I came to Sanya for 8 days and experienced the best homestay hidden in the world. The accommodation environment is super good, the bedding is very comfortable, the room is very clean and tidy, the boss is very tasteful and the decoration style is very unique, the bathroom shampoo conditioner shower gel is also branded, the configuration is very complete, The customer service lady has questions and answers. Considering everything, the West Island Raiders sent in advance, according to the customer service lady's guide, do not step on the pit, a great homestay, it is very convenient to go out to eat snacks, very close to the beach, you can walk, the water in the West Island is very clear every day. I am walking my baby to the sea. Recommend the treasures of walking the baby! Great homestay!

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach, only 200-300 meters away on foot, close to Yuya Avenue and convenient transportation, you can take many bus lines to travel. The hotel facilities are a bit old, it is an old brand hotel, but the hotel service is good, especially the girl at the front desk can patiently guide you to travel routes, I am very grateful.

Hotel room is very clean and staffs are really friendly . They went the extra mile to help us order MeiTuan as we do not have local line. You can order TaoBao and deliver here before you touch down in Sanya . At the reception , they have a small drawer which can provide you plasters , scotch tape etc . Hotel is located opposite to Yiheng Nightmarket . Hotel has 17 floor , so do expect a little more waiting timing for the lifts .

Very good location, more or less in the middle of Sanya Bay. Tramline is right behind the hotel, lots of restaurants around (try the ones 1 or 2 streets away from the beach, they are cheaper and minimum as good), and a lot of activities around the beach. The breakfast buffet is really nice, and there’s a sky bar up at the 29th floor with amazing views over the sea. Special shout out to the staff, cleaning-canteen service-reception, all of them are amazingly helpful and polite, even though I often witnessed them not being treated very nicely by the guests, they remained very respectful and ever dignified. Thank you for our amazing stay!

EXCELLENT ROOM, EXCELLENT SERVICES, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST! It’s one of the greatest experience ever! The chefs, the staff and the services were impeccable! We were frequent travellers and we were in awe by the scale of the hotel, the landscape, the design to details, we had one of the best stay ever! Kudos to executive chef Markus and chef Made of Babacoa, they provide us with extra care and hospitality! We were so blessed to know them! U have direct access to the beach and so many restaurants to choose from! We didn’t even leave to anywhere except to the duty free centre which is only 5 mins away. We love it so much!

Regret I haven’t booked Atlantis for the entire stay to be honest. It was 100 dollars more expensive than Crown Plaza, but boy it ended up being a great value for money! First, plenty of things to do for the entire family with aqua park, aquarium, kids adventures and swimming pools for adults. Second, cinema and aqua show kind of like cirque du soleil style. Third, access to imperial lounge made all the difference- was able to chill there and drinks and food are free. So ended up saving massively on food. Actually Atlantis was cheaper than Crown Plaza after all food costs added in. Fourth, personal butler service. Communicated via WeChat easily and answered all my questions instantly. Shout out to Marina doing a great job! Enough staff speaking both English and Russian. And all signs in the hotel in 3 languages - Chinese, Russian, English. Crown Plaza was not foreigners friendly at all. Eric was the only guy who spoke decent English there. Room service and other services were 100% Chinese. Good I speak basic Mandarin, otherwise would have been tough. The only disappointment was really closed pools for adults which made me purchase a cabana to be able to enjoy pool access in private and without much loud screams from kids etc. But was not such a big disappointment! I would stay here exclusively next time. Totally worth the money!

Location: the hotel is near the airport so it’s a great option if you want to catch an early flight. It’s also very close to the beach. The beach here is totally different than in other parts of Sanya. It’s less crowded. We enjoyed a little run at night along the seaside. Service: smooth check-in and check-out (we checked out at 5am and then got DiDi to the airport). Cleanliness: our room and the bathroom were super clean. The whole area amongst the villas is beautiful. It’s a peaceful surrounding where you can relax. The swimming pool was working as well. Amenities: the lobby area looks newly renovated and the rooms are also nice. It’s a great value for money. I can definitely recommend this place if you are looking for some cheaper accommodation options or want to catch an early flight.

This hotel really impressed me! I had been choosing hotels before coming to Sanya, and finally decided on this resort hotel with a good reputation. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the relaxed atmosphere. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and patiently answered my questions after 10 o'clock in the evening. The service was really considerate! The room should be newly renovated, the facilities are very new, and the bedding is very comfortable. What surprised me most was the river view on the balcony. At a glance, you can see the blue sea and blue sky. It is so beautiful that you don't want to go out! I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to Sanya. I highly recommend it!

I stayed here for 3 nights and here’s a rough summary: Advantages: The hotel has new equipment and has three rooms with 5 beds, making it suitable for a family vacation. Great value for money. The young lady at the front desk has a warm attitude. Disadvantages: The location of the hotel is too remote. There are no restaurants or convenience stores around. You can only buy food through takeout. You have to wait for a while to take a taxi, and it is impossible to go shopping. If you want to live here, it is recommended to rent a car for travel. Dissatisfaction: The power suddenly went out for no apparent reason on the first night of my stay. I called an electrician to come and fix it, which delayed a lot of rest time. This experience is very bad. As a hotel, it is listed as a luxury holiday villa hotel. , didn’t the previous customer check the equipment properly when checking out? In the room, the air conditioner was too noisy when turned on, and very stuffy when turned off, making it impossible to sleep well. And there is always a loud noise every few minutes (like some kind of large electrical appliance starting up). The replenishment of supplies for the extended stay was not careful. For the first time, I added what I said and what I didn’t say, but there are also things that are missing, such as Disposable toothbrushes, bathroom rolls, and toilet paper in the room were not replaced. I told you to make up for it the next day. A suggestion: There are few types of food in small restaurants. There are basically four or five dishes in the evening. You can feel full, but you won’t be able to eat well. There are no restaurants around, so we can only make do with what we eat. I personally think that since it is already a luxury villa hotel, the price and quality of catering can be improved. Generally, the customers who stay here have already spent hundreds or thousands of dollars on room fees and will not be stingy with the meal expenses.
