Anonymous UserWhen I was searching for hotels in Hangzhou, I saw this one mentioned for its excellent service, so I decided to give it a try. The experience was indeed fantastic, from the moment I got out of the car until check-out, the entire process was very comfortable. A butler helped with my luggage when I arrived, and I sat down to enjoy tea and fruit while checking in. When we went to the room, the room manager and butler personally brought our luggage up and even gave us a tour of the room. Since it was our anniversary, they upgraded us to a suite. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were very generous, and the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room were plentiful, with no hesitation to replenish them. It's a shame we went to a concert that night and missed out on the milkshake and late-night snacks. Thank you for the temporary surprise of flowers and a fruit platter. The toiletries and bedding were excellent, making for a very comfortable sleep.
The room manager is truly tall and handsome; watching his videos while having breakfast really elevated this trip. I followed their official account to become a fan. I'll definitely be back next time.

AceanPleasant and elegant, with just the right touch. From the welcoming staff at the entrance, to the front desk concierge, and the room and restaurant service personnel, everyone was incredibly friendly and offered help exactly when needed. It's a place that makes you feel at ease and want to return.
The environment is exceptionally beautiful; a lot of effort has clearly gone into the landscaping and maintenance. Pavilions, waterside structures, long corridors... Even more remarkable is its unique location. From the observation deck on the back hill, you can gaze upon the West Lake, with its waters and the Leifeng Pagoda completely in view. Staying here allows you to exclusively enjoy that tranquility and beauty... Absolutely superb! See you again!

Had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at the Fuchun Resort, a place I've long admired. The architecture, rich in Chinese aesthetics, blends seamlessly with the natural environment of Fuyang, creating a truly harmonious feel. Hiking here was wonderfully wild and scenic. The resort's thoughtful service was evident in every detail: from the welcome greeting and the consistently helpful and responsive personal butler (Benson) before arrival, to the doorman's proactive and natural assistance with luggage, and the waitress's meticulous inquiry about dietary preferences at breakfast. All these touches reflect the hotel's high standards of service and made me feel truly respected. I even left my hat in the calligraphy class and only realized it when the instructor notified me and said it would be promptly returned to the lobby. The shuttle drivers were also very punctual, almost always available on call. The housekeeping staff were diligent and friendly. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, and the travel photography service was particularly high quality. Fuchun Resort truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end resort. I'd love to visit again!

PengsakelaasuojiaerInterContinental Qiandao Lake, exclusively occupying the Xian Shan Peninsula, is a scenic destination in itself, perfect for a slow-paced getaway.
The hotel offers a rich variety of dining options. The breakfast buffet on the first floor boasts a wide selection, and we enjoyed several excellent meals at the Chinese restaurant. The late-night diner on the fifth floor, opening at 9 PM, became a regular treat for the kids after swimming, serving various instant noodles with fresh eggs and vegetables. There's also a Japanese restaurant outside the lobby, perfect for a relaxed meal after a scenic walk or bike ride around the lake.
You can rent bicycles and 'Panda cars' to explore the island. The peninsula is ecologically pristine, with blue butterflies dancing and swallows flitting about, showcasing abundant wildlife. Both indoor and outdoor pools have regularly changed water and are well-maintained. The hotel also has its own yacht pier; simply book at the front desk or buy tickets at the lobby shop for direct access to Huangshan Peak, making travel incredibly convenient.
The most heartwarming part of our stay was the housekeeping auntie. When she saw my child's summer homework spread out, she thoughtfully placed an eye-protection desk lamp, noticing the dim light in the room. This small act of kindness was truly touching.
With one island, one hotel, far from the hustle and bustle, nestled between the lake and mountains, enjoying nature in peace – this is the ideal state of a vacation.

LovelyxiaoyuerBooked a lake view room and got an upgrade upon check-in. The room was quite spacious, though the decor felt a bit dated. The open-plan bathroom, with the bathtub and sink integrated into the room, was a bit unusual for me, but it was great that each room had a dehumidifier. The service was excellent; rooms were cleaned quickly, and breakfast offered a good variety, with plates cleared efficiently. Direct access to the water park from the first floor was super convenient. Lunch at the hotel was a bit pricey but tasted good. I'd definitely consider staying here again. Finally, the high-speed rail shuttle service was good, though the air conditioning in the vehicle wasn't very effective.

I brought my parents to Hangzhou, and staying in a hotel as a family of three can be a bit awkward. Hotels around West Lake are either astronomically priced or old and rundown. I bought a room voucher after seeing a recommendation on Xiyou. For a Saturday night, a 50-square-meter two-bedroom suite by West Lake, including three breakfasts, offered incredible value for money. What's more, I was able to book it just two days before our trip.
Of course, there were clear downsides. The room's decor and furniture were indeed a bit old. Being in a bustling commercial area, we could faintly hear car horns and mall music from the street even at 9 PM. However, the upside was that it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Once asleep, I wasn't woken up and slept soundly until morning. Having two bathrooms, and with the doors closed, it was essentially like having two separate rooms, which is perfect for adult children traveling with their parents.
The hotel breakfast was also delicious. Besides Bianchuan and small wontons, the live cooking station offered scallion oil noodles. The soy milk was rich, and you could add your own toppings and vinegar to make savory soy milk, which is hard to find a good one outside. The 10th-floor terrace offered a nice view, and we even caught the sunset. It's not far from the subway station, with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. To get to West Lake, you need to use an underground passage. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Guest UserThis hotel is nestled by the water, surrounded by abundant natural beauty. Its design cleverly blends nature and a sense of divinity, with lakeside rooms offering incredible tranquility, perfect for a relaxing and healing getaway. The overall style is modern and chic, and the rooms are warmly furnished with excellent natural light. The specially designed lighting and color palette create a comfortable ambiance. The butler service is meticulous, with thoughtful arrangements before and after check-in, and they are always available when needed. They are very attentive, warm, and friendly. We were traveling with our child, and the butler got along wonderfully with our baby, so I highly recommend it for families. The service is efficient and problems during our stay were promptly resolved. They also offer wellness programs and activities like sound healing, spa treatments, and afternoon tea. The hotel's cuisine is vegetarian, with exquisite and delicious dishes. In short, I highly, highly recommend it! It's a charming hotel I'd definitely visit again.

Guest UserHygiene: The room was very tidy and clean.
Facilities: All in good working order, simple and practical.
Environment: Located on the back hills of West Lake, the scenery is truly beautiful. However, the immediate vicinity isn't very lively. There's a street nearby with a supermarket and restaurants. The main reason for staying here was its proximity to the shuttle bus stop for Lingyin Temple.
Service: The hotel is very business-oriented. During business events, the rooms are fully booked, so they wouldn't offer an upgrade. Also, at breakfast, when it's busy, they are slow to refill dishes. By 8:30 AM, there were empty trays with no sign of replenishment. The variety was average, just convenient.
Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to room availability).
