"This was a great place for a solo traveler! The location was perfect, right in front of DDP. It's in a multi-use building, so it might take a little searching to find it. Opening the entrance requires a touch panel, which might seem a bit tricky at first, but it's not difficult at all. The shower and toilet are in the same area with no partition, which some might dislike, but it's manageable if you don't mind things getting a little wet (lol). They provided a toothbrush and two bottles of water. The hairdryer was a Dyson. Even with the AC on, the room still felt a bit warm. My room was on a different floor than the check-in, but the lower floor had amenities like a microwave and coffee, and it seemed like the kitchen and other facilities were freely available for use!"

"## City Center Room Review This accommodation is located in Chungmuro, close to Chungmuro subway station. ### Getting Around **Subway:** * **Blue Line:** One stop to Myeongdong or Dongdaemun. * **Orange Line:** Very close to Euljiro 3-ga, Jongno 3-ga, or Anguk. You can also take this line directly to Apgujeong and Gangnam without transfers, which is very convenient. **From the Airport:** Coming from the airport was easy. On this trip, we took Airport Bus 6015 and got off at the Chungmuro stop (Exit 8 of the subway station). You'll spot a KFC right at the station. Across the street, there's an Olive Young, Burger King, and BHC Fried Chicken. From the bus stop, it's about a 300-meter walk (around 2-3 minutes) to the accommodation with your luggage. **To the Airport:** For the return trip to the airport, you can wait for the Airport Bus at the same stop. Buses come every 10-15 minutes. You can use your T-Money card to pay for the return journey. (If you don't have one, you can use a credit card, but the driver might hold onto it until you reach the airport, where they'll swipe it for the fare and then return it to you). **Check-in/Check-out:** There's no physical lobby, but there's a luggage storage room. You can communicate with the admin via chat, which is quick and convenient. Room access uses a digital door lock (the admin will provide the code before you arrive). ### Room Review The room was clean and came with a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and refrigerator. However, there's no closet for hanging clothes. There's one queen bed and one 3.5-foot single bed. There's enough space at the end of the bed for two 29-inch suitcases without feeling cramped. There's a small dining table next to the bathroom. The walkway might feel a bit narrow if there are three people staying. Two complimentary bottles of water are provided daily (but you need to notify the admin via the QR code on the dining table). The bathroom is a decent size – not too small, not too big – perfect if you're not a very large person. A hairdryer is provided. Towels and hand towels are located behind the sliding mirror in the bathroom. ### Overall Impression Overall, I'm satisfied with this accommodation. Transportation is easy and convenient. There are a variety of restaurants around the area. Across the main road, you'll find Korean BBQ and other Korean restaurants to choose from, in addition to fast-food options. You can easily walk to Myeongdong and Jongno 3-ga from the hotel, which is about 1-1.5 km and takes around 15-20 minutes (I tried walking when the weather was nice and cool)."

"The location is very convenient, about a 5-minute walk from the subway and bus stations. The room isn't huge but is well-laid out, clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would consider staying here again next time I visit [city]."

"This hotel was new, clean, and close to the station! I was so happy to find a hair straightener and banana milk in the room. The common areas were really well-equipped with a toaster, microwave, dishes, water cooler, and washing machine. The complimentary tea bags and instant noodles were a nice touch too, making my stay very comfortable! The only downside is there's no elevator, which might be a bit challenging for some. Also, it felt a little scary at night as there weren't many people around. Overall, I was satisfied! The video instructions for getting from the station and checking in/out that were shared beforehand were incredibly helpful. Thank you!"

"I stayed in a business room at Yul Hanok Hotel! It was a budget-friendly room where the bathroom was on the same floor but in a different area. It wasn't a bad room for two people. It even had a TV, and the air conditioning worked well! It was a bit of a shame that the bathroom fan wasn't working, so I couldn't ventilate it, but since it was only for one night, it was fine! If you're looking for a hotel with good value for money, I highly recommend it!"

"Best affordable accommodation for a short stay in Seoul! Everything is clean, neat, and well organized. I’m very impressed by the details. Towel, water, slippers, and ear plugs provided in the locker. Outdoor shoes are required to left in the locker area to keep the room area clean. Shiny washing room and toilets. Shampoo and shower gel are available in the shower box. The bedroom is compact but good enough for a men less than 6ft. There are cabinets for personal stuff storage right beside bed. Multiple power cords - Korean type x 2, USB x 2, and a wireless charger. Hanger is provided as well. Lovely place! Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine with detailed instructions in the lounge. Friendly staff!"

"When I arrived in the early hours, I couldn't open the door with the code. I ended up WhatsApping the owner, and three minutes later, they realized I had mistakenly booked another hotel. Luckily, I eventually got to the right place, and I'm very grateful for the owner's understanding and help. The hotel itself is clean, and the TV has YouTube and Netflix, which is great! I stayed on the 4th floor, and on the 5th floor, there's a washing machine with detergent pods, a microwave, and a stove. Plus, the hotel is close to the subway. I'm very satisfied with this hotel, and I would choose to stay here again if I visit Korea in the future."

"I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore around Seoul. I also really liked the cafeteria—it was quiet, comfortable, and a great place to get some work done on my laptop. They also offered tax refunds, which was super convenient to use. Overall, I was very happy about my stay, the staff were all friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Seoul!"

"I didn't have my reservation number for check-in, so I contacted them via KakaoTalk and got a quick response, allowing me to check in smoothly. (There were also QR codes for other chat apps like LINE). The room itself was sufficiently clean, as it was new. Besides a refrigerator, there was also a washing machine. Amenities included shampoo, and slippers were provided. The bathroom, with the toilet and shower in the same space, meant the toilet got wet when showering, but this is common in Korea, so it didn't bother me. The quietness was also not an issue at all. There aren't any chairs, so you have to sit on the side of the bed, but the room isn't very spacious, so that's understandable. Due to the building's structure, the elevator only goes up to the 6th floor, so you have to take the stairs for one flight. (The 6th floor seemed to be another hostel). The location is also very convenient, being close to the Myeongdong bustling area. I was a bit worried when I booked because there were no reviews, but ultimately, it was a room I'd like to use again if I have the chance."

"The room was exactly as shown online. Everything looks newly renovated and very modern. Most important about the room is that there is daily house keeping. They vaccum the floor (very important with all the hair showing on the white floor), make the beds (without changing sheets), change of fresh towels (there’s lots of towels - face & bath sized) inside the cabinet in the bathroom and give bottled water everyday! Full-sized refrigerator. There’s also a wardrobe and safe box below the washing machine (a bottle of laundry detergent is provided in the room). At the entrance, there’s LOTS of space in the shoe cabinet which was quite wasted for travelers. Should have made them into some other storage space for clothes etc. Subway station Chungmuro is just a few minutes walk out from the small alley, and you can walk to Myeongdong area in about 15 mins. Breakfast is very basic, so don’t need to pay extra for it if it’s not included in your package. Check-in in Seoul seems to be quite late at 4pm but you can leave your luggages easily at the room. Same when you check-out before your flight time. There is an airport bus stop just outside the main road although I didn’t use it. It looks very convenient to get to Incheon Airport using that. If I really have to say what is unsatisfactory, it will be the hard/tall pillows and the bathroom shower area is not blocked so water seeps into the whole area during use. Also for 4 people sharing the room, each one needs to limit the time of using the bathroom."
