Hotel Central

This is *the* hotel to choose when visiting Macau, no question! A bit pricey, but absolutely flawless otherwise! I've stayed here for three consecutive years now, and it's consistently excellent! The service attitude is fantastic, the hygiene is top-notch, and the decor is beautiful and elegant. It's super conveniently located right near Senado Square! You get complimentary mini-bar access (once per stay), including snacks, red wine, and drinks. You can even try your hand at pour-over coffee, which is a really cool experience! We booked a twin room, and the window offered a view of the famous Ruins of St. Paul's, which was absolutely brilliant! They also noted that it was a birthday celebration, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room and even sent a small cake! I was so delighted!

This hotel is a beautifully renovated establishment with a century of history. While the rooms are on the smaller side, their strong design sense shows the owner's great attention to detail. The location is excellent, being very close to the Ruins of St. Paul's and Monte Fort, making it incredibly convenient for souvenir shopping. The free minibar offered Portuguese red wine, beverages, and snacks, and each guest also received a complimentary drink at the hotel's terrace. The staff's service was professional and thoughtful. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel is, without exaggeration, my top choice for Macau, in every aspect! The breakfast sets offer both Chinese and Western options. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Ruins of St. Paul's, with all sorts of amazing food nearby. They offer complimentary non-alcoholic drinks at the rooftop bar. No power adapter is needed in the rooms. Every staff member provides excellent service! They even give you a complimentary bottle of red wine and other snacks – they truly don't skimp on anything.

The hotel's location is truly excellent, right near the Ruins of St. Paul's, making it very convenient for dining, drinking, and sightseeing. On our first day, the hotel provided complimentary red wine and fruit, and every staff member we encountered offered wonderful service. When we left, they even helped us call a taxi. A young man in the lobby helped with our luggage and waited with us outside for the car, showing incredible patience. I'm very grateful to all the staff members; I'll definitely choose Hotel Central again for my next trip to Macau.

The hotel has a retro style. The front desk and room service staff are polite. Snacks, drinks, beer, and wine are all complimentary, and they're replenished daily. The room was clean and tidy, with no issues of skin allergies. It was quiet and noise-free. The hotel upgraded my room, and the breakfast was excellent, with both Chinese and Western options, and the menu changed daily. All in all, it was a fantastic stay.
