"I booked this hotel for a show and our anniversary. The facilities are great, it has everything you need, and the transportation is super convenient. There's a light rail bridge on the second floor that goes directly to the Galaxy Arena. It's incredibly well-connected, making it easy to get to MGM, The Londoner, Galaxy, The Venetian, Grand Lisboa Palace, and Wynn Palace! **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was also excellent. Housekeeping was very quick, and I didn't find any dirty spots. **Environment:** The environment was even more impressive. Even though it was an end room, both sides were glass, so the natural light was superb! The hotel interior was also very quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent. **Service:** The service was truly exceptional! From check-in to check-out, it was very thoughtful! All requests were met without a hitch. The executive lounge and breakfast were delicious, and plates were cleared quickly. The cocktails in the lounge were also very good! A special shout-out to all the staff at the Grand Club (especially the Korean gentleman whose service was truly outstanding). I will definitely choose Grand Hyatt again if I have the chance! Convenient transportation and great service – it's perfect for attending shows in every way ❤️ Thank you to all the staff at Grand Hyatt, I had a wonderful stay."

"Traveling from mainland China to Hong Kong and then Macau, we stayed at the Art House Macau. The lobby immediately impressed us with its vibrant, artistic vibe. The cartoon wall, filled with various comic characters, brought out a sense of childlike wonder. Upon entering the room, a refreshing artistic atmosphere enveloped us. The room wasn't just fresh and elegant; our family room for three was incredibly comfortable and clean. Highly recommended! "This was my first time staying at an Ascott hotel, and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The front desk staff were professional, warm, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The biggest surprise was getting two complimentary breakfasts (simple but tasty!). The hotel is apartment-style, equipped with a coffee machine, induction cooker, washing machine, and even dishes and cutlery, so you can do laundry and cook. The drinks in the fridge were also complimentary. The hotel's location is convenient, right across from the MGM. Traveling after the May Day holiday, the price was fantastic 😎. I hope to find such great prices again for future stays."

"Service: Absolutely impeccable! This is, in my opinion, the best hotel in Macau when it comes to service-to-price ratio. It offers a butler-like service that caters to all personal needs. The rooms are incredibly luxurious, and the cleanliness and service are exceptionally professional. Every evening, the room is restocked with various delicious snacks and beverages. Check-in and check-out are super convenient, and they even offer full escort service all the way to the airport entrance. Without a doubt, I'll choose this place again for my next trip to Macau."

"Many emerging luxury hotels in recent years have embraced the future while losing their essential elements as luxury hotels, struggling to achieve a seamless blend of luxury and smart technology. However, The 13 has undoubtedly succeeded. You can control the lighting and ventilation systems of the entire room through a small integrated screen in a Baroque-style French palace – something even Louis XIII never experienced. A few bottles of toiletries from Fumal and Parma would easily cost the equivalent of a night's room rate here, but this time, the selection of Earl's fragrance alone included more than ten bottles of their scents! This price is very competitive in Macau and even across Asia. Perhaps due to the trial operation, triple the price wouldn't be unreasonable. Service: Unparalleled. The staff are young and it's a newly opened hotel, so some inexperience is understandable, but they are all very enthusiastic, and the service provided is top-notch."
