Superbly great hotel for our family, took the Imperial Club room & gotten a free upgrade.
Special mention to Arina, she’s really helpful & never missed my messages albeit after working hours. It’s time for her to get her pay rise / promotion.
Will surely come again if we are to visit Sanya again.

水世界&水族館無限次暢玩：住客憑房卡可免費進入，水世界的鯊魚滑道刺激獨特，漂流項目適合全家人；水族館雖不大，但美人魚表演和海洋生物互動感強。提供小童浴袍、拖鞋、牙刷套裝，可預約床圍欄/增高凳。
待改善:屋內整體效果不錯，但是設施陳舊部分用品損壞未維修。大堂公共區域太亂，3歲以下活動區域差，早餐還是挺不錯的，但是晚餐自助餐很多熱菜都是涼的。不太適合低齡親子。個人覺得更適合5-6➕能玩精力旺盛的小朋友或者是年輕的情侶出行等。

We had such a wonderful stay at Atlantis Hotel for a wedding anniversary celebration. Arina, super helpful staff, arranged upgrade of our room to high floor with imperial club access for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. Over the stay, she responded fast with clear and detailed information. The room is decorated with full heart that we can feel. The dining Song Helou at the hotel is fantastic too, tasting surprisingly supreme. Aquarium and waterworld, perfectly fit the stay.
We definitely thank you for Arina and the hotel to let us have such a wonderful stay.

果然是景點酒店，人流量非常大，但是前台入住也有多個櫃枱，從下車那刻就有人會引導，雖然人流量多，但是入住離店，一直會有人關注到，主動服務，感覺很好，很省心。
大概中午到的酒店沒想到就能入住，幫我安排了一個風景不錯的房間，管家【寄居蟹】送我們到房間，之後會將酒店遊玩的相關訊息告知，服務很好👍。因為這次是生日，還有安排一位Ashley來做生日佈置，竟然用毛巾疊成蛋糕，很驚喜，很不錯。離店還拿到了白鯨玩偶，很有紀念意義。
住酒店可以暢玩水世界水族館，雖然這次入住時間比較短，不過總體感覺很不錯，房間挺大，設施齊全，酒店早餐品種也非常多，下次還是會考慮再來的。

The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful sea view. Housekeeping was efficient and attentive.
One of the highlights was the Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium — both were extremely fun and well organized, especially for families with kids. Breakfast & Dinner Buffet had a wide variety of options, including Chinese and Western selections, and the quality was good.
The staff *Vivian* was generally polite and helpful, and all the arrangement was smooth, free gift was given.
The private beach area was clean and relaxing, with great views.
Overall, Atlantis Sanya is a great choice for a resort holiday in Sanya, especially if you’re looking for a luxury stay with plenty of activities within the hotel itself. Highly recommended!
