PPopo1593Korean hotels are generally quite compact. This time, I stayed near Myeongdong. This particular building houses two brands: ours and Moxy. If I stay in Myeongdong again, I might give Moxy a try next time. However, our hotel was also good, though I felt it was a bit on the expensive side.

TTharunKlWe had an exceptional stay at Nine Tree Premier Hotel Insadong by Parnas. The biggest highlight is its unbeatable central location everything you could possibly need is right at your doorstep. From shopping and great food options to easy access to buses and the subway, it truly doesn’t get more convenient than this.
The hotel is modern, very clean, and well-maintained, making it perfect for a comfortable stay, especially when traveling with family. The vibrant Insadong area adds even more charm, with plenty to explore just by stepping out.
The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made our experience seamless.
While it’s not overly pricey, it offers excellent value for money and is absolutely worth what you pay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul!

GGuest UserOverall, our stay was great. The location is perfect, 4 metro stations, plenty of buses, a lot of cafes are near by. The room is pretty spacious, there was everything that you might need. The TV is smart, it’s possible to watch Netflix or YouTube. The room was clean, well-prepared. The check-in process is super fast, the staff is friendly. The WiFi was great as well, I joined zoom-call easily
There were two minor things that we were a bit dissatisfied about: 1) the AC doesn’t have a night mode so it’s hard to adjust it, it’s either cold or hot.. we struggled. 2) we wanted to dinner at BBQ restaurant at the hotel, which works till 10pm as was stated at Ad. However, we came at 9, it was already closed, they said that the last order is at 8:30.. which is rare.. usually last order is 30 min before closing. So we left hangry.
Anyway, the hotel is great, we would definitely come back and recommend all friends.

DDishinizaitaotianyuancuijibaoThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to Myeongdong, Seoul Station, City Hall, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. There are also plenty of bus stops nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. Check-in is on the 11th floor, and the staff are super friendly, helpful, and very polite when answering all sorts of questions. The breakfast spread is rich, offering both Korean and Western options, and the fruits and vegetables are very fresh. When checking out, you can store your luggage in the self-service lockers on the 11th floor, which is very convenient. There's a CU convenience store right downstairs, making it easy to grab water. Oh, and you get two complimentary bottles of water upon check-in; any additional water after that needs to be purchased. If I had to pick something to improve, it would be that only one bedside table and the vanity have power outlets, while the other side of the bed lacks one, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seoul.

GGuest UserMy stay at HOTEL BOTANIK's Deluxe King Room in Myeongdong exceeded my expectations. The room had a modern, apartment-style feel with brand new facilities and full amenities, making it ideal for those planning a longer stay in Seoul.
The in-room amenities were definitely the highlight. The air conditioning had a control panel for temperature adjustment, and it came equipped with an AirDresser, a washer-dryer combo, a separate fridge and freezer, an induction hob, and a microwave oven. Inside the cabinets, there was even a wine cooler, wine glasses, and mugs, giving it the feel of a small boutique apartment. Charging was also convenient, with both USB and Type-C outlets available, and the bidet toilet had a full range of functions. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation design, and the water pressure was consistent, making for a very comfortable shower.
However, there were a few things to note:
The kitchenware provided was quite basic, with only two plates, which might be insufficient if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Also, laundry detergent wasn't provided in the room, but you could purchase it at the front desk if needed.
There are several construction sites near the hotel, but surprisingly, the soundproofing was excellent during my stay, with no noticeable noise at night. My sleep quality was quite peaceful.
Overall, this hotel is more of a ”high-functional type” accommodation. The facilities are new and highly practical, feeling more like staying in a well-designed apartment than a traditional hotel. It made for a very comfortable stay.

GGuest UserI had to cancel 1 night and even though i submitted the request within the amendment period, it was conveyed to the hotel and by the time the hotel responded, it had past the deadline. I felt that I was caught in between trip.com and the hotel, the time taken to communicate the amendment was delayed because of the communication time between the 2.
When I arrived to stay the 1 night, the staff were so unaware of how to do service recovery - they know that I paid almost SGD1000 for 1 night, perhaps they could have upgraded the room or just provided breakfast. But no, they say they can’t change anything in that booking. Like seriously, you guys shouldn’t be in the service industry! I laughed when I saw that welcome message from the hotel GM in my tv screen.
Never again in this hotel. And trip is not blameless too. You should always set deadlines taking into account response time between hotel and trip.

Pros:
-nearby the sinsa station/area (but required around 5-7 minutes walk there)
-Big and cozy bed for two people
-Toilet with good warm water
-Good amenities
-Good space for 2 luggages to fit (big ones)
-Has a very nice cafe on the rooftop to see seoul city
-Able to see seoul towel from our room!
What to improve/Take note:
-the staff service at night can’t really speak english so sometimes I don’t understand what they say abiutbthe deposit when checking in.
-No microwave/only fridge available
-The walkway is actually on the slope/hills (the picture doesn’t show that much that the hotel is on the hill so anyone who has big luggages or on snow time it is recommended to book an uber on the winter time)

BBokexierdienThe hotel has a great location. It's just two turns away from Chungmuro Subway Station Exit 8. Airport buses 6105 and 6011 also stop near Exit 8, making it very convenient to get to the hotel.
It's a fully self-service hotel with a self-check-in machine that has Chinese language options, which is super handy.
The room door uses a key code, which is easy to operate. The bathroom is very clean, and there's a slight step down from the toilet area to the shower, which prevents water from splashing out.
Myeongdong is also within walking distance. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Seoul.

PpmorrowNice location, it will take about 10 minutes from the metro station. Modern fashionable business location of the Gangnam? Sorry, it is not. Urban beauty of the Seoul is so-so. Cafes or restaurants aren't very close, but not so far. But the sport cafe with evening soccer translation is close and you will hear it all the might very well.
Facilities.. You will have no toothbrush and soap. Only single use shampoo and shower gel that weren't updated even every day. Towels also not refreshed every day. Multiple use sleepers.
Drinking water you may find in the hidden fridge. Electric kettle i have not use. I dont remember, maybe the tea bags where available. Even condoms where but i prefer a toothpaste with toothbrush.
Once i have asked to clean the room it was ignored. But on the third day was done. One time at my 4 night stay.
The best option i have met as EU standard USB 2A phone charger which helped me every night. As i have took chinese standard charger only, so stupid for me. Might be smarter next trip.
Hope my currency rate will grow again and the hotel costs with these weathers will not look so high. But last time i expected more.
