Spacious and comfortable room. The air conditioning works well and is quiet. Good shower. The room has a mini-fridge. Complimentary water at check-in and a water cooler at the reception. Well located, close to the historic center.

I stayed at Karl a long time ago and had a great impression back then. After a few years, I found that the facilities and rooms are still very well-maintained. Especially, the two gentlemen who handled my check-in and check-out were gentle and friendly, just as good as the service attitude I experienced years ago! The Nanyang Coffee next door is still open, and that familiar scent brought back memories. Besides the service, what I love most about this hotel is its quietness. The air conditioning is quiet, and the surroundings are quiet, allowing for a peaceful sleep. Great hotel! It's a 10-minute walk to the ruins and the main tourist street with all the shops. The front desk staff is friendly, the room is cozy, and they even provide two pillows! There's a soft carpet, disposable slippers, and best of all, the dishes and bathroom accessories are simply stunning. There isn't much of a view from the window, but it's the historic part of Macau, which has its own unique atmosphere. The only downside is that water from the shower collects around the toilet and can't be cleared away. Umbrellas are available for guests at the entrance. We stayed for 2 nights and didn't have housekeeping. There's a fridge, kettle, hairdryer, and a charging adapter for devices. The deposit was returned.

Great location travel from Zhuhai Station taking new bus route and arrived safely. Great walking distance to most of the Unesco site and local eatery. Clean and with local design in the room.
