Stayed here first part of my trip. I arrived early and they allowed me to check in at 1pm. Then I came back from Busan at 1:30pm and they wouldn't allow me to check in and had to wait until 2pm. They said it was the ”new check in policy”. They would charge 20k won if you want to check in 30 minutes early. Check out is at 11am so they had 2 hrs to clean rooms. There's no reason to make you wait until 2pm. The room isn't being used and it's not like you're getting an extra day.
Another issue was leaving luggage at the hotel. Most hotels allow you to leave your luggage if you travel for a few days and have a rsvp again after the trip. They let you leave the luggage there but it's in the main lobby not in the back. On the night before I left there was no one at the front t desk and a sign that said they were out and would be right back. It happened again on the final night I was there. My luggage was fine while leaving it there but the hotel should have someone watching it at all times.
Overall I still recommend the hotel and would stay again. Great location.

Excellent location with easy transport access. The rooms are spacious and offer great views. There's a mall conveniently located right downstairs.
Our suite was incredibly spacious and provided fantastic views of the temple directly across the street. Having two bathrooms was a significant convenience, and the microwave was an added bonus!
The small mall below the hotel offers numerous dining choices, including a popular madeleine shop, a CU convenience store, and a coffee shop.
The hotel is close to the subway station, making Myeongdong easily accessible by taxi or bus.
Just a heads-up: the hotel's front desk isn't on the ground floor; you'll need to take the elevator up to the lobby.

Overall, my experience was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The accommodation was an apartment-style unit, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop and all necessary dinnerware – truly a 'ready-to-move-in' setup. While I didn't get to use them, having such home-like amenities provided a wonderfully relaxing sense of comfort during my travels.

Extremely impressed! The hotel feels new and is spotlessly clean. The bed was wonderfully soft yet firm, guaranteeing a comfortable night's sleep, and the comforter was excellent. I absolutely loved it.
We stayed for 3 nights. Check-in was at 3 PM, and they genuinely take their time to ensure the room is meticulously cleaned. The bed came prepared with bathrobes, two towels, a small bottle of water, slippers, a dental kit, lotion, and earplugs. The room was equipped with Type C outlets and a safe. There was also ample under-bed storage, perfect for stowing away luggage.
The bathroom had an iron, a hairdryer, and an absolutely fantastic makeup mirror. The lighting was excellent, making applying makeup a breeze. The bathroom was clean, and the toilet was an automatic bidet-style.
I highly recommend this hotel! The breakfast option was also a great value, helping to save on dining expenses. The location is superb; it's within walking distance to the palace and the traditional village. Jongno 3-ga, a lively night food district, is also easily accessible. Essentially, it's close to everything.
The only minor drawback was having to carry luggage up the stairs when arriving from the subway/train. However, overall, I loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Location is not exactly at Myeongdong but walkable ard 10 mins. It’s in between 2 lines, Jongno 3 (direct access to/fro Seoul Station) & Euljiro 3 (direct access to Gangnam area or Hongdae). Room is spacious to open 2 large luggages and bed was huge. Basic room but toilet was small for the room size. Didn’t try the breakfast so no comments. Walkable to Gwangjang market too (10 mins). We can see the N Seoul Tower but too bad there’s a construction right infront. Reception will try to avoid eye contact and will not greet the guests. Lobby is spacious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Seoul! The location was superb — very close to Jongno 3-ga Station and the airport bus stop, making arrival and departure so much easier. Especially since Myeongdong was nearby, it was perfect for shopping.
The hotel’s amenities were thoughtful and useful. On the first floor, there was free ice, and the coffee was delicious. There was also a luggage scale and a vending machine selling portable batteries — very handy when your devices run low. Best of all, they offer free bike rentals, and since the weather was amazing, riding along Cheonggyecheon and exploring the city by bike became a truly special and unforgettable experience. Because of that, I definitely want to come back!
The staff were very friendly, and communication was smooth every step of the way. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, and the TV was large with free Netflix access, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep every night.
One thing I loved is how many restaurants and cafes are around — though it was a “good problem” deciding where to eat, since everything I tried was tasty. There were still places I couldn’t try, which left me wanting more.
All in all, this hotel offered comfort, convenience, and warm service. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul — highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is located just a few blocks away from Myeongdong. The area is not too busy, which made it peaceful and relaxing, yet it’s still close enough to easily walk to shopping, dining, and entertainment spots.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well-maintained and feature very comfortable beds, ensuring a good night’s sleep after exploring the city.
Overall, this hotel is a great option if you’re looking for a quiet location near Myeongdong with excellent service and cozy, comfortable accommodations.

The rooms in the hotel just renovated. We booked the double bed, the room is quite big. The room is simple but functional, the location is great. The Insekdong market is just opposite the hotel, lots of restaurants and cafe which is very convenient. About 5 to 8 mins walk to subway station, Juano.

The self check-in and check out process is comprehensive and hassle-free. I am delighted by the snacks provided in the entrance when I am arrived even though it’s too early for me to check in. The hotel location is very close to metro station (blue line) and airport limousine drop off point. Size of the room is just nice for solo travellers. I had very good sleep throughout the stays. You might not be able to meet the hotel staff often but when you do, they greet you warmly and ask if you would like to get some drinks in the hotel lounge at B1. I would definitely re-visit in my next solo trip to Seoul.

We really liked the hotel and room. We were there with our family. The room had everything we needed. Good dishes, a washing machine (even some washing powder), an iron, and an ironing board. We booked a three-room suite, but one room had no windows. The breakfasts were good; you won't go hungry. I missed some cheese and vegetables, but that's typical of local food.
The location is excellent, with Anguk subway station a 5-minute walk away. There are two palaces nearby, and Myeongdong Street is a 15-minute walk away.
There are restaurants both in the hotel and nearby, but (!) keep in mind that they close from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. And most restaurants in Seoul are open until 9:00 PM.
When we checked out, they helped us call a taxi, the staff was friendly, and there are ATMs with WowPass on the ground floor.
In my opinion, this is a great hotel. If I'm in Seoul again, I'll definitely stay here!

GGuest UserThis was my first time using self-check-in, but the explanations were easy to understand and they responded to my emails quickly, so I was able to check in with peace of mind.
The room was just as clean and neat as the photos! It only has a shower, so it might be cold for Japanese people in the winter, but it's a stylish, clean room with no unnecessary items. They don't provide pajamas, so I'll bring my own next time. I was also happy that the front desk staff spoke to me in Japanese when I checked out. I'll definitely use it again!

- The room was large enough for me as I was traveling alone.
- The location was great, convenient for getting around. The bus stop and station are just a short walk away.
- The Kamo River is also nearby, so even though it's in the middle of the city, it's great to be surrounded by nature.
- The security is good, so I don't feel scared even when I'm alone.
[Requests]
- I wish they provided tissues in the room.
- I wish they'd make an announcement at the time of booking or in the room asking guests not to flush toilet paper down the toilet.
- It would be nice if the trash cans in the bathroom and bathroom had lids (I was worried about the smell).
I had a toilet problem during my stay, but the staff member helped me out, even though it was late at night.
I apologize for the inconvenience. I appreciate their assistance.
Overall, my stay was very comfortable and I think the price was worth it.
I would definitely use this hotel again if I visit Korea again.

However, the facility service was really poor.
Of course, the manager helped, but it must have been the manager's fault.
The connection wouldn't work...oh well...
I came on a business trip and couldn't even shower before attending a meeting.

AAina6968This place slight not so convenient.Quite difficult to find this place . The uber will sent you to different place ,so you have to find your self where is the exact place . I kept mistaken which subway line to drop off , the exit very messy.not recommended for those person not good in map. However the room is very confortable. Even the room very small still can open 2 big luggage. Once you open 2big luggage,very difficult to move.
Overall the process is okay. But I don’t think will stay again here .

刘刘The hotel is conveniently located at Jongno 3rd Street. Although it is in the alley, the entrance is the exit No. 14 of Jongno 3rd Street Station and the departure point of the airport bus No. 6002 from Incheon Airport. It is also close to Insadong, Sanqing Street and Gyeongbokgung. The room itself is not particularly large, but the bed is clean, the bed is big enough, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom toilet is separated from the wash basin and the shower, and the design is reasonable. There are many cheap restaurants in the downstairs of the hotel. There are pork clams, grilled fish, etc. It is worth recommending.

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to a touristic spot with beautiful bars and restaurants in old hanoks. It is just 5 minutes walk from busy street, so the place was quiet. The walls were thin though. If you are a light sleeper it is better to get earbuds. The room was nothing fancy, but comfortably clean. You get what you paid for, and to tell the truth the place is cheap for the centre of Seoul.
If you are looking for a place to sleep after a long day of traveling around the city, this might be a good choice

HHENGLIThe homestay is in a small alley, which is different from the Chinese name and the picture name on Ctrip. It took a long time to find it.
