I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Although the room was new, the actual experience was fraught with numerous issues that severely impacted my stay. I'm providing this honest feedback to alert other travelers.
1. **Terrible Soundproofing**: Footsteps and conversations in the hallway, along with various noises from the adjacent room, were clearly audible. There was absolutely no privacy, and my rest at night was greatly disturbed, making it impossible to sleep soundly.
2. **Unbelievable Front Desk Handling, Posing a Safety Hazard**: The projector in our room turned on automatically at night. As two women, we called the front desk to ask how to turn it off. This should have been a simple matter resolved with a quick instruction. Instead, at midnight, 30 minutes after our call, the front desk sent a burly male staff member to knock on our door and enter the room, where he then rummaged around for the remote control. This incident left us feeling uneasy and completely stripped us of our sense of safety.
3. **Obvious Room Hardware Flaws**: The room was small and felt cramped. Lighting relied solely on two LED strips; the lack of a main light fixture resulted in dim illumination, making daily tasks like washing up or organizing luggage very inconvenient. The bathroom had even more prominent issues: the toilet's water pressure was too low to flush properly, the sink drained very slowly, and the exhaust fan couldn't be turned off independently, making it hard to dissipate odors. The smell from the sewer permeated the air, and we could hear water flowing within the walls.
4. **Insufficient Basic Amenities**: Reusable slippers were not provided, only disposable ones, which are impractical for long-term travelers.
The level of service and facilities is severely inconsistent with the price.
