Atlantis Sanya

This was my first time staying at Atlantis, and I was lucky enough to meet an amazing and kind lady, Bubble Fish (the butler). All my needs were met throughout my stay; she basically replied to messages instantly and was always responsive to requests. The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. My three-day, two-night experience was fantastic! Today, I moved to Marriott Resort for three nights, and I was disappointed right from check-in, and even more so when I entered the room. Haha, it really can't compare to Atlantis. And the Marriott is also 2,000 yuan a night. The photos from Wave's travel photography were also beautiful.

This was my first time staying at Atlantis Sanya, and the main reason for our visit was to celebrate my husband's birthday. I was drawn to the Atlantis' activities and facilities while searching for hotels in Sanya on Trip.com. Since I was busy with work, I didn't have much time to plan the itinerary. Luckily, after booking the hotel, I contacted them via email, and they kindly agreed to arrange a birthday cake to surprise my husband on his special day. Atlantis also offers a very thoughtful service. I had pre-purchased tickets for the beluga underwater activity and the dolphin interaction program separately through their WeChat mini-program. Soon after, I received a call from an Atlantis staff member informing me that there was a package deal that included both activities at a significantly lower price. In the end, they helped me cancel my previous orders and process a refund so I could repurchase the package. I wholeheartedly recommend the beluga underwater activity. Andy and Tina, the star belugas, are gentle and a little playful. They interacted with us for a full 30 minutes. Opportunities to touch belugas are rare in a lifetime, and being able to kiss them too made the ticket price absolutely worth it! The Ossiano underwater restaurant is also worth a try! As it was my husband's birthday dinner, we opted for a specific set menu. We enjoyed our meal right next to the large fish tank, watching the fish swim by. The price of their set menu is comparable to 'Omakase' in Hong Kong. If you have any dietary restrictions, they are happy to accommodate changes to the ingredients. Ossiano's ambiance, service, food quality, and portion sizes were all excellent. Both of us found every dish delicious, and at the end, the waiter thoughtfully brought us hot tea to help us digest. Finally, I'd like to extend a special thank you to Ariel, our dedicated Atlantis hotel staff member. Throughout our 4-day, 3-night stay, she thoughtfully messaged us to see if we had any special needs. When she learned it was for my husband's birthday, she specifically arranged balloons and decorations, and even sent fruit and a birthday cake. These past few days, she was like a little assistant, quietly taking care of everything behind the scenes for me. She also helped me communicate with the restaurant and answered all my questions. I really appreciate all her help these past few days. 💕 If you're planning a trip to Sanya, Atlantis is truly an excellent choice. The price might not be cheap, but the room rate includes daily unlimited access to the aquarium and one daily entry to Aquaventure Waterpark per person. The cost of these tickets alone makes it a great value, whether you're a couple or a family with children!

This was my second stay at Atlantis, and it was a delightful surprise – much better than the first! Even though my first visit was in a sea-view Ambassador Suite, the service wasn't great. This time, I had a sea-view twin room, and our butler, Mr. Seal, even upgraded us to a Deluxe Sea View Twin Room. The sea view was absolutely stunning, and we could see the entire Aquaventure Waterpark. Since we were traveling with a child, Mr. Seal thoughtfully arranged for us to check in early so we could have a nap. The room was very comfortable. My family has sensitive skin, and Mr. Seal made a special note to ensure extra thorough cleaning. The pillows were too soft, so he quickly helped us switch to memory foam pillows. As someone who usually has trouble sleeping in new beds, I actually slept soundly until morning – it was incredibly comfortable! At 12 AM, our delivery order was missing a Coke, and Mr. Seal immediately sorted it out for us, even bringing ice. He's truly an angel of a butler – always responsive and providing impeccable service. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the restaurant environment was lovely. The hotel also offers convenient access to the waterpark and aquarium. We'll definitely be back!

The room was very spacious and clean, and our butler, Zhang Shichang, provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service. Atlantis is the top choice for family trips, offering great food, fun, and beautiful sights. Unlimited access to the Water World and Aquaventure Waterpark means you can play to your heart's content with an all-inclusive package, and the hotel has everything you could want for drinks, food, and entertainment. It would be even more perfect if food delivery could come directly to the room!

We only stayed at the Atlantis hotel for one night, but it was absolutely amazing, especially for our child. He even said it was the best hotel he'd ever stayed at! And he's been traveling regularly since he was four months old; he's nine now. The room was large, clean, and bright, with two big beds that were practically queen-sized (maybe they even were). It had a shower, a bathtub, and all the amenities. Plus, a complimentary mini-bar and fruits. Our room was on a high floor, offering a great view of the entire resort's infrastructure – the waterpark and the aquarium. We even watched the dolphin show once from our balcony and once directly at the complex. We managed to experience everything, which was incredibly convenient. First, they scan your face, and then you use Face ID for access everywhere. You get unlimited entries to both the park and the aquarium, which is fantastic for managing your time. You can spend all day at the aquarium or all day at the waterpark, staying as long as you like. We were lucky on our check-in day because the waterpark was open until late evening, either eight or nine o'clock, I can't quite remember. We thoroughly enjoyed the rides and even had time to catch a show at the aquarium. The next day, we woke up early, had breakfast, and still managed to visit the waterpark again and see the dolphin show twice. We even made it to the kids' club. The kids' club was another highlight – new, modern, and very engaging; I even went in with my child. Our manager, Ariel, personally came to our room, introduced herself, and gave us chocolates. She also arranged a late checkout for us at 2:00 PM. She was always available and incredibly helpful with all our questions. My son is nine, but he's quite tall, almost 150 cm. The kids' zone at the waterpark usually has a height restriction of 130 cm, implying it's for kids aged 12+ in China. However, Ariel helped us resolve this issue by speaking with management, and my son was able to ride all the slides he wanted. This really made a great impression on both my son and me. We travel around Sanya, staying in different hotels for 1, 2, or 3 days because each hotel has its own unique charm. But the Atlantis is definitely a place we'll return to. We loved everything, especially the service and Ariel, our manager. She's brilliant, a very pleasant, open, lively, and helpful young woman. Thank you for this wonderful day on this island paradise. It will surely stay in our hearts and memories forever.

We had a wonderful concierge named Robert, who promptly helped us with any issues during our stay. He also thoughtfully introduced us to the hotel facilities, assisted with our luggage, and even gave our children a cake and toys. The hotel has an abundance of facilities, and we never had to wait long for a table at the restaurant.

The location is super convenient, very close to the duty-free city, and the hotel offers fantastic sea views, perfect for effortless photo ops. Upon check-in, we received unlimited tickets to the waterpark and aquarium, which were both incredibly fun for adults and kids alike. Accommodation was a breeze. The facilities are comprehensive, with plenty of dining options including local Hainanese snacks, a seafood buffet, and a trendy underwater restaurant. The service was exceptionally thoughtful; our butler, Haikui, was gentle and provided excellent service, responding quickly to any requests. This is a top choice for family vacations; the mermaid show at the aquarium, the C Show, and dolphin interactions were all incredibly engaging, keeping the kids entertained all day long – truly hassle-free and fun. We visited during the summer, so it was quite crowded. I'd seen reviews mentioning poor service, but at the hotel front desk, check-in was very fast, with no long wait at all. The breakfast selection was huge. It’s such a comfortable one-stop vacation experience with everything from dining to entertainment all within the resort, offering a complete sense of relaxation. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sanya.

We had an unforgettable stay at Atlantis Sanya – so much so that we extended it by another two days; we simply couldn't leave. The massive water park, the aquarium, the atmosphere – everything was top-notch, and our child was absolutely thrilled. A special thank you to our butler, Daria – she was attentive, always available, and anticipated our needs before we even had a chance to ask. Thanks to her, our vacation was completely stress-free. The gym is small, but has everything you need. We will definitely be back!
