Ondo Hotel and Spa Seoul Jongro by Aank Hotels in Seoul

Ondo Hotel and Spa Seoul Jongro by Aank

"This was a very poor experience. The room facilities were extremely basic. The bathroom was long but had no hooks and no anti-slip measures. The toilet was extremely, extremely narrow—when sitting on the toilet, you have to press right up against the glass door. There was a strong sewage smell from the bathroom plumbing. The floor heating worked one day and not the next. The hotel offers virtually no service at all. The first entrance door must be pushed open manually, and the second door also requires manual operation. It is very unfriendly to strollers, and even when front desk staff were present, no one came to assist. After 9:30 p.m., there are no staff on duty. There is no access control for the entrance or elevators, making security poor and unreliable. I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel."

UH Suite The Coex Hotels in Seoul

UH Suite The Coex

"I highly recommend UH SUITE The Coex! The room was spacious, perfect for multiple guests, and the overall environment was clean and elegant, making for a very comfortable stay. I accidentally lost my phone on the airport bus and was in a complete panic. Anna at the front desk patiently helped me connect with the bus's lost and found center throughout the entire process. She made repeated calls, assisted with email verification, confirmed the retrieval procedure, and followed up every step of the way until my phone was successfully returned. The staff were attentive and responsible, proactively coordinating the pickup at Seolleung Station. Their service was thoughtful and thorough, perfectly resolving my urgent situation. The service attitude was gentle and professional, and they handled problems efficiently and reliably. I am incredibly grateful to Anna and the front desk team for their warm help. My entire stay experience was simply perfect, and I would wholeheartedly recommend choosing this hotel for your trip to Seoul! Thank you, Anna, and thank you to all the staff!"

"Excellent location and a perfect size for two people. The in-room amenities are amazing for the price, and transportation is very convenient. Beautiful hotel with a unique character. Highly recommended — great value for money and definitely a place you’ll want to return to. The only small drawback is that some staff may have limited English communication skills."

LOTTE CITY HOTEL MYEONGDONG ★★★★
"The housekeeping was satisfactory, but I didn't feel the hotel lived up to its advertised standards otherwise. The location is great, but you need to have serious hypnotic abilities, otherwise, you'll hear karaoke every night and construction starting at 6 AM. It sounds like this construction project won't be finished for at least a year and a half, haha. I tried to book a room away from the construction a month in advance, but couldn't get one. I guess I brought it on myself."

"First time in Seoul and stay in hotel. Hotel was excellent: receptionist is helpful and courteous. Check in and out is fast. Hotel facilities is excellent too. Water pressure is high, with separate restrooms. Living room had a sliding door to close to separate restrooms and washing basin. Had a small vacancy is more than enough. Location is the best walking distance 2-3mins to hongdiv MRT station exit 9. Overall is professional and high standard of living. I surely with stay again for next trip to Seoul never regret . I like make commitment to housing keeping for the well done, receptionist will help to call taxi for customer . Well done !"

"Overall, it was a terrible experience. The king-size bed wasn't 1.8 meters; it was no more than 1.5 meters! The air conditioning was broken, and they wouldn't admit it. They charged for toothbrushes and razors, but these charged items weren't listed anywhere! The front desk also gave conflicting prices for room upgrades!"

Four Points by Sheraton Josun, Seoul Station ★★★★
"☑️ The location is excellent, right by Seoul Station, making it super convenient for getting around. There's a mall downstairs, and you can reach most places within a few subway stops. Plus, the airport express line is right there. Lots of food and drink options nearby! ☑️ The hotel staff were lovely and even let me check out an hour late for free. Their English was great, and everyone was so good-looking – really attractive men and women! ❌ The breakfast was terrible. I don't know if Korean food just doesn't agree with me, or what, but they served raw vegetables with the udon noodles instead of cooking them. Not much variety, and everything tasted odd."
