Golden Phoenix Sea View Hotel

Both staff members at the main lobby concierge were very welcoming. One helped me store my luggage, and a younger staff member proactively assisted with carrying my bags. Thumbs up!

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel's location is fantastic, with a swimming area to the left and Haiyue Plaza to the right. It's incredibly convenient to go for a swim or watch the sunrise. The beach is just across the street, and Coconut Dream Corridor is within walking distance, perfect for capturing those amazing sunset vibes.

Even though the room was on a lower floor, it offered an unobstructed sea view. The A/C and hot water both worked great, though the breakfast was just average. The square-dancing seniors in the plaza wrapped up by 9 PM, so it didn't really disturb guests trying to get some rest.

The room was clean and tidy, and the balcony had a great view. The lobby staff were also very welcoming. Overall, I'm very satisfied and recommend it.

It's incredibly convenient for both leisure and business travel. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with a pool, gym, self-service laundry, and various entertainment options available. The service is outstanding; staff in the lobby help with luggage, and check-in is quick, professional, and courteous, indicating high overall quality. The guest rooms are decent, with a practical layout and slightly upscale toiletries in individual boxes, including small bottles of shampoo and body wash – a thoughtful touch for sustainability. The breakfast offers a wide variety of local dishes, typical of a Hainan star-rated hotel, and booking a room with breakfast is definitely a pleasant surprise. There's a free outdoor parking lot, and entry/exit is also free. A KFC and supermarket are nearby, and Sanya Bay No.1 is not far ahead. Food delivery by robot is also available, making it very convenient. This established hotel offers excellent value for money and a very reasonable price. Overall, it's a great stay and definitely worth it, especially for a final stop. It's only a 20-minute drive to both the airport and train station. Many thanks to Felix!

The view was quite ordinary, and the service was very poor. We had to carry our own luggage from the car and push it to the room ourselves. Although the room had air conditioning and a dehumidifier running, there was a musty smell. We were given a very low floor with no sea view outside the window, and it was quite noisy as it was close to the pool.

We booked a sea-view room with a huge floor-to-ceiling window and a panoramic balcony, offering unobstructed views – you can watch the sea right from your bed. The room is spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable; there's no dampness or strange odors. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation and is well-equipped. The staff were friendly and efficient with check-in, and any requests were handled promptly. In my free time, I'd go downstairs for a stroll along the shore, then return to the room to quietly enjoy the sunset over the sea, with the ocean breeze on my face – the ambiance was perfect. Dining options around the hotel are convenient. Overall, it provided a wonderful vacation vibe and is an excellent base for a beach trip. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again for my next seaside getaway.
