They have the best location. Strategically located in the middle of the ****** ***** and surrounded with many restaurants and right beside WYNN!! Super love the area. The staff at the reception and the restaurant are so friendly and helpful! Very comfortable place to stay. We will definitely stay here again next trip. So accessible to everywhere and great team at reception, housekeeping and their resto bar!

booked because it's across the street from MGM ******, every bit as nice as the ****** hotel, in fact even more amenities than theirs. only complaint, the room phone very confusing how to use it. would gladly stay there again.

Really enjoyed the stay. Service here is excellent. The team here is competent, attentive, friendly and helpful. I can count on the front desk team for all my delivery packages, Taxi booking and recommendations.
I will certainly stay here whenever I visit Macau.

completely disappointed with cleanliness of the room. dusty and stains around the room. was extremely shocked to see blood stains on bed sheets - called and requested for immediate follow up in the middle of the night but turned out 2 other bed sheets were not any better (one also with blood stains and the other one with a big yellowish stain). finally got a third one bit there were bugs which made me could not sleep at all. disgusting and will never return nor recommend it to anyone!!!
