The location of the hotel is great. It is just across the road from the beach and in walking distance from some of the restaurants and shops. The territory is very nice, there is a nice pool and also exit to the lake. It is a good place to relax there in the evening laying on the hammock. The staff is accommodating and friendly. However, the rooms are in need of renovation. The furniture is old and there is some mold in the bathroom. It was okay for me since I spent most of my days out.

The Tianhong has a great location across from the beach and a fantastic (Chinese) restaurant on site. Room was clean but just lacked a little attention to details like refilling tea bags and cleaning out ant nests (they were sprayed but then just left there). I didn't use the pool but it was cleaned daily, looked fine and other people seemed happy with it.

Excellent hotel and good value for money. Rooms are large, swimming pool is very nice with kids pool and adult one, the kids playground in the villa area is terrific, the location is perfect (5 minutes walk to a shopping center with restaurants, 5 minutes walk to beach, 5 minutes walk to a food street with night market). The style is also pretty (white and pink flowers on the hotel walls). Small negative note: the restaurant in hotel (buffet) is a bit expensive even though the wall aquarium is nice and food seems very good quality. An “a la carte” option would be nice for small families that doesn’t especially want to go with expensive buffet. Also no bar in hotel opened after 8pm.

Stay here if you want peace . Clean hotel & Great breakfast . It’s one of the newer hotel not very big but just enough for holiday. A 10min walk to beach or they will take you in golf cart. Special thanks to McCain and Tom at restaurant . All the staff provide great service . Don’t miss out on cake and Pizza they taste great at hotel restaurant . There is kids club as well and some activities for kids like fruit salad making etc. small swimming pool for kids as well as adults. All in all one great stay. 👍🏻🌊

It is recommended to stay here with children 🥰. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and had a great time. We booked a lake view family suite, and the hotel upgraded it to a lake view family suite. Doris, the hotel's experience ambassador, contacted me on WeChat a day in advance and helped provide a lot of information. The service was very good. Room: The tiles in the parent-child suite are very nice, as are the background walls. The hotel also helped me put together a bed, which made it much more convenient to take care of my children. The room has an air purifier, a child's toilet, bunk beds + a slide, a large bathtub on the balcony, and a relatively large shower room. The water pressure is very good and the temperature is just right. No adjustment is needed. Hotel parent-child facilities: 1⃣️The children's swimming pool on the first floor is at a constant temperature and has bubble parties. Children especially like to play. The cloud swimming pool on the third floor is endless and very beautiful for taking pictures. There is a shallow swimming pool for children and a round heated swimming pool. 2⃣️The playground on the first floor is very large. Although it is suitable for older children, our two-year-old child also likes to climb there. Developed her climbing skills. Although the playground on the second floor is smaller, the child particularly likes it and can play for a long time. She likes the trampoline very much. 3⃣️Food: A set meal for parents and children on the second floor was given, for two adults and one child. It's Western food, and the pizza tastes very good. Caifenglou on the first floor is less crowded, but the food is quite delicious. Breakfast: The breakfast is very rich, including Baoluo noodles, noodles, rice noodles, and many toppings, side dishes and side dishes. The cakes and breads taste good, and the juice is freshly squeezed. The hotel opened in 2023 and is relatively new. I sent 10 photos of the family trip. All in all, they were really good!

An interesting hotel experience. In some ways fantastic: great location in Yalong Bay; walking distance to a mall with lots of food options; a couple of big pools; right on the beach; and rooms which have microwaves, fridges and washing machines (much needed for convenient laundry after a few days away). But sadly, other things were lacking: whilst the central swimming pools were open, those around the rooms that give pool access to any ground floor residents were all empty (well, they had about a foot of water in them and weren’t clean - see photo). When I asked why, I was simply told they were decorative. Why build pools and leave them empty? It was so hot that having pool access rooms was an initial draw to staying there. Some of the fittings and fixtures around the hotel felt a bit tired and it could do with a bit of TLC.

Firstly the concierge at the front desk was easy to contact before arriving at the hotel. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary so I asked them to plan ahead whatever they could and they prepared some cake and a romantic bed setup. The front desk clerk was available at most times during the day if we had any questions or requests. The selected villa room was spacious and very comfortable. Room service did a good job daily and they were very understanding. The hotels facilities are pretty great. All maintained well. The location of the hotel is superb for yalong bay, it’s walking distance from the beach. The breakfasts weren’t bad either, and the breakfast time was up until 12:00 which is amazing. This was a fantastic experience and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sanya for leisure.

Had the best stay this resort. The room was amazing, bed a bit hard but not a train smash. My room had a great view. I was glad to find food I could eat during breakfast and thanks for being accommodating to foreigners palette. (Breakfast caters for foreigners). The gentleman who helped at the reception was amazing and spoke English. The resort itself is beautiful, great for a morning walk. And it’s close to Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest, perfect location.

The hotel is well equipped and clean. The facilities are new. Staff was very kind and spoke English (very limited). The restaurant provides nice breakfast, you can also eat lunch at very affordable price. The food is tasty. The place is good for a short stay. I would suggest it to travelers without kids who come for water sports. It’s very close to the beach and underwater world. The only problem is with smoking. Though we booked non-smoking room, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes in our room because our neighbors were smoking and the smell came via ventilation. So you cannot get a real non-smoking room in this hotel :-(

The room is in a community and overall it is very quiet. The room is really better than the picture, very warm and comfortable. The kitchen has pots and pans for cooking. The toilet shower water flow is also very large, and the washing is very convenient and comfortable. I lived in the third phase of Princess County three years ago and it was very good. I stayed for four nights this time. But this time the room was not known because the years were too long, or the sanitation was not in place, the bedroom smelled, the greasy smell. From the moment we arrived at 01.30am, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Thomas, the night concierge, went beyond the call of duty in ensuring our needs were catered for, so 5 stars for him! The hotel is the last hotel in the row, so a little quieter on the beach at peak season, which we were grateful for, and we were so happy to be right on the beautiful, clean beach. The hotel also has large, attractively designed swimming pools, which were well maintained. We were a bit disappointed by the quality of food at the barbecue buffet, which was not good - however, it was just a short taxi ride to some really good Chinese restaurants. There is also a beach road next to the hotel selling delicious street food. All in all, highly recommended- we will definitely return!!
