酒店位置很好，酒店對面就是蜈支洲島，去景點，免税都很方便，房間乾淨，有個小平台，很舒適，酒店的管家很熱情。

剛從重慶玩完來了三亞，我們同時入住了萬達嘉華和瑞華酒店，兩家酒店挨着，中間可以直接穿行，也可以在門口坐電瓶車通過，很方便，兩家酒店都很不錯，瑞華是別墅區，嘉華是樓層區，這裏評價一下萬達嘉華度假酒店，真是太讓人驚喜了！
園區方面：庭院花木葱鬱，泳池清澈見底，推窗就是滿眼綠意。酒店泳池裡還有免費的小鏟子、泳圈、漂浮的火烈鳥等等借用，本以為要花錢租，沒想到還可以免費用。酒店有自己的海灘，步行一會就到了，還挖到了小螃蟹，酒店配備的很齊全，還有中餐館、火鍋店、水果鋪，不要以為有這些店鋪就會很亂，完全沒有，仍然給人的感覺是很安靜、很舒服的感覺，很有老牌老錢風的格調。關鍵是飯店還很好吃，一點也不宰客，推薦南海黎村，還上過央視，服務員會勸我們少點些，不夠再加不要浪費，價格也很合理，推薦會飛的雞，超好吃。樓層區很大，有1.2.3號樓，第一天來差點走暈了，不過幸好是我們住的別墅和3號樓捱得很近，兩個房間步行兩分鐘就可以到，但是因為孩子喜歡車，我們每次還是坐電瓶車來回。
服務：酒店的服務員還有不會講中文的外國人，孩子還能順便練習一下口語，哈哈，簡直賺到了。樓層區很大，有1.2.3號樓，第一天來差點走暈了，不過幸好是我們住的別墅和3號樓捱得很近，兩個房間步行兩分鐘就可以到，但是因為孩子喜歡車，我們每次還是坐電瓶車來回。
房間方面：房間很整潔寬敞，床品柔軟舒適，設施齊全好用。工作人員服務都很好，笑臉相迎，特別要感謝我們的管家，賓客關係部May人美心善，服務周到又貼心，總是秒回我們訊息，我很震驚，因為自己住過很多高奢酒店，也加了很多管家的訊息，特別是剛從重慶的麗思瑞凱悦住完過來，今天又剛從亞特蘭蒂斯退房，這裏不拉踩別人，衹能説，更感覺May的工作做的真是太好了，萬達嘉華和瑞華的管家回覆的訊息是真的快，有求必應，酒店雖然有些老了，但是因為這裏的服務導致整體不會因為酒店老而減少綜合評分。三亞之旅因為有May的服務讓我們旅途很愉快，很難忘，很幸福。住在這裏很放鬆，全是美好的記憶，下次度假還選這兒！

非常一般，酒店老，指示還不清晰，客房電梯不標註大堂樓層，大堂在3樓，不標註怎麼能找到呢。客房不滿的情況下居然給了大設備對面，出門正對着一堆機器，真是差強人意，早飯也很一般，不會再住了

酒店服務還是非常到位的，早餐也很豐盛，走廊有免費的礦泉水，隨便拿。後面就是海灘，很近，就是酒店的設備設施有點舊了，但是總體來説在這個地段對得起這個價位。

酒店位置很好 離免税店很近 （免税店要購物的 記得聯繫酒店 有cdf專屬酒店折扣）
雖然酒店時間很久了 但是房屋內應該是翻新過的 完全不會覺得舊
酒店內還有泳池等 離海邊很近
