The room lighting was very dim, and the bathroom let in light, which disturbed our rest, especially with multiple people staying in the room.

I came to Hangzhou for a concert and a trip with my parents. I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location and good value for money. Most importantly, it had a room suitable for three adults, which made it easy to take care of my elders. The staff were all very enthusiastic. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was enough and the food was good. There's also a small gym; the equipment is basic, but it's fine for a quick workout. The downside is that there are too few parking spaces, and they have to share with the residential complex. Once you've parked, you're reluctant to move your car again, as the security guard said there might not be a spot if you come back later.

The room felt a bit old, and I found a long hair in the bathroom (I'm a short-haired guy staying alone). The laundry room was not well-maintained, and everything there required payment! Among all the hotels I've stayed in, this one had the worst laundry facilities and washing machines, and it was the only one that charged for them. The proximity to West Lake is a plus, though.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and Henglong Plaza, about 2-3 kilometers from West Lake. The small decorative items in the room show some thoughtful touches. During the holidays, the breakfast area was crowded, and the service quality in the restaurant couldn't keep up. Many finished plates weren't cleared in a timely manner, which could definitely be improved.

The room was clean and well-equipped. It's conveniently located, not far from the attractions, and a taxi ride usually costs 10-20 yuan. The environment is beautiful, and the breakfast is plentiful. The xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) were especially delicious.

The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk from the subway exit, making it easy to get around. It's also near Plaza 66, and only two subway stops away from in77. The breakfast was delicious, they provided complimentary fruit in the room, and the service was excellent.

I was very satisfied! The room was huge, easily accommodating four people. The movable tatami mat was a great design; my child absolutely loved doing homework on it! The service was also excellent. When my child fell asleep, they delivered our meal right to the room, which truly touched this old mother's heart, haha! I can't thank them enough, I'll definitely be back next time. I saw I forgot to leave a review when booking another hotel today, so I highly recommend this place to everyone!
