The decor is antique and charming, and the place is very clean. Even though it's located in the Drum Tower area, it's surprisingly quiet at night, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Transportation is incredibly convenient, and there are tons of great local eateries and snacks nearby. The landlady of the guesthouse is also super warm and welcoming. Overall, it's excellent! It was far beyond our expectations, we were very impressed. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere throughout the accommodation was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxation. I would like to especially praise the outstanding service from the hotel owner. He was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Most importantly, he was very attentive and took great care of us. He provided detailed recommendations for nearby attractions, and even personally picked us up and dropped us off, something that went well beyond what we expected. Another highlight is the location. The hotel is close to many popular tourist spots such as OMG Heartbeat Paradise and 瑶琳, making it very convenient and saving us a lot of travel time. Overall, we feel very lucky to have chosen this place. We really loved the hotel since it’s resort environment was peacefull and not full with people . Employees were really nice , even when we don’t speak same language they were kindly willing to undrestand and help us . Our room was so spacious and has a clean and elegent interior and super comfortable. Most importantly window and balcony were great and the view was incomparable . It was too beautiful. Loved the tea table at the balcony . Also kayaking excursion was very fun and memorable experience . Employees were really willing to help us on everything even on the things that are not related to hotel. Special thanks to Mr.Xu at the front desk for helping us to get a shuttle bus ticket online that we couldn’t book ourselves because we don’t have a chinese number , he booked the bus ticket by his own number for us and it made things so much easier ! And also there was a employee who helped us to find food places on the day we check in where we were unfamiliar of the environment and the city , He literally took us to the place we can find restaurants by himself ! Unfortunately we haven’t had a chance to get to know his name . Breakfast was great ! it was full of different varieties of breakfasts . Unfortunately we haven’t had our second day breakfast because of our schedule 🥲 Frankly still thinking about we missed such great meal🫢 To sum up we really loved the hotel and everything about it ! Fully satisfied with our stay! Wish we had one more day to stay at the hotel. If we ever comeback again we will confidently book here again!

Every time I visit Yangmeiling, I always choose this guesthouse without hesitation. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offer direct views of the mountains and wilderness. Opening the window reveals a breathtaking expanse of greenery, which is incredibly therapeutic. The room itself is spacious and airy, making for a truly comfortable stay. The service is attentive and thoughtful; the afternoon tea is exquisite, the seasonal fruits are fresh and sweet, and the breakfast offers a rich and delicious variety. The overall experience is fantastic and definitely worth revisiting!

The B&B was spotlessly clean, and the service was incredibly attentive. Plus, there are cats you can pet! The environment is fantastic, located right in the West Lake scenic area, and the Botanical Garden is just a 50-meter walk away. The B&B has its own private courtyard, perfect for enjoying tea and chatting, and there's even a swing that our baby absolutely loved. It's truly a resort paradise; we'll definitely be back!

Room was nice, the view was so pretty and private hot spring was really hot. The location is quite not reachable and there are no infrastructure around, but it's a great choice for the weekend getaway, especially if you drive. Owner was sooo nice to us, had a good talk, she even helped us organise the transport to our next stop🥰🥰

This hotel lobby was tricky to find initially; however, once identified, the buildings desk clerks were very helpful. People of colour may have difficulty as the building uses facial recognition for access and, the software used did not process darker skin tones, leaving discrepancy for those moving in and out of the building; darker skin tones will always require assistance to get in and out of the building… an unnecessary frustration. The room itself was comfortable, with minimal space for luggage storage; all appointments were clean and functional, but also “out of ikea” feel ie shift the door this way for this sort of storage and that way for shelves… a little frustrating for a traveller and a “forgotten items” hazard - slide all the doors every direction before leaving or you will leave a surprise for the next tenant 😂 Over all, a nothing ‘really’ wrong and I was certainly comfortable… but I would look for an alternate next tripto Hangzhou simply as there wasn’t a lot of room for luggage unless I “Escaoeriomed” my belonging in an IKEA functional space.

I booked this hotel last minute when I came to Hangzhou to visit West Lake and Lingyin Temple. The mini single room exceeded my expectations – it was quiet and clean, and the bedding was comfortable. It's not far from the attractions, and for a solo traveler, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

I accidentally saw it on Xiaohongshu, and I went to a place temporarily, but I was very, very satisfied! The boss and staff are young people, the atmosphere is very good, and the food is particularly good! Going with friends, the coffee is delicious, the barbecue is large and fresh, the army hot pot is very authentic, will choose next time! PS, the noodle restaurant recommended by the staff does not choose the entrance, we went to breakfast, 6 pieces of fried noodle soup noodles are particularly delicious, the wontons are also very delicious, I have not seen such a high cost-effective place in the surrounding area for a long time! This trip was a surprise
