The entire service was attentive, meticulous, and thoughtful. Someone helped with luggage at the lobby entrance, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean and spacious, and the outdoor balcony was convenient for drying clothes. Downstairs, there was a swimming pool and a children's splash pool, which kept the kids happily entertained. The breakfast selection was rich, and I particularly enjoyed the noodle soup. The hotel is very close to the beach, less than a 10-minute walk away. Everything went smoothly and pleasantly. Many thanks to the butler for the considerate service and little gift.

The room is quite spacious with a nice, cozy, and comfortable decor. It also has a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The value for money is excellent, and the staff here are incredibly enthusiastic, especially the guest relations department – they're awesome! I had already added them on WeChat beforehand, so I could message them anytime I needed something, and they responded very quickly.

The day before check-in, a hotel staff member called to confirm our reservation and asked about any room preferences. I requested a clean, non-humid room with a good view. The next day, upon arrival, I saw that the hotel had provided a dehumidifier. On the first day, the staff also brought afternoon tea and snacks. The restaurant has an underwater view, which deeply captivated and delighted my child! 🥳

The hotel offers a lot of activities, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The only downsides are that the hotel is a bit old, has a musty smell, and the soundproofing isn't great. However, it's excellent value for money.

The hotel is in an excellent location, convenient for getting around, with a wide variety of dining options nearby. The indoor facilities are comprehensive, the water pressure in the bathroom is stable, and the details are well-maintained. Overall, it offers outstanding value for money, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay throughout. The service was warm and welcoming, providing a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose Yalong Bay Welcomel Hotel again if I return to Sanya.

The room was spacious and the facilities were brand new. The water park was a lot of fun. The room thoughtfully provided kids' shower gel, toothbrushes, and a potty. There was also a drying rack on the balcony, and welcome fruit was provided, along with plenty of drinking water. Gina from guest services had an excellent attitude, proactively reached out, and was always responsive to our requests. We will definitely come back again.
