Extremely convenient location right in the heart of Hongdae. It was clean and the service was excellent. The facilities are great, with a laundry room, gym, and swimming pool. They even have triple rooms, which are perfect for three travelers. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit.

Hotel location is great close to Hongkik University station and close to Hongdae Shopping Street. We stayed with a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and unfortunately this hotel isn't family friendly. Firstly, the rooftop pool is strictly adults only (teens 14-17) can use it until 3pm. This was really disappointing as I wasn't aware of this and was looking forward to taking the kids for a dip. The elevators are extremely slow. There are 4 but there ever only seems to be 2 in use and the line to get into this elevator often piles up with no AC cooling. It makes it even more difficult when you've got a stroller. The room itself seemed quite outdated, carpet was dirty, size of rooms was average and a few times we knocked our shins into the timber bedframe which hurt as it sticks out. Mini fridge was small and even one time we found what looked to be a used bandaid on one of the bottles of waters they supplied. There also seems to be a lot of mould on the shower floor silicone caulking and grout. Laundry machines is available on the 5th floor however it's quite expensive - 5000krw to wash and another 5000krw to dry. This hotel appeals more to uni students or the younger crowd. I wouldn't stay here again with the family.

Location just across hongdae shopping street with many eateries and shopping open till late. Walking distance to train station and connect straight to Incheon airport in less than an hour. Modern decor hotel with clean rooms and friendly staffs.

Great location, close to the subway. Stayed for 3 days! The hygiene and breakfast were just average. My friend and I went to check out early to store our luggage, explaining it would only be for a short time. We were two girls with three 28-inch suitcases. The front desk told us to put our luggage in the lockers ourselves. The problem was the lockers weren't big enough to fit them, and they were on the top shelf. We tried, couldn't fit them, and only after going back a second time to explain did they say we could store them at the front desk. What a waste of time. The hotel service was really lacking, quite disappointed!!!

The room was quite spacious, and the toiletries were excellent. The location is great – there's a small CU convenience store behind the hotel, and a larger one diagonally across the street. The famous Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) restaurant is right next door. Hongdae subway entrance is just a 3-minute walk away, and the Hongdae station entrance for the Airport Railroad Express is about a 10-minute walk. There are several OY restaurants nearby, and plenty of other dining options. Taxis are easy to hail using Uber.
