"My room was on the top floor, not facing the street, so it was quiet. The duvet cover was a bit worn, which wasn't super comfortable. It had a fridge but no breakfast. It was pretty clean overall. Just a heads up, the deposit requires a credit card, so make sure to bring one!"

"Location: This hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the bustling Myeongdong area, surrounded by popular dinner and late-night supper spots frequented by locals. You'll find 7-Eleven, GS25, and CU convenience stores nearby, along with famous restaurants like Kyochon Chicken and BBQ Chicken. The iconic Cheonggyecheon Stream, with its 'Seoul My Soul' landmark, is just a short walk: head out of the alley towards 7-Eleven, cross a small road, and take Exit 5 down. The closest subway station is Jonggak Station (Line 1) in front of Starbucks. Conveniently, the 6002 bus to Incheon Airport stops right across the street from Starbucks. You can also take Line 1 one stop to Seoul Station for the Airport Express. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the front desk, register your details for an early check-in, and go explore. They'll move your luggage to your allocated room when it's ready. Convenient Access: Myeongdong, Shinsegae Duty-Free, and Lotte Duty-Free are all within walking distance, or a short bus ride away if you prefer not to walk. To reach Myeongdong, you'll need to transfer from Line 1 to Line 4. For other attractions like Hongdae, Mangwon Market, and Seongsu-dong, you'll also need to transfer from Line 1 to other lines. I recommend purchasing a T-money card at a convenience store in Incheon Airport's Exit F. Minor Hiccup: Due to cultural differences, we assumed that not hanging a 'Do Not Disturb' sign would automatically imply service. However, it's a double-sided sign where you need to hang either 'Please Make Up Room' or 'Do Not Disturb' on your door. The room itself is a bit small, and the trash can is tiny. There are large recycling bins in the middle of each floor; if you're unsure about sorting, you can just dispose of all your trash there. Don't be like us and leave trash bags piled up outside your door because you didn't know the cleaning rules. Soundproofing: Despite the lively surroundings, the soundproofing is excellent. Personal Suggestions: We stayed in room 02, which was the smallest on the floor. We checked in early at 8 AM and went out to explore. When we returned at 3:15 PM to confirm our check-in, the front desk was bustling with luggage and people. The staff told us our luggage had already been placed in our room. Upon seeing the fire escape map, we realized we had been given the smallest room, which honestly made us a bit unhappy. We suggest that the smallest rooms should be reserved for guests checking in later in the day, as it's a bit disappointing to arrive early and be assigned the most cramped space. Additionally, there was a slight odor from the shower drain, and the bathroom's ventilation system didn't seem very effective, making it feel a bit stuffy during showers. Staff Commendation: The staff were incredibly nice and gentle, and some even spoke a little Chinese. English or translation apps were also viable communication options. We saw them diligently patrolling and spraying for insects daily. After check-out, I accidentally left my phone in the room, and they were very helpful in assisting me. Many thanks! 🙏"

"Out of the three hotels I stayed at during my trip to Seoul and Busan, this one was by far the most spacious for three people. The room was significantly larger than the other two, impeccably clean with no strange odors, and even had a dedicated area for luggage, so we could open all three suitcases without feeling cramped. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from both Line 2 and Line 5 subway stations. It's also not too far to walk to Line 4, Myeongdong (great for shopping!), and Lotte Duty-Free, maybe about 10-15 minutes. From our window, we had a fantastic view of N Seoul Tower and could even spot the G2 Hotel where we'd stayed previously. There's a GS25 convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, which was handy for snacks, drinks, and instant noodles. Our floor also had a public dining area and even a garment steamer! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay 🏨. On the walk to Line 2, there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. There's one coffee shop on the corner across the street that serves excellent coffee and has pastries that looked much more appetizing than the trendy Japanese bakery 'Aso**something' behind the hotel. Definitely recommend checking it out!"

"Facilities: The room was very clean and tidy, and the city view outside the window had a unique Korean charm ✨. I really enjoyed watching the railway below, with subways passing by and lovely yellow flowers – it was so beautiful ✨ (some reviews mentioned noise, and there is a bit, but the beautiful view makes it worth it 🤭; personally, it didn't affect my sleep). There's a CU convenience store right downstairs, where I bought some really cute fridge magnet souvenirs. It was also a great option for a late-night snack every day 😋. Plus, there's a Haidilao hotpot restaurant on the hotel's mezzanine level 🤣, perfect if you're not a fan of Korean food. Downstairs, there's also a bus stop with direct buses to Incheon Airport. Across the street from the hotel, you'll find 인생네컷 (Life Four Cuts photo booth), Olive Young, Mega Coffee, and a jewelry store with walls full of earrings, among others. Just across the road from the hotel entrance is a food street; every place looked so delicious as I walked by 😭. Unfortunately, I was traveling alone this time, and with most places serving BBQ and potato and pork bone soup, I didn't get to try them. Located in Yeouido, it's very convenient to get to Hangang Park and Hongdae. Other attractions aren't far by taxi either. The front desk lady even proactively helped me call a taxi, which I really appreciated!"

"I stayed here for a concert at Kintex. Pros: ・Although check-in is officially at 3 PM, I arrived at 2 PM to drop off my luggage and was allowed to check in immediately. (This might have been a one-time thing though.) ・The room was spacious and had a great view. I had a view of Yongsan Station. ・The counter-top sink was very convenient. You could place items on it from both the bed side and the sink side. ・There were plenty of outlets, including some with USB ports, which was very handy. ・You can get to Yongsan Station without getting wet, which is great. ・You can also shop at Yongsan Station, there's a large pharmacy nearby, and a CU convenience store inside the hotel, all very convenient. ・Using Shin-Yongsan Station on Line 4 also makes it easy to get to many places. ・Having the shower and toilet separate was a big plus. While some water might leak through the gap, it wasn't an issue if you used a bath mat. I couldn't find any particular cons. I had a very comfortable stay! I wish the room rate was a bit lower, but I'll work hard so I can stay here again, haha."

"We stayed in the hotel for 5 days. Love the place, room is spacious for two persons, and the room has massage chair which has became the life saver after tiring day exploring Seoul! The toilet has automatic bidet which is very nice. They provide free tea and water dispenser (with ice function) at the lobby. The location of the hotel is very near to convenience stores, pharmacies, bus stops including for airport limosine bus. Train station is a bit far by foot but it is just few bus stops away. Overall it is very convenient and would love to stay here again in next visit!"

"This was not my first time staying here, but the service this time provided by Sophia is horrible. I checked in at 6:30-45pm that day. First Sophia just found 1 booking for me, then I told her I actually have 2 then she checked again and she found. Then said she offered me a room which upgraded, once I went up the room and I didn’t feel well, my ears were hurt might be because of the room pressure then I went down and requested if I can changed back my room type. Sophia just said to me all rooms are occupied and only corner room available. I was quite shocked because still have some groups behind me and wait for check-in but it’s fine maybe their room type is different. And she said one more corner room on sixth floor and I request changed to 6th floor, and Sophia said if I would like to change the text that I need to pay the upgrade fee. Huh??? What’s wrong with this situation? She offered me there a room available on sixth floor and then she said I need to pay the upgrade and at first she upgraded me. I told her I just need the type what I booked and no need any upgrade offer and she said all rooms are occupied. I asked what about you just mentioned the room on sixth floor? Sophia said oh sorry that was occupied too. Am I joke to you???? You didn’t check clearly beforehead? I don’t feel good with her attitude and she is working as a customer oriented industry needs to perform best service to customers. Her attitude comparing with others staff who worked there was not in standard. I appreciated for the service which provided by the manager and also the luggage helper and the housekeeper but not Sophia!!! I didn’t request any changes afterwards because she insisted my room just the one and only room available in the hotel that was so hilarious!!!"

"For this price point, I honestly think this hotel is pretty good! The room is a bit small – we struggled to open two suitcases – but it has a massive TV that you can cast Netflix and YouTube to. Watching TV on such a huge screen was incredibly satisfying. As for cleanliness, it's neither outstanding nor terrible; those who are particularly finicky might not like it. It’s about a ten-minute walk to the subway station, which is acceptable. You can also walk to Dongdaemun in a short while, so the location is decent (though next time I might choose to stay in Myeongdong). Ordering takeout is super convenient; you can basically get all the popular takeout options from Xiaohongshu. I highly recommend ordering takeout, the Korean delivery food is truly amazing and delicious! 🔥 The front desk staff were very friendly, always greeting us when we returned. Overall, it's a good hotel, suitable for those who aren't too picky about accommodation and want to save money 🩷❤️"
