As someone from Northeast China, I have to say this: the air conditioning in the room was excellent, making it nice and warm, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic, especially when traveling with kids. We could walk to the Nature Museum and the Science and Technology Museum. It was also a short walk to the Wulin Gate pier for night cruises on the Qiantang River and the Grand Canal, where we enjoyed the light show. The 318 bus takes you to some West Lake attractions, and there's even a double-decker bus stop downstairs. Getting to the East Railway Station is a direct subway ride. The subway entrance is right there – just turn left when you exit and use the underground passage. The underground area is quite large, with many dining options and even a high-end shopping mall. It was definitely a comfortable stay. Cleanliness was also top-notch. The front desk staff had a wonderful attitude! The breakfast was rich and varied, with not much repetition.

We stayed in a suite, and the room was very new and highly automated. They even offered a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM. Plus, Mr. Xing from the restaurant kindly gave us two extra free breakfasts for a third person, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place; it's so much better than a typical Sheraton 4-star experience!

The Hangzhou Exhibition Center, West Lake Cultural Plaza, and Hangzhou Grand Theatre are all right in front of you. It's directly accessible by Metro Line 1, and there are many bus routes nearby.

The hotel was very clean and smelled fresh. The staff at the front desk, both the young men and women, were incredibly kind, polite, and patient. We had quite a few requests, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, so I'll use some of my West Lake sightseeing photos instead! We had such a good time because we rested so well!

Atour Hotel Hangzhou is located at 503 Fengqi Rd, GongShu District. Hotel is next to the West Lake World Cultural Heritage, it is only around 600M away from lake side, you can get beautiful lake view in 6-10 minutes on foot. Fengqi Rd metro station for Line 1&2 is next to us. Hangzhou Xiaoshan international airport is around 25KM away from hotel, and around 800m you can find the airport shuttle bus station. Hangzhou East Railway Station is around 5KM away from hotel, it only need take 5 stops of  Metro Line one to get there;Hangzhou Railway Station is around 3KM away from hotel, it only need take 3 stops of  Metro Line one to get there. You can easy find Kerry Center, Inn 7(Intime Hangzhou West Lake), Hangzhou Tower、Intime Wulin Square，Wulin Square,West Lake Culture Square and Wulin Night Market. It is the wonderful hotel to stay not only for travel and shopping but for business. We are looking forward your arriving.

I frequently stay at this hotel. Its location next to China Mobile is convenient and easy to find, with good transport links. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and very thoughtful. They even offer late-night congee with small dishes for guests arriving late, which is excellent. Sister Yun Yan from housekeeping is enthusiastic and considerate, and she keeps the rooms impeccably clean. A big shout-out to 'Ke Jian' from the front desk for upgrading my room type – he deserves praise, and Sister An should reward him! The lady in the restaurant makes fantastic waffles. It's a shame Xiao Qiao and Lucia weren't there; hopefully, I'll see them next time.
