in the evenings. The pool is well-stocked with plenty of swim rings, so you don't need to bring your own if you're not particular. As for dining, the underwater restaurant was fascinating, with large fish and turtles often swimming by. The hotel's Tianfu restaurant was absolutely delicious – hands down the best meal we had during our 5 days in Hainan! 😂

This hotel is located within the forest park scenic area, which is very convenient for sightseeing. They also offer a dedicated shuttle service. While dining out isn't very convenient, you can order takeout, and the front desk will arrange for a car to deliver it right to your room. We were traveling with seniors and children, and the hotel thoughtfully suggested that the Jijiandi room type had many steps. They proactively moved us to the Fenghuangtai, which has a spacious private pool. Each room type is situated in its own independent area on the mountain, requiring a ride to access. For our baby's birthday, the hotel decorated the bed and even provided a cake – a very thoughtful touch! We experienced a distinct musty smell near the headboard due to the rain that day, which is understandable. It's a completely different experience than staying by the sea and definitely worth trying!

The room was great, and being able to step right out onto the balcony and into the water for a swim was fantastic! Our butler, 'Xigua,' provided excellent service, even considering details like our baby's breakfast, which was very thoughtful. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, so you really don't need to leave the premises at all.

The villa room type is excellent, highly recommended for a private vacation ⛱️. Our butler Lucy provided attentive service (¯▽¯)👍. I strongly recommend the infinity pool villa 🌴. It feels so close to the sky, and even if you can't swim, it's absolutely fine to just relax by the pool and sunbathe – a sunbathing enthusiast's dream! Breakfast in the villa area can be ordered à la carte; the abalone congee is fresh and delicious, and the Qingbuliang (coconut milk dessert) is authentic and tasty. The privacy and vacation vibe are both top-notch. The experience was truly great and worth a special trip. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come to Sanya next time!

However, the side view was a bit close to a garden view room, so privacy might be a concern. If the room had been a bit more central, it would have been absolutely perfect. **Service:** Upon check-in, I connected with our butler, Frank. He was incredibly helpful with any requests, including readily agreeing to a late check-out. However, I'd suggest the hotel add cotton pads to the in-room amenities, as they're quite commonly used.

I’ve always been captivated by the 180° Deluxe Seaview Room, with its expansive balcony directly facing the vast South China Sea. Leaning on the railing, I take in the boundless blue sea and sky, watching the clouds drift and the tides ebb and flow. In past stays, I did leave some minor suggestions for improvement. Returning this time, I was delighted to see the hotel has diligently iterated and enhanced its services, with numerous details improved, showcasing a sincere commitment to guest satisfaction. The only minor imperfections this stay were the weak air conditioning in the room and a malfunctioning electric screen. I hope the housekeeping and engineering departments can strengthen their coordinated inspections and daily equipment maintenance to further refine the living experience. This year’s entire trip was exceptionally memorable, and I extend my heartfelt thanks to our butler, 'Juzi Juzi Juzi'. Her service was meticulous and attentive, with highly efficient and timely responses. Every request was addressed. I absolutely have to give a shout-out to Ella, the butler at Wanda Realm! To be honest, the room facilities are a bit dated; you can definitely see the age in the bathroom and furniture. But that didn't detract from our experience at all, because the butler service was simply outstanding! From adding her on WeChat to communicate our needs during check-in, to receiving daily thoughtful weather and activity reminders, every request was met with a prompt response. The butler even specially delivered a fresh fruit platter to our room. And at check-out, she had prepared Hainan specialty souvenirs. The attention to detail was incredible, making us feel truly valued and pampered. Moreover, the hotel's outdoor environment is absolutely stunning! The sand on the beach is as fine as flour, the seawater is crystal clear, and every photo you take looks like a wallpaper. The complimentary travel photoshoot was an even bigger surprise; the photographer patiently guided our poses, and the results were simply amazing. We ended up buying a package of over twenty photos, which was far better than any roadside photographer – why even bother with a bicycle when you have a luxury car? (a Chinese idiom meaning 'why settle for less when you can have the best') Honestly, I truly believe that without the dedicated efforts of these high-quality professionals, this hotel would struggle to operate so smoothly. The hardware might be old, but the warmth of the people makes up for it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values service experience!
