The Ambassador Seoul - A Pullman Hotel Hotels in Seoul

The Ambassador Seoul - A Pullman Hotel

"Had a wonderful stay at Pullman Ambassador Seoul during our trip to Seoul. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent cleanliness, and stunning city views. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and popular shopping areas such as Dongdaemun, Myeongdong, and Seongsu. The facilities, including the gym, pool, and lounge areas, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. A special mention to the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious Korean and international dishes. Everything was fresh and well presented. Overall, this hotel provided the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and convenience. I would highly recommend Pullman Ambassador Seoul to anyone visiting Seoul and would gladly stay here again on my next trip. The mattress is very comfy"

The Grand Lotte Seoul (Formerly: Lotte Hotel Seoul) Hotels in Seoul

The Grand Lotte Seoul (Formerly: Lotte Hotel Seoul)

"I was very satisfied with the room; they proactively upgraded me to a suite. The suite was very spacious, and they provided two bottles of Evian mineral water daily. In a country like Korea where a bottle of water costs five won, this was a very thoughtful gesture. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the location was convenient. Lotte Department Store is upstairs, and the duty-free shop is on floors 9-12. Myeongdong shopping district is just across the street, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The subway station is right outside the door. Check-in is on the 15th floor, and they help with luggage and even escort you to your room after check-in. The only drawback was the lack of a Chinese-speaking front desk, but Korean and English communication was fine. The pool and gym are free for guests aged 16 and above. Housekeeping was prompt, and they proactively asked if we needed more water. Everyone offered service with a smile. I stayed for three consecutive nights and was very satisfied."

Lotte Hotel World Gangnam Hotels in Seoul

Lotte Hotel World Gangnam

"Great service, clean environment, and a wide variety of breakfast options. There's an airport shuttle right outside, and it's incredibly convenient for shopping with three malls nearby. The hotel has direct access to the theme park and Lotte Department Store, so you can easily pop back to rest if you get tired. Just a heads-up, the hotel doesn't have a designated area for food delivery drop-offs."

LOTTE CITY HOTEL MYEONGDONG ★★★★
"The room size was good, quite spacious for our family of three with two suitcases. The transportation is also convenient; you can take bus 6015 from Incheon Airport and get off at Euljiro 2(i)-ga. Remember to press the bell to alert the driver for your stop. After getting off, cross the road at the intersection behind you, and you'll see the bowing statue at the entrance, making it easy to find. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to Myeongdong and Lotte Duty Free, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, so you can explore and eat as you go. Regarding power adapters, the room itself has 220V outlets. If you don't have many devices to charge, you might not even need to bring one. We brought one, but the outlet by the bedside table was a bit loose. Other than that, no issues, and overall we were satisfied."

Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences ★★★★★
"The hotel's location and service were good, but I have to point out two flaws. First, the curtains aren't blackout, so I'd wake up around 5 AM every day because of the light. Second, it takes a long time for the hot water to come through, and even more annoyingly, the shower water gets scalding hot whenever someone flushes a toilet or uses a sink nearby. These are issues that a five-star hotel shouldn't have."

"Great location! The 6701 airport bus goes directly there, and it's super easy for taxis to find. While the facilities are a bit older, the rooms are relatively spacious and the service is excellent. The front desk and concierge staff speak fluent English, and the attention to detail from house-keeping was a big plus. The executive lounge breakfast was also very convenient."

NINE TREE BY PARNAS SEOUL MYEONGDONG 2 ★★★★
"The hotel is located near Myeongdong and is accessible by airport bus, about a 5-10 minute walk away. It's closer to Subway Line 3, but quite a distance from Subway Line 2. Shinsegae Duty Free is about a 30-minute walk. There's a GS25 downstairs, which is convenient for grabbing breakfast. We booked a triple room and chose it based on photos that showed a sofa, but there wasn't one in the actual room. Felt a bit misled, but due to the language barrier, I didn't bother trying to clarify. The soundproofing isn't great, and the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet, which was a bit odd. The room was cleaned daily, and water and tea bags were replenished. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as they are not provided."
