West Lake, Lingyin Temple Scenic Area
It rained every day when I came to Hangzhou this time. Fortunately, the hotel is very good. The public area looks great when taking photos, and the configuration in the room is also impeccable. Wet wipes, facial wipes, and Dyson hair dryers are all provided. The afternoon tea is nice to take pictures but the desserts are average. We need to make an appointment early for dinner. We made an appointment late and many of the dishes were sold out. The breakfast is particularly good. It is divided into staple food and side dishes. For the hot staple food, you can choose wontons or rice noodles. There are a lot of side dishes. What a pleasure. The downside is that the room is too dark and there are not many lights. It gets even darker at night. I can't see clearly even if I put on makeup in the morning. The room on the second floor is facing the road. Every car must pass by. There is the sound of horns and engines at night. I didn't sleep well.

The small house is located in the alley, you need to walk inside, the heavy suitcase may be a little troublesome The boss wife is very good, if you need help, you can directly mention it The room is neat and clean, basic daily necessities are available, forget to bring it, the hot water needs to be put for a while before it is hot enough to take a bath If you don’t sleep deeply, you can bring earplugs, but the surroundings are quieter at night.

I chose the hotel because of its location. It is close to Hupao, Prince Bay and West Lake and has great scenery. I stayed here for a week. In terms of specific details, the cleaning lady was very attentive. She found that she drank too much water and put a few more bottles when cleaning the next day. It felt very meticulous. I hope to praise her with more drumsticks~ The room was average overall. I stayed in a large designer room, and some of the decorations in the room were missing. The room size was also average. ⚠️I chose this room type because I wanted the windows of the room to look out, but the problem is that it faces the small alley inside, so it is very noisy, which will affect your sleep. But the above are all bearable, and under normal circumstances I would not give a negative review. ‼ ️The most important thing is that the unpleasant experience before leaving the store made people feel that the communication service between the front desk and customers needs to be improved. . . My reservation on Ctrip showed check-out at 14:00 (as shown below). We received a call from the front desk at 11:56 that day, asking if we would like to extend our stay. After we replied that we would not extend our stay, we were told to check out at 12:00. First of all, regardless of whether I originally showed check-out at 14:00, even if I called to remind customers to check-out, it would be four minutes before check-out would be at 12:00. . [I feel like I’m about to turn away the customers when the time is up in four minutes😅😅😅]. . Secondly, when I went to check out and communicated with the front desk, she only frantically emphasized that their computer showed 12:00. Another receptionist explained that new employees usually don’t do this, and she continued to tell me that the computer showed 12:00. Check out... But this is not my problem. If it is a problem with Ctrip or the computer, you can try to communicate with Ctrip and give feedback. Why are you complaining to customers all the time? ? Can't you treat the customer well when you are leaving after staying for so many days? Even if a communication error is indeed caused, you will not apologize but madly say that it is a computer problem? It feels really bad.

The location of the store is very good, very close to Hangzhou Zoo and Hupao Park, and very close to Manjueyu. There are buses at the intersection to Leifeng Tower and other major scenic spots, and there are special lines for enjoying the gui. It takes about 3 kilometers to ride from Shuicheng Bridge. There are cedar trees all the way, and it feels very comfortable to ride. Of course, it is recommended to arrive by bus or taxi. There are bus stops 139 and 4, at the intersection, Starbucks, convenience stores, Grandma's and Dix and beef noodles. The store service is particularly good, and the bedding is very good, not a particularly soft bed, friendly to the lumbar spine. There are two options for pillows. The overall style is simple style, 2-3 floor, some rooms have a small terrace. When I first arrived, the store also helped me get hot water and lent me the charger. At first, the room was temporarily changed because the water temperature in the shower room was unstable. Deal with problems in time! Cleaning is also very fast. There are a lot of power in the room, mosquito repellent, hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush. I was very happy to stay with my friends this time. grateful!

The homestay is not far from the West Lake, the environment has nothing to say, strolling around to breathe fresh air, really super comfortable! I punched in a local restaurant near the homestay that night, the taste was not bad, but unfortunately forgot to remember the name [cover face] The room was very clean, the bedding, bathroom facilities and items were very new and very quality; the service was very intimate, and the breakfast was prepared!

Facilities: The facilities are OK, you can watch on-demand TV, and the shower is quite convenient. Hygiene: In terms of hygiene, I think it's okay. I'm also a hotel owner. In terms of details, such as the hygiene on the bedside, I think most of it is dust. Environment: The environment is quite good. It's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Maybe it's because the rooms are not full. We are the only one on the second floor. There is a small courtyard outside and the air is fresh. It's nice. Service: Needless to say, the service is very, very good👍🏻. When the plane landed at 23 o'clock, the housekeeper asked me when I would arrive. I have stayed in hotels for many times and I am not used to such greetings. Then we arrived at the hotel a little faster , the housekeeper picked us up at the intersection and helped us carry our luggage, which was very heartwarming. Stayed for 4 nights in total and it was quite good.
