Staying at InterContinental this time was an unexpected delight! It's truly a dream hotel for families with young children. Our little one is under three, and it felt like this place perfectly catered to all our needs, both for adults and kids. The activities were engaging, the mini-train was free, the pool was heated, and you could even borrow beach toys for the sand. I especially want to commend my butler, Tina; she was absolutely wonderful, incredibly thoughtful, and super quick to respond to any questions or requests. Full marks to my butler Tina 💯! We'll definitely be back to InterContinental next time; we just love it here!

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel during my trip. InterContinental truly lives up to its reputation as a family-friendly hotel. The environment and hygiene are top-notch. It was so hot outside that we just stayed in the hotel and didn't need to go out at all. There were plenty of activities for the kids, with different events scheduled throughout the day! Our butler, Tina, was incredibly thoughtful, checking in on us every day. The service was truly excellent! Next time I come to Sanya, I'll definitely stay at InterContinental again!

Intercontinental was our first choice for this Sanya trip, and it totally exceeded our expectations! 💯 The room was incredibly spacious, beautiful, and very clean. The hotel's kids' activities were also abundant and diverse. Special shout-out to our butler, LEE. He was very responsive, and the in-room family service was absolutely fantastic. Would definitely recommend to friends!

The hotel staff were great and upgraded me to a sea-view room. The environment is also good. The bathroom is a bit dark, but the style is suitable for couples and young people. For families with children and seniors, a brighter environment would be better. The services are also not ideal for families. There's no washing machine or dryer, and everything is paid. The children's activities have very short intervals, making it hard to catch them. The hotel has a lot of paid services. The butler service was very good, and they tried their best to meet all requests. However, the baby food for my one-year-old was quite expensive, and we didn't eat much, with no free complimentary options.

Choosing Intercontinental for this stay was definitely the right decision. The butler service was excellent, always ready to answer any questions. The front desk staff even upgraded us to a larger room for free! The hotel environment is fantastic, and the breakfast spread is generous. The kids had a blast, and the swimming pool water was sparkling clean. Plus, it's super close to the beach!

This was a family trip with young children and elderly relatives. Our butler, Kaylee, reached out several days in advance via WeChat, and all the services exceeded our expectations. The entire family was very satisfied with the full support and assistance from the guest relations team. The concierge's airport drop-off service was very reliable and smooth. The shuttle bus was always prompt throughout the day, and the executive lounge dinner was surprisingly good. The pool in the villa area was cleaned promptly every morning, ensuring our room was in perfect condition almost all day. The kids loved the evening crabbing and beachcombing, and the craft activities were also a hit. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay again.

Environment: I brought my child here once in mid-May and stayed in a Deluxe Seaview Twin room. It had a full sea view, and the scenery was excellent. The 88-square-meter room was also very spacious. Service: The reason I chose InterContinental again this time is because I think the hotel offers great service, always responding to requests. The mini-train ride is free, and the shuttle bus takes you to the beach. We arrived at 11 AM to check in, stored our luggage, and took the child directly to the indoor playground. Since my child needed a nap, I hoped for an early check-in. At 2 PM, the front desk informed us that a family suite was available on the 7th floor (which was an upgrade from our original room type). Although I still preferred a higher floor with a full sea view, I didn't mind too much, thinking my child could finally take a nap. It actually still had a sea view. Facilities: The hotel opened in 2014. I stayed here at the end of 2015, and back then, it wasn't a family-friendly hotel and didn't have as many activities. At that time, I basically just slept in the hotel every day and rarely went out. Although it's been over ten years now, the in-room facilities are not outdated; classics remain classics.

For our Sanya vacation at the end of August, we chose InterContinental as our first hotel. The public areas are beautiful, and the lobby has high ceilings, making it very cool with the sea breeze in the morning and evening! Our butler contacted us in advance, and even though we arrived late on the first day, they reserved a higher-floor room for us with a fantastic sea view. Every morning, I woke up at 6 AM and lay on the balcony sofa, waiting for the sunrise – it was so comfortable! The room was very large and spacious, but the semi-open bathroom might disturb companions when using the toilet at night. Our butler, LUCAS, was very proactive, helping us book various activities and even getting a coconut for the child! But the biggest surprise at the InterContinental was definitely the snorkeling. We booked a snorkeling lesson for our child at the hotel's dive center, which opened up a whole new world for her. The buffet dinner at the underwater tunnel was also very romantic.

This was my first trip with my little one, and I was quite anxious, but it turned out to be so easy! The hotel's family-friendly amenities are incredibly comprehensive. The kids' club offers different activities every day – crafts, bubble parties, and a mini-train – my child never wanted to leave! The heated pool was always available, and the beach was fine and clean, perfect for digging in the sand all day. The room was equipped with kids' toothbrushes, bathrobes, and slippers, which were super thoughtful details. A special thanks to our butler, Bonnie. She sent us the family activity schedule before check-in, had the crib and bed rail ready in advance, and reminded us daily of the children's classes, so we didn't have to plan anything ourselves. When my child needed a quiet room for a nap in the middle of the day, she immediately helped coordinate it. It was truly hassle-free! Happy adults, happy kids – isn't this the ideal state for a family vacation? I highly recommend it to all families traveling with children!
