Looking to escape the daily grind in Hangzhou, my girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend. The personalized butler service was so attentive and thoughtful. We could even do DIY activities right in the hotel, and having a hot spring bath in our room was incredibly romantic! 💕

The flower arrangements and tea sets at Xin Hotel are beautiful. In the morning, a wellness butler even leads guests on a mindful walking meditation in Xixi Wetland's Hundred Birds Garden. Afterwards, there's a plant mandala healing session. The hotel truly excels in its aesthetic details. It's also a perfect place for someone looking to escape daily routines, find peace, and relax. The wellness butler is thoughtful and attentive, offering personalized healing experiences and companionship. It was a truly worthwhile experience.

My husband booked this healing hotel by the Xixi Wetland for our anniversary, and it was incredibly romantic. The theme room that Xin Hotel decorated for us was so thoughtful, even my husband was surprised! The hotel's private butler service was excellent, almost always responsive. The private hot spring, where you can hear birds chirping, even used herbal and plant essences designed to balance the five elements. The whole trip was so enjoyable and made for our most unforgettable anniversary. Thank you, Xin Hotel, grateful to have found you! Heartily recommend!

An excellent healing hotel. The morning walk with the host was lovely, and the sound healing session was very insightful. Definitely worth a stay. Although it's a vegetarian restaurant, the breakfast was surprisingly rich and varied.

Our butler, Vincent, provided attentive and detailed service, being patient and friendly throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was exquisite and healthy, with fresh ingredients, and the mini-bar was complimentary. Overall, it was a relaxing and therapeutic experience, a perfect escape from the city hustle.
