Wanda Realm Resort Sanya Haitang Bay

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it very convenient to get around and sightsee. Ella provided warm, attentive service with quick responses, and patiently helped us with any requests we had. The restaurant offered a great variety of fresh and delicious food, and the dining atmosphere was very comfortable. The rooms were clean, tidy, and overall offered a high level of comfort. It's perfect for both vacations and short stays. Highly recommended—we will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The service was very prompt; when we requested a stroller and children's body wash, they were delivered to our room very quickly. We stayed in an ocean-view room, but the view was quite average, and the sand on the beach was very coarse with not much to do there—though that might just be how Haitang Bay is. The hotel's supporting facilities are rather mediocre; coming here for a family vacation with a little one, it felt like there wasn't much for kids to do. There is a very small pool, but the water wasn't very clean and there was a lot of sand in it. The kids' club is basically just a place for doing crafts. The breakfast selection was not extensive either. While the restaurant is very large and features an open kitchen, surprisingly none of the chefs wore masks. Overall, the hotel doesn't feel suitable for a family vacation.

Among the many hotels in Sanya Haitang Bay, the Wanda Hotel is highly recommended. The hotel's environment and facilities are top-notch. The rooms are luxurious, comfortable, elegant, and exquisite, and the bedding is very comfortable. The buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. All sorts of entertainment facilities are available, but what's most impressive is the pool access room type, which connects directly to a private pool – truly unforgettable. What's most touching is the butler-style service provided by customer service agent Ella. She meticulously managed all aspects of our stay, from food and lodging to transportation, adding immense convenience and comfort to our trip. It's definitely a place worth revisiting.

Great location, right in the heart of Haitang Bay. Having McDonald's and Wanda Cinema right outside the entrance is super convenient. The breakfast was quite mediocre and definitely needs improvement. On the bright side, the hotel's Nanhai Licun restaurant, which serves authentic Hainan ethnic cuisine, was very good, and they even offer group-buying deals. There's a bonfire party in the evening which is fun to check out—very lively and enthusiastic! However, the hotel has been open for quite a long time, so the room facilities are outdated. The air conditioner only has two vents and doesn't cool well, and the balcony sliding door was also very hard to open!

This stay was absolutely wonderful! Ella was incredibly helpful and attentive, assisting with a room change and communicating patiently throughout the process. Her thoughtfulness was evident. The room was clean, and requests were handled quickly and efficiently. You can really feel that the staff genuinely cares about their guests. It truly made for a perfect vacation, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

Pet-friendly with activities for kids, making it a great choice for family travel. The butler, ELLA, provided excellent and responsive service. The hotel's location is fantastic. After a room upgrade, our balcony overlooked the pool, allowing direct access. It's also connected to the Ruihua next door, so you can easily stroll through their public areas. The value for money is exceptional. The off-season package price was very reasonable. Even with the National Day holiday, a pool-access room, and an extra charge for our pet, it still offered great value in this area.

Hygiene: The room was abnormally damp, with an unbearable odor, and the bedding smelled, causing itchiness after use. Environment: The room was rundown. Service: No one proactively or promptly offered to help with luggage.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was thoughtful and attentive, allowing parents to relax while their kids play. It's truly perfect for a family vacation. This is my second time visiting Wanda Vista Sanya Haitang Bay, and as a returning guest, the experience once again exceeded my expectations. The hotel's design offers great privacy, enveloped by a tropical garden, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling world. The public pool has beautiful scenery, and with few people around, it's perfect for a relaxing swim. The service details are impeccable; the shuttle operates freely within the resort, making getting around very convenient. They even deliver takeout to your room, which is fantastic! The room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a superb experience, definitely worth coming back for again and again.
