Broadway Hotel Macau

Facilities: Very well-maintained. Cleanliness: Also very clean. Environment: Not far from the Galaxy Crystal Lobby, it's all within the mall so you won't get hot. The egg waffles downstairs at Broadway Food Street are delicious, and there's not much of a queue. The restaurants next door are also good, there's even a dai pai dong, so you don't have to go far for late-night snacks. Service: The front desk staff were polite, and the luggage storage on the first floor was very proactive and even offered small snacks. However, they gave me a connecting room that day (I guess there's only one on that floor) which I wasn't too happy about, but I was out playing all day so I didn't bother to complain. Grand Resort Deck tickets (up to 2 adults and 1 child): Great fun, we played for two consecutive days. Staying at Broadway is the most cost-effective option for this.

The room was quite spacious, and the bed was huge. All the bathroom lights came on at once when switched. It was a very comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked well. It was also very convenient to take the kids to Grand Resort Deck. The nearby restaurants were good, and the hotel even provided discount coupons.

Came here for a holiday with my child, and the hotel service was excellent. The location is prime, and they even provided a complimentary kids' toiletry set. It's very close to Tianlang Taoyuan (Grand Resort Deck), and there's a food street nearby with convenience stores. My child absolutely loved the egg waffles from the food street, haha. I'll definitely choose Broadway Macau again next time.

Cleanliness: The hygiene was decent, quite clean. Environment: The curtains in the suite were not very good at blocking light; they let in a lot of light. Service: The service was alright, but I asked for memory foam pillows, and they brought the wrong ones twice. In the end, they ran out of stock. 😔 Facilities: You can call in advance to arrange a tent, which is great for kids. It would be even better if there were some small decorations inside the tent, or if they could prepare some gifts for the children. Grand Resort Deck Tickets (max 2 adults and 2 children): Very suitable for bringing children to play.

This was my first overseas trip with my two young sons, my mother (who's over 80), and my aunt. Broadway Hotel is known as a great value-for-money hotel, so I booked two small rooms and quietly hoped they could be connecting rooms. The friendly staff member, Roy, at the reception not only gave us a free upgrade to a suite but also showed great consideration by personally checking if the room was non-smoking when the older members of our party had already left the country and only we were staying an extra day. Thanks to this, our trip was filled with gratitude and joy, not just for Broadway Hotel but for Macau as a whole. Thank you so much!
