"The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and tidy. It was so convenient not to need a charger adapter. The toilet was electric, and the hairdryer was a Dyson. Perhaps because it wasn't very busy on the day we checked in, they even upgraded our room! We received a voucher for the rooftop view, but unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to experience it. The service from Selena, Ying, Zika, and Delia was fantastic; they were especially friendly to mainland tourists. The hotel is very close to the Municipal Affairs Bureau, St. Dominic's Church, and the Ruins of St. Paul's. Nearby, there are great food options like Yee Shun Milk Company for double-skin milk pudding, Tai Lei Loi Kei for pork chop buns, and a Mr. Old Coffee & Tea Restaurant – all delicious! For shopping, there's Sasa, Mannings, and Koi Kei Bakery nearby. There's also a bus stop not far away, which is very convenient."

"This was my first stay at the Grand Hyatt Macau, even though I've visited Macau many times. I initially thought getting around would be inconvenient, but after Ms. Lu at the front desk gave me a detailed explanation, I realized it's actually quite convenient. The best part of my stay was the warm and thoughtful service from Ms. Lu. She contacted me the day before check-in, upgraded me to a suite on the day of arrival, and even extended my check-out time because our flight was late the next evening. I'm truly grateful for her help. On the other hand, the breakfast was a complete disappointment. I've stayed at Grand Hyatt hotels in other countries and cities, and the breakfast variety here was far too limited. The desserts and fruits were very ordinary, and don't even get me started on the hot food section – nothing was hot, even right after it was brought out. All in all, the breakfast was terrible, the worst among hotels of the same caliber in Macau."

"I came to Macau again for a concert and decided to stay at a hotel for one night. I did a lot of research before booking this hotel, and it was very convenient for me to take bus number 102 from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Perhaps because I'm not familiar with the routes to the old town, I ended up taking taxis, including to the concert. If you know the area well, you can walk or take the light rail. I want to mention that I arrived at the hotel around 2:35 PM, and the staff were happy to check me in, which was very friendly and ideal! Previously, I've stayed at hotels like the Lisboa and Ponte 16, which only allowed check-in after 3:00 PM, causing long queues in the lobby. The staff at this hotel were much friendlier than those at other hotels! Very welcoming! Also, I was very hungry from the long journey, and the staff at the hotel's restaurant on the first floor were very friendly and even cut my food for me! 👍🏻 The hotel room was well-designed! It had an induction cooker, and the window design allowed for relaxation and enjoying the view! The electric curtains were a huge plus! This is why I would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"It was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us. Thank you very much and I will for sure come again. Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable."

"I stayed at The Londoner Royal Garden for two nights. From the moment our butler, Willson, and I discussed the details before arrival, I immediately felt the exceptional service: efficient and attentive. Royal Garden was a special choice for our trip to Macau, so we were eagerly anticipating the hotel experience. We often stay in hotels on business trips, and sometimes there's a gap between our expectations and the actual experience. However, The Londoner Royal Garden constantly surprised, touched, and exceeded our expectations. Knowing that we were celebrating a family member's birthday, beyond the usual courtesies, butlers Willson and Joa went above and beyond to make thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay. Every little detail, from the small card to the heartwarming birthday song, touched the family and us, making us feel like family. A luxury hotel is more than just about the high-end ambiance and amenities; it's also about the operational philosophy and advanced service of the entire team, from the director to the butlers. What's particularly touching is the warmth of the hotel. Royal Garden is a warm and beautiful home-like experience. We express our sincere gratitude to the team at The Londoner Royal Garden."
