Pet Friendly Hotels in Hangzhou

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff was very kind and patient, helping us with all our needs, even for activities outside the hotel. As foreigners who don't speak Chinese we had a bit of difficulties by ordering dinner delivery and finding local shops for manicure or silk. The stuff was not only very patient with us, but also always found great solutions for us! They also organized a morning Tai Chi lesson. The location of the hotel is surrounded by greenery, perfect for enjoying peace and quietness even in a big city like Hangzhou. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, mainly Chinese (delicious!) but also western. The room was very spacious, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Among the most comfortable bed sheets we've slept in. Absolutely to be recommended. We will definitely come back.

Awesome stay experience. The boss wife is very good, responsive, and also helps to change the change at night. I also wrote a guide intimately, saving a lot of time to check by myself. The location is very good, you can walk to Shangxiang, saving transportation costs and time. You can go to the Caishen Temple cable car in a few minutes, and it is only ten minutes walk from the entrance of Lingyin Temple Scenic Area. The price is reasonable, it is really cost-effective. Recommended ✌🏻 By the way, I went to Shangxiang and sent a delicious coffee.

The hotel is wonderfully situated in the middle of the tea plantation. It's quite easy to explore the plantation area and we had a beautiful view right outside of our windows. The staff were very accomodating and helpful even if they have limited English skills. As the hotel is situated on a hill, it's advisable not to bring a trolley. The hotel is located around 100m up the hill.

I booked a trip to Hangzhou on a whim and was going to Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts. I searched for hotels around and found that there were so many homestays in the West Lake Scenic Area. I booked this one because the sunshine was great and the coffee was well-reputed. When I arrived at the store, I was attracted by the orange and grapefruit trees in the yard. The room we booked had great sunshine. It felt great to sit and drink coffee while looking at the two trees. It was very cold during the two days I was there, but the homestay was very warm. I ordered coffee twice and both were delicious! In addition, the scones sent by the homestay were very fragrant and delicious. The boiled Hupao Spring water was a bit sweet. The West Lake Scenic Area is really comfortable, with electric bikes and many gourmet coffee shops. The sound insulation is OK, and it is very quiet when there are not many people. But if you encounter guests who are not well-mannered and laugh loudly in the middle of the night, it is indeed a bit noisy. I hope that the guests staying in the hotel can consciously order not to make loud noises in the middle of the night. I will stay here again during the summer vacation.

Ben Chu Xin Yuan is located at the entrance of Longjing Village, facing the green mountains and backed by green mountains. The autumn forest is full of colors. You can enjoy it from the balcony of the room. You can see the stars at night. The tranquility of the mountains makes people feel calm all of a sudden. In addition, the scenery of Longjing Village where the B&B is located is also very beautiful, and it is also very close to various other West Lake scenic spots. The room is large and clean, and a huge round bathtub can wash away fatigue. The boss and the beauty at the front desk are very warm and friendly. I will go there often when I have time to relax and recharge.

Stay in a parent-child duplex, the room is simple and quiet, the window is the picture frame, everyone is immersed in the natural painting. The breakfast is hot wontons, with a balanced nutrition. The staff of the B&B are kind and thoughtful, especially when I experienced some minor setbacks and was injured during my stay. The B&B housekeeper (a Hunan lady) responded immediately, accompanied me to the doctor throughout the whole process, took care of the children, and solved my urgent needs. The store manager also provided great support and help in the process, allowing the emergency to pass smoothly. On the basis of the high-quality service of the B&B, I experienced the warm human touch, which is a very rare experience. Opening the book of the journey of life, similar feelings will become street lamps that light up memories and beams of light to the future.

I was lucky to choose this homestay. It is very new and clean. It feels very exquisite. The surrounding area is very convenient. There is a supermarket. I will continue this next time.

A pleasant trip and accommodation, the boss was very enthusiastic, contacted me in advance to give the route and positioning. The inn is very clean and new, fully automated equipment, and the window can see the sunset on the mountain. It is very close to Lingyin Temple, convenient for eating nearby, and there are many Chinese and Western-style shops at the alley. On the day of check-in, the Laba Festival, the boss came back late and hot two bowls of Laba porridge, very touched! Today, the boss helped us drag the big suitcase to the alley, guide the car, and provide us with great convenience 🌹 I wish the Liuqu House business is booming, and the guests are like clouds! I will definitely come back to your store next time 🌹

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. Mao Dun's former residence is in the backyard, which is suitable for individual investors to rest and recuperate. Hygiene: Wooden houses are a bit damp, but this hotel is well built. It looks a bit old. It is simple but clean. The cleaning lady is also responsive. Service: The service is excellent. It is like a young man starting a business. The housekeepers are enthusiastic and make people feel like spring breeze and home! Environment: There are many private dishes and farmhouses around. The hotel is far away from the downtown area. It is most suitable to sit in the hotel yard in the afternoon to listen to the wind and rain. The family stayed here for a week. It was a beautiful spring day and it was very comfortable!
